174195 Don’t worry if you have to focus on one book at a time. It’s probably overwhelming trying to check multiple books at once.

174195 The stories are linked in the list. You should be able to just go by the info there.

174195 Sorry, Alicia, we added you to a team but it was early so we didn't point it out. You're on team optimism.

174195 Just a heads up, I have added a modification for those that do not pick their books ahead of time. You could also do a combination of both if you wish (if you don't want to read the book assigned then do the prompt option instead and choose a book from there).

You can just count it directly. So one audio minute is one page. No problem if all your “pages” are audio.

I tried to pick articles that would lend to fantasy or sci-if but it is a bit harder. Since romance is central to the story I think it would fit this article just fine: Lonely Otter at Sanctuary Finds Love Through Online Dating Site Built Just For Him

Just the usual. At least 100 pages remaining at the start :)

174195 Just the read-a-thon. So you would need to finish 4 books to get a Bingo.
174195 100 pages is fine :) I think that's a good overall minimum (length of book or book remaining)

174195 Can you believe there's only 6 weeks left in 2020. While this may be a very welcome New Year's this time, it still means that we only have 6 more weeks to meet all of our reading goals. I know I can use all the time I can get...!

With that in mind, the individual challenge this time allows you to very freely choose your books so that you can fit any of those last minute reads.

First, make a numbered list of the next 14 books you would like to read. You will get two free picks so you can add those at the end of your list (#15 and #16) or mix them throughout.

Then, click the spoiler below to see your bingo board. Assign a book to each square based upon the number that it is on your list.

The only object of the game is to score a bingo before the end of the week!

"SPIN" BOARD:

You would be able to earn points based on the connection with location (Italy). I'm guessing you could also make a connection with age (elderly main characters) depending on your author's age.
174195 I will be updating the thread shortly. It will have some of the details, including what can count and some extra layers of challenge. I will also be posting the teams and their threads.

Kim, you technically have to read a book that fits in order to get as many points as possible. But given the number of articles, I suspect you can make most books fit somewhere :)
