There was one about a chicky going back thru a light beam in the window and being mistaken for her lookalike who happens to be the (unwanted) intended of the laird. Later they figure out that to return, you need every modern item you came they with, and they think the lookalike ended up in modern time... The h is of course I love and staying, so they end up sending the local 'witch-ish' forward for a better life, send a message to the h's family and look for the lookalike. So book two & three I think are forward timers.

I think they are part of Shelley Thackers bride in time series. The h in the one I read had a back issue from previously being shot, and her family owns the lairds castle and could never find out who LR was... The relevant H engraved it although the castle for his beloved wife... turns out it's the h's nickname.

Maybe put a note on the bottom of the pop up to say 'we did it on purpose cause people keep getting shit wrong'... Or perhaps the more PC version of that.

Might make people think harder about what they are listing, rather than just flicking off 'that irritating pop up' and carrying on as per normal...?

If you are on any format other than the app, go to your original post and you should be able to see a bluish (usually), underlined 'edit' option near the header/title. Click on that an you can adjust you header. Then go to the newer post and you should be able to see a similar bluish, underlined 'delete' option.

Might get more hits if you put more details in your header... That's the bit that grabs people's attention and makes them click in to look further...

Unlikely that this is your book, but one of Fiona Macintosh's(?) series has triplets that were separated at birth and VERY few people knew they were triplets... not the kids, or the parents. Dad had already taken off with baby one to hide it I think, mum had passed out and they weren't bought back together again until they were almost 18 for some 'join the countries' type thing. Again, only sounds similar by the thinnest if threads. It was either the Betrayal, Revenge, Destiny series or less likely the Odalisque series. But pretty sure the triplets were in the first one.

It's high school, but the h is the love child of the dad who has to come live with this unknown and unwilling 'family' cause her druggie mum finally OD'ed in her final year of high school. The h is total opposite of 'the family' and they have judged her 'failed' sight unseen. She meets the H on her way into town and they hit it off and run into each other a few times before someone breaks it to them exactly what their connection is... student/teacher being among them.

Lady OJ is the H's brothers BFF and falls on hard times, so the H agrees for the odd woman to become his children's governess as Gray's Hall. Her names Oksana.

I remember a D/s based book where h falls earlier on way to her parents party and the H realises at the party and takes her the the bedroom to fix her up.

Think I've heard this them before.

Might not be this one, but I read one a little while ago where they were team brothers that had decided to develop a green community... They get a 'outrageous billionaire' backer who dictates that he wants them all married and several babies on the way in the first season of a reality tv show.

They 'run into' a girl the H knew as a teen on the property they billionaire bought for them, and her friends, who had decided to get back to the simple life by living the Jane Austin life for a year on what had been her uncles property that was to be her inheritance.

So they always reincarnated to the same town/area, and it was just a matter of finding their new versions? Did they remember who they were, or were they blank slates until they met or got to 'X' point and had a revelation?

I think you said she's a PI or similar, do you remember what type of 'person' she was? Bit hippy, bit mummish, bit dark?
Can you remember any other friends/people around her? Cops, bffs, family?

I'm just trying to think of something I might have shelved it under, or that might ring a bell cause the ghost is stuck in my brain now!

Do you remember anything else about the plot? PRN? Dystopian? Modern? Back from the dead? Living hit by virus? Are they fighting to get away from them, or fighting to stop the spread? Anything could help narrow it down some.

Isn't there a Jim Carry(?), Kate <-- of the Titanic, movie about something like that? Eternal Sunshine of a mind.... sorry... my memories not clear on it cause I hate Jim Carry. But if the movie was based on a story, it should be in the credits maybe?

Pretty sure the lead character was broken hearted and had their memory wiped of the ex... and there might have been something about the memories coming back somehow? Sounds similar.
