Shopping and our soul evolution.
Like anyone else, I love the occasional retail therapy fix. The late great Linda Goodman once described buying beautiful things for either ourselves or our homes as ‘hyacinths for the soul’ and believed this was part of attracting abundance into our lives. However, there’s a big difference between treating ourselves to a lovely outfit or beautiful object for our homes that we use and appreciate and which gives us a sense of self-worth and accomplishment to have acquired, and using retail therapy and buying ‘stuff’ to fill holes in our lives.
A recent study revealed that 50% of Americans used shopping as a way to cheer themselves up – shopping after all delivers a feel good ‘hit’ – which sadly like any other coping mechanism, wears off quickly and leaves us craving another fix. We also have consumerism and the ‘throwaway culture’ it has created contributing to environmental damage and the exploitation of third world workers. But new studies now reveal the dark side to the ‘shop till you drop’ mentality for anyone who gets trapped within it – and I’m not just talking about spiralling credit card debt here. Professor Rik Pieters of Tilburg University in the Netherlands has studied the reasons consumers shop for over six years and has uncovered links between shopping, loneliness and lack of self-worth. He asked participants how much they agreed with statements like ‘It’s important to have lots of things in life’ and ‘I enjoy buying things that are not practical’ while also testing them for loneliness. From this he identified three distinct groups of ‘shoppers’.
One group treated shopping as a ”drug” to lift their spirits or give them a buzz. Prof. Pieters discovered that this group in particular felt something was missing in their lives and bought things in an attempt to fill the void. The second group constantly compared themselves to others and bought new things to boost their self-worth. They measured how much they had to how well they were doing in life and agreed with statements in the test like ‘’I admire people who own expensive things’’. Prof. Pieters found that participants who fell into these two groups became more and more lonely over time and became stuck in a ”loneliness loop” – the more they shopped, the more isolated they felt and the lonelier they were. And so the more they shopped.
”Valuing material possessions as a measure of success and as a medicine for happiness were associated with increases in loneliness over time and loneliness, in its turn, was associated with increases in these subtypes of materialism,” Pieters said. ”Jointly, this forms the vicious side of the materialism-loneliness cycle, which perpetuates once it is formed.”
However, the third group of ‘shoppers’ told a more positive story and appeared to fit more into Linda Goodman’s ‘hyacinths of the soul’ category. These people appreciated life’s luxuries but saw them as part of what the professor terms as ‘happy hedonism’ – there to enjoy but they could take them or leave them.
So, if this article has pushed a few buttons for you and you are worried about the reasons why you shop, what can you do?
1: Know that you are a unique soul. You are not defined by the ‘things’ you own or labels you wear. Comparing yourself to others will only make you feel more inadequate and at that point it won’t matter if you are wearing Prada or Primark. Start to appreciate your unique qualities. You are not a label. You are an original.
2: Stop buying things. Buy experiences. If you’re shopping because you are lonely then you need to shop for experiences rather than material goods. What do you enjoy doing aside from shopping? Perhaps it’s time to reconnect to hobbies and activities you enjoyed in your childhood or when you had less money to spend. Join a group, take lessons, get involved. You’ll connect with like-minded people and make new friends which will fill the loneliness void and you’ll enjoy yourself while doing it (and stay away from the mall and on-line sites as you do!).
3: Don’t go for the quick fix. We all enjoy the occasional splurge. I’m not saying you have to give up shopping – terrible fate! But instead of going out all the time and buying something you can have right now consider saving up and buying the thing you really and truly would love to have. Delayed gratification can be the best fix of all if you think about how amazing you would feel having reached that savings milestone and walk out of the store in those brand new Jimmy Choos or buy yourself that expensive piece of real jewellery instead of just loads of costume pieces.
4: Make a date with friends to shop. Don’t go out alone. Go with a friend and make a day of it with a nice lunch. Also, when you go out enjoy the time together and focus on that rather than what you may buy. You may find you actually don’t need to buy anything unless you really, truly love it. Practice trying things on and then putting them back and saying ‘I’ll think about it’. Chances are it will still be there if you still love it later!
Shopping for the right reasons is all about receiving abundance in our lives. Yes, you ARE worth it. Just don’t buy into shopping for all the wrong reasons.

