114553 Are you sure they are grown people, I mean the may be adult versions but have the actually grown mentally ?

114553 Ok my turn to rant. One particular statement really irritates me. I've heard it on the news and in talk shows. "Things are really hoting up". You can heat things up if tempers are getting high then it is things are heating up. Or you can say they are getting hot under the collar. I know it is a regional thing, but please professionals are suppose to know better.

114553 Don't want to do that, you would turn everything to glass.

114553 I guess the editor was a little fish in a big pond and missed the bait dangling right in front of his face.

114553 Are we looking on the Lighter side of life, or is it just a spark in the dark.

114553 I often find minor errors in books missing words or the wrong word. For example in one book I read the statement was suppose to be "it was important, but what was printed was if was important. I had to go back and read it three times to make sure I was reading it right.
114553 Very powerful Frenchie, reading it I can feel the red mist slowly covering your vision a red mist of anger and frustration for what could have been, should have been but wasn't.

114553 if the plant had no name would it still smell as sweet? If the feeling had no name would it still make us weak at the knees and hurt us the way it does? And if that were true what would you call them or would you not recognize them for what they were?
114553 Never moan at reality if you can't accept it for what it is, then you really do have a problem. Acceptance is the first step to living with it.
114553 You know me so well.
114553 LOL, that's why I said Oh woe is me, sudden realization made me put that down. I hate deleting what I write so I just let it go. I find if I delete I can't get the thread back.
114553 But is it true? For true love it has to be reciprocated, how can an inanimate object return the love you give it? If it can't return the love you give it then it is a one sided love story, I know I love to read but it doesn't return the sentiment. I spend all my money on it and get no thanks I always promise to be faithful and have been but it has never been faithful to me, Oh woe is me

114553 A drabble is but a dribble, a slow trickle of words leaking out into the puddle of a story.

114553 Frenchie look at only the capital letters.

Don't Often Look Lifelike or DOLL.

20 years in the military has it's advantages with acronyms, both real and made up.
114553 Is there ever such a thing as a perfect love story ?
114553 OK, I am a fan of horror movies, but if you want to watch a ridiculous stupid horror movie, then here it is. Watch the human centipede if you can stomach a really bad farce for a horror movie then you are in for a laugh at the stupidity of it. Short version of the movie. Three people are taken and turned into a centipede. I will leave it to your imagination as to how it is done.
