I finished reading Vessel. It's a standalone YA fantasy with a unique story. I really liked it!

Onto An Officer and a Spy for my next turn.

That's a fun fantasy series, Vero. It's very light in the beginning, and gets more serious as you go on.

I also did a re-read of some of my old childhood Dahl favorites last month. I can't seem to find the Witches in ebook format in the U.S., but I was able to get The Twits, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, The BFG, and Matilda.

The Twits and the BFG were so amazing when I was a kid. They're definitely the type that are more appreciated by a younger age group, I think, but it was still fun to revisit them. Charlie was the best for me upon re-read. That's one with universal appeal, I think.

I changed my mind! I ended up reading First Year. It was a quick, fun read.

I finished my second round, and am definitely dancing! Round 3... sure, I have time.

I also loved this when I was a kid. I enjoyed the later books even more.

I don't know, Lynnette, but I've been feeling the same way about my choices!

I finished The Travelers for my Contemporary space, which wraps up Bookopoly round 1 for me!