Science and Spirituality – Do they agree?
Ancient mystics and modern day spiritual adventurers tend to believe that everything in this universe is connected and conscious. Even physics supports us in this, observing sub-atomic particles which appear to ‘think’ and with quantum entanglement. However, as fast as scientists seem to find answers to one question they just find more questions to be answered and the same can be said for us when we embark on a journey of consciousness. Physicists Vilenkin and Mithani – have concluded that the universe cannot have existed forever and has a beginning and that quantum theory provides an explanation where ‘something’ can appear from nothing and begin to inflate.
However, soon after Vilenkin and Mithani published their argument, physicist Leonard Susskind of Stanford University in California responded with his own theory in which he says that if the universe did have a beginning, it is so far in the past that for all intents and purposes the universe has been around forever. Vilenkin acknowledges this. “It’s ironic,” he says. “The universe may have a beginning but we may never be able to know exactly what the beginning was like.”
Now here comes the real kicker. If we can explain the origins of the universe by quantum theory then according to some scientists, quantum theory existed before the universe came into being. So, where did the laws of quantum mechanics come from? “We do not know,” admits Vilenkin. “I consider that an entirely different question.”
If the universe is conscious are science and spirituality describing one and the same thing? One may call it ‘quantum mechanics’, the other ‘universal consciousness’. Wouldn’t it be nice to know when it comes to the universe and our place within it, we are all just on the same spiritual/scientific page?

What Tarot Card Are You?
The 22 Major Arcana cards from the tarot deck chart the soul’s journey through all of our incarnations, describing all of the different challenges that we will meet along the way – but did you know that your birth date can tell you which particular card from the Major Arcana has the most influence on your current life?
If you want to know which card you were born under, all you need to do is add up the numbers from your date of birth. If the final figure you arrive at is greater than 21, then you add those numbers to reduce them to a single figure. The number you are left with tells you which card you were born under.
So, if your date of birth is the 20th August 1981, write this out as 20/08/1981. Add these as follows: 2+0+0+8+1+9+8+1. This gives you a total of 29. As this is greater than 21, then add 2+1 to get the final total of 3. If this is your birthdate, it means that your birthcard is The Empress!
Once you have worked out which card you were born under, you can read how it will influence your life below!

The Fool steps out into the unknown, sure that the universe will provide! For those born under the influence of The Fool, life will be a magical journey full of ups and downs and amazing experiences. It could mean a life packed with travel and adventure, but it can also mean a life spent journeying inwards to find out who you truly are. You may need to guard against being reckless and impulsive as this could result in consequences further down the line that you just didn’t see coming at the time, but with this card guiding your life it can also mean that taking those risks could pay back in spades. Many say that The Fool is already enlightened in that he embraces all experiences with an open heart and no judgement and is wiser than he sometimes looks. If this is your card, you may often feel that you are very protected throughout all of your adventures.

The Magician has the power to manifest anything. If this is your birth card, you have the gift of being able to turn your wildest dreams into reality. Totally committed to getting what you want, you can create and enjoy all of the abundance life has to offer and have the ability to completely focus on your goals. The Magician also has the ability to charm everyone, but do make sure that you use your powers of persuasion wisely as the shadow side of the Magician means that you may be tempted to manipulate others around to your way of thinking or doing things. You certainly have the power and your life’s journey is all about learning to harness it and use it wisely.

The High Priestess is about intuition, wisdom and knowledge. If this is your birth card, you will probably feel a lifelong pull towards anything esoteric or mysterious. The High Priestess is also a great keeper of secrets. Your life’s journey will involve honing your intuition and learning when to speak out and act and when to stay silent and be still. Meditation will certainly help you enhance your natural gifts and help you gain clarity about what to do with them. Make sure that you keep a dream journal and trust your inner wisdom at all times.

The Empress is the archetypal mother who gives birth to everything! If this is your birth card, you will be blessed with strong instincts and abilities to nurture and create. This applies to relationships, but will also extend to all kinds of creativity in business or the arts. Fabulously sensual, The Empress is also famous for her focus on pleasures of all kinds and great appreciation of beauty and nature. Watch out for a love of luxury and indulgence and understand that not everyone may respond to you as being the Goddess that you undoubtedly are, as the shadow side of The Empress is that she can become angry and controlling if her rule is challenged.

