Happy Halloween everyone!!

I'm doing English Lit, so it's basically ideal for me. Gives me an excuse to read all the books I want but actually for a reason!

I'm currently in the library planning my essay on criticism on the divine right of kings in Richard II and Edward II. Planning on getting home and starting Song of Myself and 'Tis Pity She's a Whore. Really want to make enough time to read books I actually want to read for leisure, but Uni is manic right now!

Hungover and planning on spending the day catching up on my uni reading...

I really want to read but I'm just stuck in lectures all day...

Planning on spending the night reading! Currently reading 'Walden, or Life in the Woods' by Henry David Thoreau which I am absolutely adoring!

Renee, I feel the same way! I've been so inundated with uni reading and I've been so busy, reading anything seems like the last thing on my mind!

I'm half way through Pudd'nhead Wilson by Mark Twain, and I need to finish that and read The Spanish Tragedy for Tuesday. Fun times!

(I really want to read Go Set a Watchman but I haven't had any time at all...)

This month's Non-Fiction topic has so many interesting avenues to explore. Want to look at what makes us 'us'? Want to look at what makes people become psychopaths?

This months group read is The Last Victim: A True-Life Journey into the Mind of the Serial Killer, which sounds insanely interesting and scary.

To celebrate the terrifying month of October, we're focusing on Horr & Thrillers, but also using this month to look at Short Stories! Either combine the two, or keep them separate!
