You’re the best psychic – here’s how
I grew up in a magical household with my psychic mother where we trusted and relied on our psychic intuition. I was shocked to encounter people at school who knew nothing of this world but I never doubted it for a moment. I genuinely think it has saved my life on numerous occasions and been a huge support to me. I believe we are all psychic. We all have a sixth sense and an inner voice which can guide us to a better reality.
Some people are natural psychics and don’t even question it, they were born with their psychic intuition shouting loudly in their ear. Awakened psychics live with a greater awareness every day and it’s normal. Others feel they have limited psychic ability or none at all and always seem to take the wrong turn.Perhaps you always know who is on the phone when it rings or when someone you love is in trouble, but feel that is as far as it goes?
What if you’re really a great psychic, the very best psychic, but just never knew it? Could it be that you just haven’t trained your sixth sense and it’s actually laying dormant, but very much alive? If you really were a great psychic, how do you think it would impact your life? What would happen if you spent the next week presuming you were psychic?
Practice these five steps for seven days and prepare to be amazed!
1/ You are the worlds best psychic - Without judging yourself every day for the next week imagine you are the worlds best psychic. When you wake up in the morning visualise how your day will be. Who will you meet, what energy will you encounter? Is there something you want to draw into you? Imagine all the knowledge of the future was available to you. Still your mind for 20 seconds and then write 5 paragraphs without thinking, but going into as much detail as comes to you. Don’t edit or question it or even read it back until the end of your psychic adventure.
2/ Listen to your gut - Take a moment to look at each person and situation you encounter with new eyes. Tune your energy up by stopping and feeling, rather than making rational assumptions. When you meet someone think about what you feel about them. What does your gut say? What do you feel in your heart? What do you feel when you look into their eyes? How will this person impact your life? Listen to your psychic hunches and follow through by acting accordingly.
3/ Boldly predict the future - When making a decision to go out for dinner or attend a business meeting, or hook up for a hot date, write some notes in your phone or a notebook. Again it is important not to think or edit what you are going to write down, just do it and let the information flow. You may find that some of the stuff you thought was ridiculous has strange and deep meaning by the end of your psychic journey, so don’t leave anything out.
4/ What dreams may come - Dreams are often a powerful portal for psychic information. Keep a notebook or a recording device by your bed. If you’re a geek there’s a great sleep app called ‘Sleep Talk’ that I use. It was designed to capture sleep talk but it’s perfect to capture your dreams as it is voice activated so if you wake from sleep, you can just talk out loud and record all the minute details before your rational mind steps in. No matter how obscure, write down every single thing you can remember and do it straight away before the details fade. I have had so many amazing dream premonitions and it can be great fun.
I once dreamt I had met an old friend I had not seen for years and she came to my house for coffee. This inspired me to write her a letter and to go to a local bookshop to find her new work address (pre google!). I entered the shop and nearly fell over as she was standing right there. I pulled the letter out of my pocket and handed it to her and she came round for coffee!
5/ Turn on your psychic Sat Nav - Allow yourself to be guided by your inner voice. The more you listen and tune into your inner voice, the clearer the messages will be. Your psychic self is alive and well and waiting for you. Look out for coincidences, synchronicity and unusual situations. Did your intuition lead you here?
At the end of the week, collate all the information and take time to go through it. Start by reviewing the notes of all five steps and see how much happened that doesn’t have a rational explanation. I hazard a guess that you experienced at least one, if not several psychic revelations. Psychic ability is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets, so keep up the good work and next time I’ll write about all the other fabulous things you can create when you listen to your own psychic wisdom.
It would be great if you left a comment below so we can share the experience and discuss all the findings.

quantum creating – everyday co-creating!
I talk about co-creating your life because in the process of manifestation you are working alongside billions of other souls, all busy co-creating with you. So what we need to focus on is tweeting our desires to those who share them, rather than trying to force those who don’t to change their minds! Tweeting literally, spiritually and verbally!
So how does it all work?
Ancient spiritual Vedic texts talk about everything in creation being a vast dancing soup of energy from which everything emerges and to which everything stays connected. And this is exactly what, centuries later, quantum physicists discovered is the case.
Look around you right now. Whatever you are looking at in any one moment might appear to be distinct from what it stands next to, but that’s not how a quantum physicist such as Schrödinger who very much aligned himself with Vedantic ideas would see it.
He’d say, it might look as though everything is separate, but if you could see at a quantum level, what you’d see is lots of little sparks of energy all flying around in constant motion and actually most of what you are looking at is empty space.
You came from that vast soup of energy, and that is how you are connected to the whole. At the same time, you have within you a seat of consciousness that let you be the individual that you are, that allows you to have your own thoughts and ideas and place in the universe. There are aspects of you that are totally unique and aspects that are all about your connection to the whole.
So from a quantum creating perspective, you’re going through your life, expressing your uniqueness by having your own ideas and thoughts and desires alongside billions of other shards of that vast, divine energy soup that are all doing the same thing. So that’s why we talk about cocreation, because sometimes you are in alignment with what other souls want, and sometimes you aren’t.