The Emperor is a strong, masculine figure with powerful authority. Those ruled by this birth card are highly organised and fantastic natural leaders. Ambitious and protective, you may find that you can wisely wield the power that you seek. Blessed with boundless self discipline, you can succeed at anything that you set out to achieve but may have to watch a tendency to tread on those you see as being weaker than yourself. You were born powerful and your life’s journey will involve learning how to combine this with compassion so that you can be a truly visionary and wise leader in whatever situation you find yourself in.

The Hierophant represents social structures and rules and particularly the kinds of beliefs that they are built on. If this is your birth card, you may find that you spend a great deal of time working out what it’s all about and exploring different philosophies and ways of looking at the world. At various points in your life, you could find yourself having to decide whether to stay with the herd and be safe or follow your heart to discover what is true for you. Others will see you as being solid and reliable. You may need to work on a tendency to become a little too rigid when you feel threatened and may need persuading that some rules are made to be broken.

The Lovers stands for love – but it also represents choice! If this is your card, you will almost certainly find your path through life strewn with temptations and opportunities that could take you in all sorts of exciting directions – but which way will you go? The male and female figures in the card can also be seen as complimentary energies of yin and yang, masculine and feminine. Your life’s journey will involve learning how to bring together opposites to create a magnificent whole. Remember, the card also shows an Angel, meaning that you can access divine protection and inspiration if ever you find yourself pulled around in a dilemma. The Lovers stands for love – but it also represents choice! Your life’s journey will involve learning how to bring together opposites to create a magnificent whole. Remember, the card also shows an Angel, meaning that you can access divine protection and inspiration if ever you find yourself pulled around in a dilemma.

The Chariot is about fast movement and using your will to pull together forces that otherwise might gallop off in different directions! Your life’s journey is all about learning how to control your emotions and needs, working out a direction for yourself and managing to hold everything together even at those times when it seems life is moving forward at a fantastic pace.

Strength is about bringing together yin and yang, masculine and feminine energies. Being born under the influence of this card means that you have huge inner strength and can pick yourself up and keep going no matter how often life seems to knock you down. Your life’s journey is all about learning how to maintain harmony and balance, both within yourself and in any circumstances that you find yourself in. You may also find that you have natural healing abilities.

If this is your birth card, you may often find yourself in situations where either you choose to take time out to be alone or find yourself thrown upon your inner resources. The path of The Hermit is all about developing your own inner wisdom. You may feel drawn towards taking regular retreats where you will be able to look within to develop your understanding and look for answers. Your life’s journey is a personal quest for understanding and shining your own light on your path. You may find that others are drawn towards you to ask your advice, or that you may meet more than one mentor who can guide you onwards and upwards.

The Wheel of Fortune represents a turn of fate – usually for the better! If this is your birth card, you will be blessed with tons of opportunities throughout your life that seem to arrive out of the blue. You could find yourself continually taken by surprise by the amazing turn of events. Chance meetings, dream job offers and gorgeous strangers stopping you on the way to the cinema – it’s all of these and more! Ruled by expansive Jupiter, you can expect regular doses of luck that you just can’t explain. Your life’s journey is learning how to spot the opportunities as they come up and how to make the most of the many offers that seem to fall into your lap.

Justice represents justice of all kinds – including karmic justice! Your life’s journey is all about exploring all things to do fairness and with weighing things up carefully before acting. Because this card talks just as much about karmic justice as the kind dished out by courts, things may not always turn out as you hope they will and at these times you will have to learn to trust that a a greater mystery is at work and a deeper justice is playing out.

The Hanged Man is actually quite deceptive. If this is your birth card, it may look like not much is happening on the surface a lot of the time but, as this card is ruled by Neptune, you can expect loads of hidden depths and things going on beneath the surface. As this card shows a man literally hanging upside down, you may have quite an unusual way of looking at things and could be a visionary in your own right. It also talks about the importance of not rushing into things, but taking the time to contemplate before action. You may also often feel the need to put aside your own desires to serve a higher cause.

Death signals transformation and rebirth. Your life’s journey is about breaking free of old patterns and structures and letting go of whatever no longer serves you. You may find that your life is scattered with endings, but remember that the energy of this card is all about clearing away the old to make way for the new. Every ending signals a new beginning and a fresh start, so whatever happens, you will always have the opportunity to build something amazing from scratch. To make the most of the energy of this card, focus firmly on the future and practice letting go of the past with love.

