I'm sure Sir John recognized her at once. Why he didn't say anything is still up in the air!

I just finished this first section (going back and forth between two reads at this time!) and caught something at the very end of chapter 8 that might be of importance later. Remember that Dorothy mentioned Delia (to use her real name) waved her hands about just before falling? Well when Dorothy was working on her knitting, she waved some yarn away from her face and said how she hated things touching her face. Things that, as Poirot was quoted, "give one furiously to think".

I'm not too far into it, but it seems clear Delia is BAACCKK!

I thought her getting into the spa by having the cook feign sickness was over the top. Also, a whole lot of what she was told not to do by the husband/cop.

Am I the only one who found Goldy horribly rash in what she did?

Mine has the prologue as well. Given the mysterious problem with the ship, my guess is that Delia is still around somewhere.
Meanwhile, John has remarried...

Halloween stuff has been in the stores for weeks now. I'm not in the mood yet. And we still have Pumpkin Spice to look forward to!

I'm in for Murder at the Castle. Hopefully on Kindle...

I pity the poor cats!

I agree that Bridezilla didn't learn anything from this. And no pity for her already losing her husband so quick...

Well, I finished a day or so ago. Like some of you, I picked the culprit but not the rather involved rationale. Still, satisfying, though I still think Goldy went overboard on her recklessness,

I still have a bit to go. I was out of town for a few days, took the book with me, but didn't read it a bit!

I kind of like the idea of the Dorothy Martin book, as it is a new character for us. (I see I can get it free on Kindle Prime!)

I doubt it, but, hey! Anything is possible!

I've not noticed that, unless they mean editing to make things tighter and less repetitive.

Well, time for part three. I really can't do any spoilers yet as I haven't finished. It seems we are headed for a colossal mess of an ending, as Goldy is intent on getting into the spa to find, well, we don't know. (Nor does she). Goldy really is getting a bit too wild in the investigating business, continually putting herself in serious danger. Everybody seems to know this but her!

Tina: Not sure but the whole thing sounds like something different than a real flirtation, for sure!

I agree that this is an easy read--I am through this second section, and since some of you are, I will start the third and final section probably tomorrow.
I wondered myself about Charlotte and Craig. Perhaps she wanted the marriage so she could be near. Or worse--off Billie herself!

No spoilers, but I know what you are referring to, Nicole! It is truly a roller coaster ride with no breaks.

There are certainly no end of bizarre things going on, the Charlotte/Jack/Isabelle thing is only a bit of it!