Let’s use a really everyday example to show how it works. You’re out with a good friend and you both get hungry and decide to look for a restaurant. You want Chinese, they want Indian, so you compromise and end up going for a Pizza.
A meal out isn’t a major deal and there are times when we all balance one desire with another and end up in a compromise that might not deliver us the food we want but lets us enjoy time with a friend.
But when it comes to the really big things in your life, such as finding love or finding a place to work where you are totally in tune with what you’re doing and the people around you, that’s when we need to use the principles of alignment in the awareness that because we’re cocreating alongside billions of other souls, there are going to be some who want what we want and some who want something totally different.
What doesn’t work from a Quantum Creating perspective is trying to persuade someone to want something other than what they actually want. The effort of that actually puts you out of alignment with your ability to draw in what you do want as you end up in a struggle trying to persuade someone away from their own desires. We all do that sometimes as those tussles over the channel changer that happen in many homes on a nightly basis show. But if, for example, we want a loving relationship and we embark of a full blown programme of trying to make someone love us who has made it clear they just want to be our friend, or commit to us when they have left or told us that they are not looking for a committed relationship, the likelihood is that we will end up totally exhausted, not getting what we want and having missed what was for us all along.
So understanding the principle of cocreation reminds us to send little energy tweets out for those who are in alignment with what we want. Because we are all connected, you can be totally sure that they will find their way to the people who are in alignment with you and that’s the quickest and easiest route to manifesting.

Dos and Dont’s of giving a good psychic reading
Every psychic reader has their own style. There are loads of things that make a psychic reading good. Along with anything else, it can be just as much down to chemistry between the person having the reading and the psychic.
But here are a few of my golden rules – a kind of psychic reading best practice. If you are a psychic reader yourself, you might find them useful to take on, or if you are thinking of having a psychic reading, they are well worth bearing in mind.
1/Never make assumptions – I like to tell the story of an unforgettable psychic reading I gave when I was starting out to a very prim lady in her 80’s. I picked up that she had three lovers and immediately thought – that can’t be true! A forthright Aries, even I was temporarily thrown but I did come out with it. You could have knocked my socks off when she said a matter of fact, ‘That’s right, dear’. Assumptions can make you dismiss what you pick up or even mean that you don’t see what’s right in front of you in the first place. Part of your psychic development does include delving into how you see the world and becoming aware of where you are jumping to conclusions.
2/Don’t analyse the information – This is all about second guessing yourself out of those intuitive hits. You can trip yourself up with a super-critical mind that picks any potential hits to bits before they are out of your mouth, or again let your mind muddle with what you’re getting until you’re no longer a clear channel. I always say, go for it, even if you say something along the lines of, ‘This might sound odd, but are you a trapeze artist?’ You may very well be spot on! It is more powerful to say what you are getting. If you intellectualise it you lose the magic and the impact.
3/ Don’t dictate people’s destiny - We are here to step into our power and when we do that, we create our destiny. Telling people what to do or what they should do is a step towards undermining their power and making them dependent on you. Use your intuition to pull up useful information, but we are all unique souls here on our own journey and we should never try and leap in on someone else’s path.
4/Don’t make moral judgments – Everyone has their own unique moral compass and when you are giving psychic readings, you may very well come across someone who has made very different choices to the ones you’d make. We’re not talking terrible crimes or anything in that category. But you may find at times that what someone else reveals pushes your buttons. Try and take the soul’s view of every situation.
5/Don’t say anything negative or create fear – This covers everything from predicting dire things that are going to happen later down the line to saying to someone ‘there’s someone around you that you can’t trust’ and then showing them the door. As a psychic reader, you may well spot a few tricky situations at times but that’s where you use your psychic intution to delve into what’s going on and also what the person having the psychic reading can do.
6/Don’t be fatalistic – Very little in our lives is set in stone. Sometimes people do push for certainty, especially when they are anxious or upset, and we can be compassionate towards that. But it’s far more powerful to help someone understand that we are all alchemists, capable of transforming any situation and that we shape our futures. Along with that, it encourages people to put energy into their dreams and all dreams need that to come true.
7/Do empower – This follows on from the above. We are empowered when we are clear on the choices we have, when we have pulled back our energy from wherever we might be pouring it and we are in touch with the inner strengths that allow us to carry them through.
Loads of love,

Change Your Life in Five Weeks! Week Two – Synchronise Your Brain!