Temperance talks about balance in your life. Your particular life lesson is all about learning how to keep dozens of plates spinning all at once! You’ll know when you’re out of balance because you’ll be working at the expense of your personal life, or partying so hard that your health could begin to suffer. You could even be frequently challenged to restore harmony amongst others who seem to have locked heads – but you’ve got the patience and charm to pull it off. Make sure that all of the elements of your life work in harmony and you’ll be an amazing influence to everyone around you.

The Devil is the arch showman and ruler of the material world. On one hand, your life could often feel like a three ringed circus, with lots of fabulous entertainment to enjoy and good times had by all. His shadow side means that he can trick you into fears, compulsions and addictions and your life’s journey is all about seeing through The Devil’s illusions and realising that no one has any power over you but you. Step into your power and watch all of his smoke and mirror tricks melt into nothing.

The Tower talks about sudden and sometimes cataclysmic changes of all kinds. You may feel that your life gets shaken up on a regular basis and wonder when things are just going to be stable and peaceful. It could seem that you’re always moving house, changing jobs or dealing with one thing after another. Tower energy is dramatic and powerful but, like an earthquake, it is always short lived. Trust that whatever passes out of your life was meant to go and learn to enjoy the rapid succession of new experiences that get thrown your way. The Tower can also refer to sudden breakthroughs in understanding. Your life may not be peaceful, but it will certainly be spectacular!

This lovely card offers a promise that you will be guided and protected throughout your life’s journey. The Star talks about the presence of hope and creativity. Your life’s journey is all about following divine inspiration and enjoying harmony. There will always be light at the end of any tunnel that you face.

This Lunar Lovely is all about deep feelings and intuitions. Your life’s journey is all about learning how to develop you inner wisdom so that you will be able to distinguish between fantasy and reality. Remember, even the most familiar road looks different at night and the Moon can trick you into seeing things that aren’t there. Focus on developing thinking clearly and staying tuned in with your sense of direction to make the most of your innate powers of intuition.

The Sun bounds in with bags of fun and energy. If this is your birth card, you are blessed with a life of joy and good fortune. Your life’s journey is all about making the most of your enthusiasm and energy. Full of confidence, you’ll be able to succeed at anything you throw yourself into and could also find yourself the centre of attention.

Judgement represents a call from a higher place to a higher ground. If this is your birth card, your life’s journey is onwards and upwards. This means leaving the past behind you, letting go of old grudges, failings and resentments, and moving forwards to embrace your destiny. If that sounds dramatic, it is! If you follow your path fearlessly you will be led towards your true purposed and it will mean that you will have to show great courage and perseverance to embrace all of the possibilities that will unfold. But this card promises that, no matter how hard it may look, this path is yours to walk and that you will receive divine protection.

If The World is your birth card, you will get to experience victory over obstacles and the freedom of infinite potential. This is the card of dreams coming true and finding solutions to your problems. It is a kind of happy ever after card. The shadow side of The World means that you may get so lost in the big picture that you forget to tie up the loose ends and find that your energy is dissipated in a hundred projects that never get off the ground. The promise of The World is completion and joy, so know that you have what it takes to finish everything that you start, to be successful and find happiness.

