Didn't like this story. Yeah the pig was cute but didn't really fit the story. Also didn't get why Jeb was on that train when he lived in that area why was he with the cheerleaders. That didn't make sense. 3 star for this part but as a whole book I raised it to 3 1/2 stars

After all this part turned out really cute. Leaning towards a 4 star. Hope Lauren blows me away at the end.

Love fact that the 2nd story is like a continuation of the first. John green writes a little sarcastic though. I hate the kids names that's one of my pet peeves about reading. It annoys me. Still the book is rating between 3 and 4 stars.

3 1/2 stars. It took me longer to read. Just wasn't keeping me focused. Seemed far fetched that she just met this guy and followed him home. I was getting the creepy feeling while reading it. I think I have read way too many thrillers this year. Lol. Love at first sight and her parents so funny that they got arrested for such s silly thing.

I'm reading but just behind.

So far I am liking the story but don't think she should be going off with a stranger in a snow storm. Page 54 leaves you with cliffhanger.

Enjoying the writing never read any of Maureen's books before. May have to check them out

Forcing myself not to DNF this one.

This book still is making me go in and out with my attention. Struggling to stay focused. It jumps a lot from past to present which drives me crazy. It's like a 3 star then 4 star then back to 3 star.

This book is very detailed and graphic. Mature content as a 12 year old is found dead and sexually assaulted.

Ok I'm a week behind but wanted to update my thoughts on the first 72 pages. I'm listening on audio. I'm not sure I like the narrator. The story brings me in and out on focus. The beginning was shocking and very near to my heart when 3 11 year kids go missing.

So sad about the twin. Seems strange how they talk about the family making you think the dad did it. Will read on
