I actually downloaded the Couch to 5k app in January and it was a mess. I tried to do it on a treadmill since it was still cold. If I learned anything it's that I cannot run in a straight enough line to be on a treadmill yet 😂

But now that it's getting warmer and I officially know that I won't be back in the school this year, I really should restart it and just run outside.

I also desperately need to get back to my yoga routine.

Amazon also told me that a new Firestick remote and my shampoo weren't high need.

The horror.

174195 ZeeJane, that's so exciting! I know how fortunate I am that my husband and I are both able to work from home. Potential layoffs are always in the back of my mind with my job. Even though I work for a mental health non-profit, we're not immune and our associate director got let go at the beginning of this. Luckily, I'm revenue-producing since I'm a therapist so I'm hoping I'll be safe to ride it out.

Emily, what workouts do you do? I desperately need to get into a fitness routine.

It's really my only requirement :)"

I am ashamed to say that I didn't think about this requirement. My poor dog.

174195 46 pages for Monday :)

Not bad, considering I hadn't read at all since the 12th

Yes, that's correct :)

I considered adding a key but there were only a few that I thought people might not know (Celie being one of them)

174195 What’s really crazy is that I can do other things like watch tv or browse on my computer. But I feel guiltier about reading my book. I think because there’s an extra layer of leisure and commitment to reading. Obviously, I’m only browsing for a few minutes before I go back to work. Even if it really ends up being an hour. But if I pick up a book then I’m really committing to not working.

174195 I would say 1 page = 1 minute. I’m not sure if we’ve had a rule in the past. So an hour and 40 minutes remaining.

174195 If you've been around social media then you have probably seen the Quarantine House activity. The rules are simple, choose which house, and characters, to spend your time in quarantine.

174195 I must say, I'm very intrigued by the "historical-mystery" tag!

174195 Walmart has been awful with their stock. I started with them and there would be so many things out of stock that I would have to do a regular shopping trip at Kroger anyway. I’m trying Kroger pick up next time. Here’s hoping it will allow me to just stick to pick-up-only.

The biggest thing I’ve struggled with is my oat milk. I run out way faster than my planned grocery trips. I really need to just brave making my own...

I may or may not have bought it just for the Animal Crossing 😂

But a friend also recommended Breath of the Wild and I’m pretty excited to play that the class Nintendo games. I just really want it to release an N64 pack with Diddy Kong Racing. Oh the nostalgia!

174195 I’ve only gone out for groceries once in the last two weeks. I’m definitely feeling the tension and restlessness. My husband and I live in a tiny one bedroom apartment so both of us working at home has been a treat

I broke down and bought a Nintendo Switch so I’m hoping that gets here ASAP. I was very tempted to try and get some sort of flowers last weekend but I know it’s going to be below freezing here and there.

I had to re-do the map a few times. It likely got missed in one of those updates. I can add it in the next round :)

174195 Salons have been closed here in Ohio for a few days now. I go every 3 weeks for my nails and have gotten to know my technician fairly well. I’ve been thinking about her since I know she has 3 small kids. It’s just awful.

174195 I found out today that all animals at our shelter have been placed into fosters. They’re getting new animals every day so we’re continuing to advocate and try to place the new ones but the cages were empty today 💕