How did last week’s exercise to free you of habits that are keeping you stuck work out for you? Did you keep a diary of your progress? What habits did you identify? Hopefully the revelations of the past seven days have kick-started the process of changing your life in just five weeks. This week we’re taking a whole different approach designed to align both hemispheres of your brain. Usually we are right or left brain dominated and when we are faced with problems or decisions it is this hemisphere that dominates when it comes to coming up with solutions. Now, there is no side of the brain is ‘better’ than the other so it doesn’t matter whether you are predominately analytical and logical or creative and intuitive. But just imagine for one moment the inner resources that would open up for you if you were able to access the wisdom of both hemispheres equally? You’d be more creative, make better decisions and have more confidence in those decisions. Doesn’t that sound like something worth developing? So get ready to harness that brain power with this weeks fun but challenging exercise which allows you to do just that!
If you have just jumped straight to this article, please first go and do the exercise for week one before embarking on this one. The program is designed to build on each step over the five weeks so don’t be tempted to skip one. For those of you who have completed week one – get ready for a mind expanding experience for week two!
Week Two: Changing Your Mind
Let’s work those brain hemispheres. How? Why by using your less dominant hand. For the next week I want you to try doing some one handed daily tasks with your less dominant hand every day. Brush your teeth, open doors, pick up your coffee cup, even try writing with that hand. You may find this process is both hilarious and frustrating in turn. However, as you mindfully choose to exercise this less dominant hand, what happens over the week is that you trigger the growth of new neural pathways between the left and right sides of your brain. This is neuroplasticity in action. The result of doing this is that you can now access your full potential and you are able to respond to life in new and innovative ways which bring about an entire new set of outcomes which may not otherwise have occurred.
Keep a note in your journal of how you are progressing although whether you choose to use your less dominant hand to do so is up to you! And get ready for the next life (and brain) expanding exercise in week three.

Soulmate or Stalemate? When Love is a Struggle
I was talking with a friend the other day who is in one of those intense, on-off relationships that are brilliant for losing weight but play havoc with your peace of mind. Even though she was talking to me, she was obviously elsewhere and admitted that she was totally consumed by the detail of every moment that they spent together and floored by the agony it caused when they were apart.
There was clearly a strong karmic link in this relationship that made it even more compelling, but karma brings people together for many reasons. It could be that the purpose of their karmic link was to help her learn about the temptations and dangers involved in totally giving all of your power to another person.
We are here to love but not to lose ourselves completely in love. Even in long term relationships, it’s important to practice letting go and taking time out to honour yourself. You should still follow your own bliss and be able to be happy in your own company. Doing this creates a space that allows the other person to step forward and recreate the passion that brought you together over and over again. By continually clinging on, you lose that you that attracted your partner in the first place and run the risk of letting the energy between you go stale. Letting go feels risky, but it isn’t really. It’s far riskier to cling on to something and force it into a stalemate of dependency, or even towards total collapse.
How do you stay in your own power, even when love has knocked you for six? At least once a week, so something for you, either alone or with your friends. Instead of eating in front of the television, lay yourself a place, light candles and make it an occasion. Buy yourself a beautiful bunch of flowers. Go see a film that makes you laugh or read a book that inspires you. Honour the fact that you are absolutely unique and worthy of attention and the world – and your beloved – will mirror that back to you.
Love Dilemma
My boyfriend ended our relationship out of the blue last year and, even though I know I should have moved on by now, I just can’t. What should I do?
Michele Says
You could meet your perfect partner on the bus tomorrow – but what would be the point? The universe can’t bring in new love when you’re stuck in the old. Perform a ritual of letting go. Take a piece of paper and write out everything that you feel – all the love, all the pain, all the grief. Then take something that represents him, such as a photograph, and burn everything, saying as you do, “I release you to the universe and send you on with blessings. I open myself to new love.’ If you can, bury the ashes of the fire somewhere they won’t be dug up! You might feel an outpouring of emotions as you do this ritual, but the energy should shift!
Candle Magic
I adore these gorgeous smelling Reiki candles that are designed to attract and magnify love in your life. At home, I burn candles every night and often when I take a bath. Every time I light a candle I turn it into a little ritual, saying a short blessing or a prayer for something I want for myself or someone I love. If you do that, it’s best to stick to wishing for things like love, joy or healing. When friends come round for dinner we always light one candle each in our candelabra and make our silent wishes and prayers before sitting down to eat!
Quotes to Lift Your Heart
I love this quote from Marianne Williamson, “Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we learn. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and prejudices and the acceptance of love back in our hearts. Love is the essential reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life. Meaning does not lie in things. Meaning lies in us.”
Tantric Tip
As love begins with the self, I thought we’d start with self love! Make a date with you, treat yourself to some fabulous rose scented massage oil (or put a few drops of rose essential oil in a light oil, such as almond oil) and give yourself a top to toe massage. Be present in your body and make love to yourself. Feel what relaxes you and what turns you on. It isn’t essential that you make this a sexual experience. The important thing is that you experience yourself and treat your body as sacred. Celebrate your own divinity. If you find that doing this brings up powerful emotions of not feeling good enough or hating certain parts of your body, hold yourself as tenderly as you would hold someone else and stay with the feelings until they pass. Do this on a regular basis to build a loving, healthy relationship with your own body so that when you do share it with someone else you can do it with complete joy!