The ultimate love healer
Whether you’re single and looking for your soul mate or already in a relationship and want to boost the amount of love you get to experience, you can combine ancient wisdom and modern magic into one big irresistible package!
The following are the most powerful processes you can harness in a nutshell. If you want to read more about any one particular technique, follow the page links.
Clear the path
You’ll often hear people talking about ‘blocks’, but what are they – and what can you do to shift them?
Blocks to drawing in or boosting the love you get to experience include the energy that we can carry from past hurts and the beliefs that we can either develop or pick up that stand in the way of us and all the love that exists in the universe. Past hurts might include the ending of old relationships where you were left heartbroken. Beliefs can range from ‘I don’t deserve love’ to ‘there aren’t any decent people out there’. You can dissolve all of these by tailoring your own rituals using a combination of cord cutting and fire cleanses (done under the strictest safety circumstances!).
Cutting cords
Attachments to other people can take shape energetically through cords that attach us through the quantum soup to others. If you feel that you can’t ‘let go’ of someone, take time when you won’t be disturbed, close your eyes and focus your intention by taking in and exhaling three deep breaths. Visualise that other person at a safe distance (as safe as you want it – you can have them a million miles away and this will still work!) and see if you can notice any thick or thin cords that run between you both. In your mind, say, ‘I release you with love for the highest good of all’ and imagine something such as a knife or scissors cutting through those cords. Some people like to summon celestial help – Archangel Michael is the angel who can use his sword to sever any bonds. No matter how this person has hurt you or what they have done, it’s best to release them with love for them and, most importantly, for you. Bless them, send them on their way, which leaves you free to go yours, thank Archangel Michael if you have asked for his help, slowly bring yourself back and open your eyes.
Fire rituals
If you have access to somewhere you can safely light a fire, such as an open grate or fire pit in the garden, you can use this to literally burn away the old. You can burn a letter to the universe about what you want to release. If you are trying to release a person or a past event, write out all of the pain, anger, grief or whatever it is you are feeling. Write until you get to a place of peace and end it expressing your gratitude that this has now been lifted from your life. Write out any beliefs that limit your ability to attract love. You can burn all of these on the fire. You can also burn anything that represents what you are trying to release such as photographs or small mementos. You can throw a handful of sage into the fire as it is fantastic for cleansing. When the fire is out and cold, scatter or bury the ashes. If you don’t have anywhere that you can safely light a fire, you can do the whole thing through visualisation just as effectively.
Attract and boost
Now that you’ve cleared your path, you can turn your attention to attracting love into your life and boosting the love that you have. Get clear on what you want change your thinking so that you can give and receive all of the love that is already flowing in this abundant universe. Fall in love with you so that you are a whole person looking for a whole person, rather than hoping that someone else will complete you. It’s also important to understand the real nature of love, otherwise we can end up recreating past patterns that didn’t work or searching for what we think is love but is actually just an addiction. We are all psychic and can pick up what others truly feel about themselves which creates a force field of truth, loving you attracts love. Crystal magic Rose quartz crystal is linked with unconditional love and the heart chakra. You can buy crystals of any size. Cleanse them, then put them around your home (especially in the bedroom), carry one with you, put some in your bath or leave one in water overnight and drink the water the next day to take in its magical properties.
Take a Tarot Journey
Connecting with The Empress can awaken you to your power as a woman, The Lovers can help you harness powerful energy from the archetypes they represent. On a more everyday level, the Ace of Cups and the Two of Cups may lead you to some fascinating insights!
Quantum Create
If you Ask and Believe, you can receive! Conjure up love with a new moon energy for a maximum boost. Each of these alone can deliver a dose of powerful transformation, but when woven together create a huge attraction field. Let me know how you get on!
Sending you love, Michele x
Psychic Development 101: Tuning into Accurate Intuition
One of the questions I get asked all the time by people who are developing their psychic abilities is: How do I recognise true intuition as opposed to what I want to happen or just a plain bad idea? This is a really good question and one that we all have to deal with as we develop accurate guidance we can rely on in our lives.
We all have the gift of intuition and its close relative – inspiration. It’s no coincidence that inspiration contains the words in spirit – because true intuition and inspiration flows to us from the spiritual, Quantum realm or universal wisdom – whatever we choose to call it. It is devoid of our ego and free of attachment to outcomes – it is totally pure and limitless wisdom – so – what’s the secret to recognising it?
Intuition does not shout – it whispers. Intuition has no time limit attached – it nudges us down a path – it doesn’t say we have to race down it or change direction suddenly except in very rare cases where we get an intense ‘feeling’ we shouldn’t walk down that dark alley! Very often we are trying to access our intuition to gain answers to issues we are facing. This can range from something immediate and specific such as what we should do about say a relationship or career issue to seeking inspiration for a creative or business project – in both these instances we are seeking information from our intuition.
First of all, you need to openly state what information you require such as: ‘Tell me what I need to know/do about my situation with so-and-so’ or more generally ‘I really want to have my own business/write a successful novel/screenplay/become a successful entrepreneur/astronaut/Olympic medallist – what is the next step for me to achieve this?’ Write down the questions you need your intuition to answer in your journal. This is a really important step so please don’t skip it as writing your questions down opens up the creative and problem-solving areas of your brain and starts to link you to your source of wisdom which comes direct from the universe! If by doing this you start to spark off some ideas write them down as they come in. Some of you who are also learning the Tarot can even do a spread and see if you get any ideas from your cards. Again, write down anything that comes through.
Now – whether you have already received some answers or not I am going to ask you to stop and do nothing. Yes, that’s right. Do nothing. If you are sitting there and nothing came through guess what? That’s fine too. In fact, this makes it easy for you to do nothing as you don’t as yet have any answers! Close up your journal no matter where you are at and forget about your questions and any information you have received because remember what I said – true intuition has no time limit attached to it. True intuition and inspiration returns again and again and more frequently. So – say your question was about what to do with a relationship and you got an answer. Sit with this and actually put it out of your mind. Does this answer keep coming back more and more frequently over the next few days? Then it is real intuition. Say you asked your intuition for ideas for a creative or business project or how to go about reaching any kind of goal either professional or personal. Does one particular answer keep returning again and again? Do you feel a sense of resonance around it? Does it excite you, stretch you a little? Congratulations! That is your real answer and real intuitive wisdom.
If we feel a sense of desperation, panic or a feeling that unless we act ‘right now’ on the information – chances are this is our ego getting in the way and not the voice of true intuition at all. The lesson here is to remember our gifts in life have our name on them and there is no ‘use-by’ date on them. Take your time to allow the real voice of your intuition to make itself heard – you won’t regret it if you do.

