Your Full Moon Eclipse in Pisces Moonscope September 7th 2025

We are now in mutable Moon and eclipse weather. So, the eclipsed full Moon in Pisces on the 7th, followed by the solar eclipse in Virgo on the 21st, will be felt most by the mutable signs – Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and of course, Pisces. 

The cosmic Nodes determine the eclipse axis. We have the North Node in Pisces and the South Node in Virgo. The North Node is where we create brand new karma. The South is where things repeat. Destiny is always in our hands. That is where free will comes into play. And with Saturn back in Pisces – the planet associated with karma, all signs need to pay attention to what’s coming around – again. And how this time, they can choose a different response.

Despite what you may think – this full Moon is NOT the Harvest Moon! The Harvest Moon is the one which falls closest to the Equinox – when the Sun enters Libra. This year, October’s full Moon does that. So this full Moon is the Wine Moon. Or sometimes called the Song Moon. 

Full Moons are always full stops or peaks. The eclipse means this is amplified. Because of the karmic themes attached to it, we are being asked to retreat (go within), release and reset. To look at the attachments we have to what repeats in our lives. The themes will be different for everyone. But if we still our souls, we can identify them. This is the point in the year where we start to let go of the themes of summer. Or prepare for them if we are in the Southern Hemisphere but making room for new growth. This eclipse is all about trusting the flow of life and timing. There is a season and a reason. Turn and release.

ARIES

The eclipsed full Moon is in your mysterious 12th house. So, all the themes around spirituality, karma, matters of the soul and spirit, are deepened. All this comes under What You Believe. And what we believe may or may not be accurate. So, in the next two weeks, prepare to confront the truth, the whole truth and nothing but that when it comes to anything hidden, misconceived or shrouded in illusion. And while the truth may indeed be ‘out there’ – it begins within you. Simply by following up on those psychic and intuitive nudges. Shedding illusions or seeing past them, frees you.

Friends, groups, connections and communities drive our destiny, Taurus. Your 11th house is where your future is constantly being created. And yes, the total lunar eclipse in here brings one cycle to an end. And resets your destiny on a new path.

This could well be tied to an existing connection. Or to one you make now. Or even a host, crew or entire slew of someones. We tend to focus on the karmic aspect of soul contracts with partners and lovers. And forget ‘soul contracts’ include friends and those we connect with on a social level. As well as it all being love – it is all part of our karma. Ours and theirs. We agreed to buddy up before we got here. Which is why ‘soul mates’ – which is a term which is over-used and very often not properly understood, come in all shapes and sizes. And follow us from lifetime to lifetime.

Full Moons bring peak experiences and full stops. Eclipses conceal. So, a friendship may have been lived out. And in this house you may not see this coming. Because this eclipse’s themes are release and destiny, whatever the contract you both agreed to is either complete, or one of you has changed it. If this happens, do be as open and universally minded as you can about it. Thank the other party on a soul level. And move on. New connections will be crowding the doorway to your future shortly.

As you know, eclipses are determined by the North and South Nodes. The North Node being in your sign. And the South Node in Virgo and your 7th where Mercury enters this week (2nd). South Node eclipses are all about old patterns and the past. We have one in Virgo later this month. North Node eclipses are about release with new possibilities or karma to be created. So, this is where you find yourself now.

This can hit partnerships – your spouse, long term lover, prospective one, work spouse, collaboration, business partnership or friendship which feels like a partnership. As you are the host sign, you may feel the energy building from the very start of the week. And you should allow two weeks for it to dissipate and for the shadows to clear.

If you have any doubts around a relationship now – do yourself and the other party a favour and explore these. Any uncertainties need to be explored. Is it them? Or is it you? There will be an actual basis for feeling the way you do however. Mercury’s opposition to the eclipse tells you this is not over-sensitivity or your imagination.

Sure thing Saturn along with the North Node also hands you certainty when it IS right. And that will be unshakable. You can also move ahead into a brand new karmic cycle with someone where the past has no more power. This is a clean slate.

A relationship could reach a turning point. And you will also look at yourself differently to how you have done in the past. That’s the primary relationship shift all Pisces will go through right now. And probably the most important one. Along with this also sees you ditching any drama on the home front or with those you live with. And yes, you will move on if necessary as Uranus retrograde in your 4th sees you continue to review what ‘home’ means for you. Or where this is.

This eclipse marks the close of one cycle and the start of a new one in terms of your self-identity, who you are in relationships, and what you need for your security. It’s your destiny to step into living and loving authentically as you, Pisces.
