I agree, as does Keith, with every word you said, and I also fear it's no exaggeration!
And Keith: In my opinion, Harry Patch summed it up pretty good.

neanderthals:):):):)

And if it is only for the wealthy, then it is another reason to shut them down completely.
I read that Guardian article later, as I am busy now.

Molly is awesome:)
And all the best for the new family member as well!

Everyone should be offended by this. "a distraction" - isn't it the saying that we humans are different from animals because we can refuse the callings of our instincts... more testosterone doesn't mean that one cannot control themselves.

I really hope you can make them read it!

Same book, but different editions:)

I can't imagine OSS having that much impact! Makes me proud to be a part of it! I normally buy them in bookstores! (And I doubt many Austrians are on OSS...)

I think that in Spanish is discontinued, at less in Spain... I'm looking for it in some online libraries and I can't find it :("
It's always worth a try to look in the "Pay-It-Forward" thread!

As for Beatrix: You're not too young, and you will always have some peopl around who you can talk to if you really don't understand something (which is not a problem at such a young age!). Woman, I wish I would have been as interested in such an important cause 8 years ago!

That indeed. I always buy them at local bookstores, that's the easiest way for me to do it here in Austria. (They mostly have to order them, but love to do it, as I spend so much time in the bookstore).
Expect many more comments this week, as I am off work/university:)

Don't put your children (if you have them) into a box:) Love them:)
Best comment of the video:
guys, boi and gurrl are memes and do not have gender.

Wonderful to have bilingual comments! :)"
Je trouve cela très intéressant de pouvoir discuter dans deux langues différentes :).

Cool thing is that I can understand what the comments mean mostly although I can't speak French. Italian, Latin and English, my tools to unlock French:)

Your friend is pretty witty:)

For me it's more like every two hours:) I admit it, I am addicted somewhat to OurSharedShelf! But we all need to b patient, and can read other books that we missed or haven't finished yet.

I don't have any statistics on that last question, but maybe white people portray black people as more misogynist because we don't want to look at our own faults? It's a common thing to seek the worse in others, instead of beginning to change yourself first.

I don't know about Spark or Cliff's notes in German books, as I normally read in English. Worth a look tho ( I wanna read Faust again anyways, and maybe a book by Droste-Hülshoff. I like older German texts:) )
I plan to read this in English and German again, I'm interested for the similarities and differences!

Thank you for your inspiring words."
There are many ways to fight a war. And I definitely favor the use of words and gestures over the use of weapons!
