You can read as fast as you want. Just post your thoughts in the correct thread so those who are reading slowly don't get spoiled. That's why I did the threads every 4 chapters.

I am originally from NY. Actually lived in Staten Island but did work i n New York City for part of my life. I now live in NJ.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing about a bomb or something in that suitcase.

Chapter 2

We meet Eleanor who loves in London. I’m not quite sure what she does but I feel she’s in the military and she’s asking them to involve more woman. She is going to lead them.

Grace - enjoyed reading her chapter. Felt like I was in New York along with her. Felt her rush to get to work. Felt her get her finger cut. Weird that she found a suitcase. Felt bad for he that she lost the person she loved. So far enjoying the book.

So glad he got caught at the end. Glad she was able to write everything done.

Haven’t read a 5 star book in a long Time this one certainly lived up to the hype! Glad I chose this book. Just wish I had others join me. Maybe later in the month someone will catch up.

Wait! What? Page 304 I’m confused! Was Theo the man Alicia saw following her? Her husband was cheating with his wife?

Going to read part 5 now

She finally talks and no one believes her. Was there really a man following her and then he killed her husband? Is this doctor involved? Now she’s in a coma was it attempted murder or suicide?

And wow Theo is having thoughts of killing the man his wife is cheating with! Are they all connected?

Almost done!! Guess i didn’t get to the plot twist yet! See you in the next thread

Is the guy real or imaginary? Her husband thinks she’s going crazy again. She can’t trust anyone. I did think it maybe max he seems very creepy but now I don’t know. Why doesn’t She report it to the police? Will they think she’s crazy too?

This book is a page turner! Love the short chapters.

The way he describes everything is amazing! I think I have found a five star! I’m reading every word and no need to skip! I tent to skip if I’m not liking a book! Half way through so many questions!

Those paintings wow she really was crazy such morbid things she drew! Her moms death, her husband on the cross and her big aunt naked oh my! Not to mention herself with apples and maggots 🤢 Did she ever paint normal stuff?

I have a suspicion that maybe the brother killed the husband. And he blamed it on Alicia. Why would he be her lawyer? I thought family members can’t defend each other or is that with doctors?

I’m up to chapter 16. He just got hit in the head by the aunt I believe. Will read more later

Lots of secrets here. Well now we have an unreliable main character that uses drugs. But I feel bad for him since he just found out his wife is cheating on him. So both people lying to each other.

Alicia is staring to make progress but still no words but she’s very violent when her meds are lowered. Think her husband was cheating and she killed him.

Well I was speaking with my daughter about this book and her theory is that the husband took out her vocal cords so she can’t talk. Imagine? Well if my daughter is right she said to tell her. She’s not reading this but i explained to her what I read so far.