Quantum Creating – Love Fundamentals
If you are deliberately creating your future using Quantum Creating, the most powerful intentions that you can set are those where you leave the details to the universe. So, if you’re setting out to attract love, you wouldn’t name a specific person and would only put absolute deal-breakers on your list – things that you don’t want to or couldn’t get beyond.
Everyone is different and what is a deal breaker for one person is absolutely fine by someone else, but it’s something that’s well worth mulling over. Monogamy might be a deal breaker for you, but you might not want to exclude someone fabulous because they had blue eyes if you wrote down that they had to have green eyes, for example!
Having said all of that, there are a few fundamentals that you might want to think about. When we first learn about writing out our lists for love, we can get really excited as it takes us on a fun and revealing process of getting clear in ourselves about the kind of relationship we want to have. We can get really into putting down that they should be kind to animals and love travelling and always fold their towel up after they’ve used it instead of dropping it on the bathroom floor, or anything else that ticks our boxes. And then someone who has all that and more comes on the horizon and we can think, ‘This is it! This is the one!’ We might even go on a couple of dates with them and have an amazing time and that makes us think, ‘This really IS the one!’, and so we fall head over heels in love and start fantasising about introducing them to our friends and family and planning the wedding. And then they don’t call us again, or don’t take our calls, or become elusive.
If that happens, we can get hurt or even heartbroken. We can carry on emotionally investing in them being the one in a way that closes us down to anyone else who might be already around us or just about to come along. What happens at such times is that we have fallen under our own spell and allowed it to take us out of now and what is into a realm where most of what is happening is only actually taking place in our imagination. And that’s because we left out something fundamental – that the one for us is someone who actually wants to be with us.
That’s such a simple thing but it’s so profound. If someone doesn’t actually want to be in a loving, committed relationship with you, they aren’t the one. It doesn’t matter if they can make you laugh or are the only other person you have ever met who loves hedgehogs as much as you or anything else. If they don’t want to be with you, they can never make you happy as long as what you really want is a loving, committed relationship.
If that is what you want, then that should be high up on your list. Your list actually focuses your attention and intention. If that isn’t on your list, then you are actually telling the universe that this is not something that is important to you and you can actually contribute to your own confusion. Your list helps you sift and sort between all of the amazing souls that you meet along your journey to help you decide who is going to be what to you. Keeping that one seemingly simple quality foremost on your list and in your mind grounds you, so that when you do meet someone you can stay in your power and in your present and say to yourself, ‘Ah! This person has loads of amazing qualities but they aren’t looking for a committed relationship, or if they are, it isn’t with me.’
That automatically means that you hold your power and can make a conscious choice about enjoying an incredible friendship or feeling gratitude that you got to spend some time with a like minded person, but you avoid tying yourself to the idea that you have just lost your one and only soul mate if they disappear into the middle distance.
Because we are here to learn and evolve through experience, it’s up to you what you put on your list. Everyone is different and all sorts of relationships work in this world. But getting clear in yourself about what is a fundamental actually acts as a kind of compass for you and can pull you back on track before you wander off your own path. It will also help you avoid the trap of trying to squeeze someone else into being something that they are not.
So get clear on what is a fundamental for you, and make sure you put it high up on your list!
Loads of love,
Michele x
