My plan for the rest of today (spent the morning traveling back to Uni) is going to be spent attempting to finish North and South!

Whether you want to look at improving your confidence, family, or your health, there's loads of opportunities here to examine both yourself and the genre!

Countries include: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bay Islands, Guyana, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago.
There's a lot of countries there, so there's plenty to choose from!
Remember, it needs to either be written or set in any of the countries, or be written by a Central American, Mexican, or Caribbean author!
Check out the Goodreads shelves on Mexico, The Caribbean, and Central America for some ideas!

May is the time for fantasy, and whether you want to go for epics, or YA or classic fantasy, it's up to you!
The Goodreads genre page for Fantasy has an amazing amount of information, and might be able to give you ideas for the route you want to go!
(Note: please be aware that we also have Sci-Fi/Dystopian as our Genre in September, so you might want to avoid space and depressing worlds in this month! But if you have the urge to read the latest dystopian fantasy series, we won't stop you!)

The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom
The Road by Cormac McCarthy
Very excited to start them. Although I'm still on North and South and Wool Omnibus. Both of which are proving to be really interesting!

Although I haven't read much so far today, I did go out and buy 3 new books, oops. (blushes)

Glad you got it sorted, Sam!

So I might go for:
Wool
Atonement
Othello
The Knife of Never Letting Go

The polls are now at the top of the list and far more accessible! If you click on the poll link to the right, they should be right there before you!
Crisis averted!

It's a lovely day outside, for once here in England, so I'm going to sit out in the garden and try make further headway with North and South.
It's great to see so many people starting already!

I'm not sure how much reading I'll get done, but I can't wait for that buzz of all of us reading together!
