Mars in Libra – Metrosexual baby!
Mars is entering Libra on December 7th 2013 and will stay here until July 25th 2014. As this is a particularly long transit due to the retrograde on March 1st 2014 until May 19th 2014, it should be an interesting time indeed. Venus rules the sign of Libra and this embodies peace, relationships, refinement and justice. Macho Mars is synonymous with action, aggression, energy, leadership and is at odds in this feminine sign as it is directly opposed to his native Aries (and rubbing up against his native Scorpio too).
With individuals with Mars in Libra there is a desire for peace and not conflict. They like to think things through rather than act impulsively. The energy and enthusiasm Mars is renowned for can be replaced with a more relaxed attitude too. Be aware of a tendency toward passive aggressive behaviour as Libra does not want to be unkind but Mars feels the need to release that fire. However, as a lover, well, you will not find anyone more charming or delightful. Here you have someone who wants to get it right and to take you to such heights that you will be begging for more!
Rather than consider Mars in Libra as a negative experience full of challenges it should be seen as an opportunity. Put aside the shield of brute strength and don the mantle of tact and strategy.

Mars in Libra is a facilitator of bridge building. Reconciliations and peaceful negotiations are probable during this time providing both parties are willing to accept responsibility for their part in any wrong doing. Libra is concerned with justice and fairness and Mars with the courage to look with. Then true healing as a whole can begin.
Do take care not to use this time to let old resentments fester into something more than they need to be. Address them with maturity. There is nothing so undermining to relationships than backhanded compliments or smiling attacks disguised as being nice or helpful. They are hurtful and do nothing to accomplish any goodwill and only serve shallow self-gratification.
Both this sign and this planet have conflicting attributes that can be highly flammable when the elements of Air and Fire are considered. But when their strengths are managed with respect you could be dealing with some very powerful and constructive energy.

The Unleash Your Potential Tarot Spread!
Whether you’re creatively blocked on a project or just feeling lacklustre and unmotivated, this fabulous Tarot spread is designed to plus you back into your true potential, amp up your creativity and put you back on track towards your goals.
First, as with any psychic or Tarot exercise, turn off your phone and set aside some ‘me’ time so you won’t be disturbed. Get hold of a piece of red fabric (red symbolises power and above all – action as it is linked to the sign of Aries in the zodiac and the planet Mars). Remove the cards of the Empress and the Moon from your Tarot deck. The Empress represents your creativity as it is manifested out into the world and the Moon represents the creative potential of your subconscious.
Now, remove all the Wands cards from the deck and spread them out in front of you face up. Wands represent energy and action. Pick the Wands card that calls to you the most (it does not have to be a Court card) as a significator and place it on the red fabric in front of you in between the Empress and the Moon.

The ‘F’ Word You Need to Erase from Your Vocabulary for Success
Whenever we set out to accomplish anything – whether it’s learning a new skill, building a business or relationship, writing that book, pitching that project there are only two possible results from our actions: success or education.
What the bleep, I hear you say – what happened to failure? And it’s the ‘f’ word that I’m going to be talking about – and the very good soul and psychological reasons why we need to stop using it especially with regards to our goals.
The ‘f’ word is also sneaky as it enters our internal and external dialogue in subtle ways such as:
‘I’m not good at anything’
‘Why try? I failed at everything I attempted before – what’s going to make this time different?’
‘I never do anything right.’
‘I can’t believe I stuffed it up again!’
Now, let’s go back to what I said at the start – there are only two possible outcomes to anything we attempt – success and education. What would happen if when you looked back at all your attempts to reach a goal where you hadn’t quite got the result you’d hoped and you thought of them as gifts – constructive feedback from the universe? All of a sudden you would change the energy around this result – moving it from a personal judgement ‘I’m a failure and clearly not meant to do this/have the relationship/job/world cupcake baking championship that I dream of’ – to one of empowerment – ‘Okay, that didn’t quite go as I expected but boy – I’ve learned a lot I can apply next time.’ Not only have you stopped beating yourself up and telling yourself you are a failure and not meant to have your dreams (because they happen to other people who never make mistakes, right?!), you are now ready to listen to your feedback from the universe. The universe isn’t necessarily telling you not to do this (although if you are about to spend six months in traction following an accident pursuing your ambition to wire-walk across Niagara Falls, I might encourage you to spend the time in pursuit of a new dream), it is merely showing you that in order to get that dream you have to take a different approach towards it next time.

Quantum Reality: Was Einstein Wrong and What Does This Say About Reality?
There are a growing number of physicists today who are daring to utter what even 10 years ago would have been considered scientific heresy: Einstein was wrong. His Theory of Relativity, the cornerstone of modern physics, fails to explain what Quantum theory as well as increased exploration of the galaxy is telling us about the nature of the universe. If this is true then what does this tell us? Are we about to see everything we’ve been taught of the nature of reality and relativity turned on its head and become as archaic as flat-Earth theory?
Upending Einstein’s greatest work means that we will have to re-think everything we think we know about gravity, space and time. Almost 100 years ago, Einstein’s theory did the same thing – replacing the idea of a fixed universe with a four dimensional, flexible model in which time was not linear and which warped around the objects within it – such as the stars and planets, and this created gravity. However, as Quantum mechanics developed, especially around the nature of what we understand gravity to be, it started to contradict Einstein’s theory. At first science countered by coming up with ‘dark matter’ to explain why gravity couldn’t account for the fact that the majority of the universe appeared to be missing – but even that couldn’t fill in the gaps (pun intended and according to physicist David Wiltshire dark matter is an illusion!). In the words of physicist Julian Barbour, it’s not that Einstein is wrong per se – it’s just that he didn’t take his theory far enough. Barbour believes he could have taken his theory further and produced an all-encompassing “theory of everything” – very like Unified Field Theory. “He might have produced a version of his theory of gravity that would not conflict so fundamentally with quantum mechanics,” Barbour explains.
So, if Einstein is wrong, what does this mean when it comes to our understanding of reality and on a spiritual level our role as co-Quantum Creators of our own realities? (Notice I said you are a co-creator of your reality. We clearly don’t create everything in our lives because that would mean we were the only person here!). As Julian Barbour said – it appears Einstein didn’t take his theory far enough or perhaps on a collective level we were not ready to embrace those ideas. After all, we had just entered the atomic age and the Theory of Relativity was enough to be digesting for the time being. Since then our understanding of the universe has grown. Instead of Einstein’s four-dimensions we now have Hawking’s eight (he says there are quite possibly more). In Einstein’s day we accepted Quantum entanglement – what he referred to as ‘spooky action at a distance’ and it was thought that this could only be accomplished with sub-atomic particles. Now Quantum theory is telling us we may be able to ‘entangle’ objects of any size – you, me, a blue whale, a star – there is no limit on size! As Quantum Creators this has huge implications on our goal setting and envisioning our future as we can theoretically ‘entangle’ anything to draw it to us. Giving us a further understanding that we are all part of the whole and connected to one consciousness.
I believe that Einstein took us as far as we were able to go at the time. He expanded our knowledge of the nature of reality and the universe at a fundamental level. But what is emerging is that he just guided us on our first steps in exploring our amazing universe and our potential in it. The journey is now expanding because our minds are open to the limitless possibilities our reality contains.
