I almost always question why something is the most highly anticipated. Most often I find the ones that get little to no hype were better. The big publishing machine at work.

Great month of reading and it looks like your June reads will also be good reads.

I am sad to hear about your cat and your home. Losing companion animals is tough. Some do not understand it is like losing a child. Mother Nature can be so destructive and landlords sometimes make things worse before better. Hoping this are cleaned up before your trip. I hope your June is better and you have a happy and safe trip.

Right! And someone told the good reads librarians the current book I am reading is 829 pages 😍, then I start reading and it’s only 479. I would have read it anyway but don’t get a girl’s hopes up that she can check off another task. 😢

The library finally told me today I can finally pick up a copy. I had no idea this was so popular because every library in my county has at least one copy and it took almost 8 weeks for my hold.

I am always game for a good romance. I put it on hold @ the library but is currently checked out. It might not become available till the second week of June depending on when it was checked out (we have a 3 wk return policy).

Finished The Master and Margarita and loved this. Finally a Russian classic that made me laugh instead of cry!
