[close] This group is for graduate students, PH.D students, post-docs, and those recently graduated from such programs or between programs. So many of us find or used to find reading fun or relaxing, but now find it difficult to juggle reading books for fun while also reading large amounts of material for our programs and/or jobs. This is a group for those in this situation to connect, contribute helpful tips, and commiserate about finding time to unwind with a book when the mountain of grading/research duties/assignments is always there more or less.

[close] This is a group for all those with an interest in Early Modern history (roughly from 1500-1800, though the 15th century is also fair game). My own interests tend more academic and towards East-Central Europe and the history of war, but this group welcomes all interests, including all geographies. Feel free to make any discussion posts!
