Xavier laughed. He looked around. "Cover your eyes." He instructed. "We are here."

"It was by accident actually. We were tracking down a runaway kelpie and followed it here. Then, we explored a little more and found the Cavern of Wonders." Xavier explained.

Xavier grabbed the other paddle and started rowing. He steered their little canoe through passages and under arches. It felt like they were going in circles.

Xavier melted the ice with his fire and pushed the canoe out. until the water was knee deep and then hopped in, not caring about his wet boots and pants. He grabbed a paddle. "Just relax and look around." He told Fiona.

Finally, they reached the water. There, on the bank, was a little canoe. "Get in." Xavier said, holding it steady.

"Ash likes to call it the Cavern of Wonders." Xavier told her. "You'll see why in a minute, but we'll have to be fast or the tide will trap us in here."

Xavier looked around. They had been absentmindedly walking the whole time and they were close. To save himself from any more embarrassment, he started jogging. "C'mon! It's just up ahead." He called to Fiona.

Xavier chuckled. "I don't know about Serenity, but Melody would love it and Ash would hate it." He blushed. "I would like that." He mumbled quietly.

"You're... an Enhancer?" Xavier asked in wonder. "Cool!"

[[Hehe! I don't know where I want her. I was thinking it would be best to have her show up on the mountain so these two could have some quality time together. What do you think?]]

Xavier took a deep breath and nodded. The second their hands touched, he felt a surge of energy and power. He felt more control than ever before. It was as if he was one with his ability: fire. "Woah."

[[Hm... when should Xavier find out he's an Enhancer too? What id when she touches him, he boosts her too? Then it can be like he unlocked it on the way here for some reason because he likes her? Idk. What do you think?]]

Xavier jumped at her question. "Uh...yeah?" He shook his head. "Sorry, you're the only other person beside Ash and Melody who know about my power. To answer your question, yes, I have a strong control over my power. I kinda have to when Pyrokinetics aren't welcome here." He said the last part in a bitter tone.

Xavier chuckled. "Yeah, he admitted. He opened his hand and the fire grew, lighting up the room. "Ok, stay close. These tunnels are a maze and if you get lost, you won't find you way out again." He warned mysteriously. Xavier laughed. "Don't worry, i know these caverns like I know my room." Then he muttered. "Which is a total mess right now."

Xavier shot out of the tunnel and slid on the ice. He managed to keep his footing and grabbed onto a stalagmite to stop. "Whew!"

Xavier shrinks his fire down and closes his fist around it. Then, he followed after Fiona.

"Yeah, Monday." Xavier manages a small smile. He ignores her other statement. "Are you ok?"

Xavier lost sight of Fiona. He heard her groan and took a step forward, not seeing where he was going. Ok, I've got to do this. He thought. It's now or never. Xavier took a deep breath and held out his hand. A small red flame appeared, growing bigger. As it grew, it also changed colors. From red, to blue, to purple, and finally, a bright white. "I'm coming!" HE called out. Now he could see where he was going. He avoided the slippery ice and found the rocky path the trio of friends had created earlier that summer. "Fiona?"
