True but the complaint wasn't the taxation it was taxation with out representation. That allowed the British government to tax the Colonies far in excess of what the taxed the home counties.

Actually the American revolution was about taxation with out representation. If they were allowed to have representatives they would not have revolted. The king denied them the right to equal representation and so the die was cast for a revolt which over threw the English control of the Colonies. Nearly 80 percent of those who were fighting for freedom didn't want to leave the British empire.

Here is a bit of a warning, if you have a computer that is capable of picking up TV signals no matter if it is over the internet, then you must purchase a TV license.

Was that demons or politicians? Sounds more like a politicians to me, mind you I guess it would be a difficult to tell the difference.

Reality TV isn't, there is nothing real about it. All you hear is people talking about who did what or who they were seeing and cheating on. I have never seen such fake and obvious over the top crappy acting in my whole life.

Even in one of the most progressive states, Massachusetts, they had the same problem in the 60's and 70's with ignoring those of special needs.

In the late 80's and early 90's we had the opposite problem. My daughter was not allowed to do anything because the school was afraid something might happen to her. In Kindergarten her teachers would carry her everywhere. The number of times I had a go at the school over this. Her doctors said she was to be allowed even encouraged to walk as it was better for her. but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it through to them that they were not helping they were hindering her progress.

No I am not and was not dyslexic. Slow at learning, but other then that normal, what ever normal is.

That is what the school told my mother, they recommended special education, but my mother insisted I go through main stream. I failed first and third grade, did summer school in fourth and fifth grade. Graduated high school 4 months before my 20th birthday, but I did graduate, and went on to do 20 years in the military and in the process picked up 147 semester hours, of collage but no degree. Every time I got close to getting a degree they changed the course criteria. best part of 10 years wasted, LOL.

Mine isn't because I know better, I can't decipher English grammar, and I grew up with it. In my defense, when I was given the IQ test, I tested in the lower 60th percentile.

Was she driving her doctor crazy? It is such a pleasure driving, it would be even better if the fools who think they know how to drive would stay off the road. I can understand why the road gets in a rage.
