5 Steps to Tarot Superstardom!: Court cards

5 Steps to Tarot Superstardom!: Court cards

Hello again, Tarot Superstars! Our fourth step is going to have us all becoming a combination of profilers and psychologists. We are looking at how to understand the court cards. Even for a seasoned reader the court cards can be challenging. Never fear though as this step aims to develop not only your Tarot reading skills but your people reading skills too! There are two parts to this exercise. If you have already completed Step 3 then you will be familiar with the second stage to this step. These exercises have been designed to be done in no particular order but you do need to complete all five no matter what order you do them in to get the maximum benefit from them. Ready to begin?

Step 4 Part 1: Getting to know you: Remove the court cards from your deck. Shuffle these and the pick one at random. Turn it right side up. Spend as long as you like with this card. Think about the personality traits that you would associate with the kind of person depicted in the card. For example, let’s say you have picked the Queen of Wands. Traditional interpretations of this card are a fire sign woman, someone warm, outgoing and due to the cat which is usually pictured with her, a lover of animals. What would you add to that?

Write down all the qualities you can think of – including any negative ones that also come up. Remember, each card has a positive and negative interpretation. Also, none of us are perfect. If we were we would not be here! We all have personality traits we may be trying to change or work on. If we go back to the Queen of Wands for a moment what might be hers? She may be headstrong and impulsive for example and may rush in without thinking of the consequences of her actions. She may be forthright and truthful but she may also be tactless and blunt at times.

She may come across as very independent and does this work for her or against her? Does she give the impression she doesn’t need anyone when in fact this may not be the case? Above all, play close attention if the card you have drawn is one you would use as a significator for yourself as anything you write most likely applies to you!

Step 4 – Part 2: Going Deeper:  If you own multiple decks – at least three more, then now go get them and take out the same court card from each of the decks. If you don’t own that many then it is time to jump onto the internet and Google the court card you have drawn. In this case you would type in ‘Queen of Wands’ and click on Images.

Compare the Queen of Wands card from three other decks with the one you have drawn. Based on these, what additional information do these cards have to tell you about this kind of woman? Try to pick decks that are very diverse for this part of the exercise as this will give you the maximum amount of insight into this personality type.

Now, when you are ready and based on everything you have been able to draw from these cards about this type of person’s character and qualities, imagine them in a specific situation. This can even be one you are in at the moment. What would they do? How would they react? Would they call on their strengths or give in to a weakness? Would they make a good decision or a bad one? And if you have used an issue you are facing as an example – how does this help you with how to proceed?

The wonderful thing about this exercise is that it not only helps you give in-depth readings when you have a client who is the same personality type, it can assist you with your own problem solving as you can ‘tune in’ to how others would deal with the same issue and in doing so come up with solutions that might now have occurred to you otherwise. And in your everyday life and transactions, when you come across these kinds of people you have the insight into their motivation and behaviour that allows you to forge better connections – or at least handle someone who is being difficult much more effectively than you might have done otherwise.

Repeat this exercise as often as you like with as many of the court cards as you like as the better you get to know them, the better you will know yourself and others.

Free Interactive 3 Card Tarot – Your next step

Free Interactive 3 Card Tarot – Your next step

Focus on the three tarot cards and feel which number may have a message for you. Scroll below for your Tarot message.

Tarot card one

The Star

Happy days! A great emotional tonic is coming. You may have been through an intense emotional time. If you’ve felt drained, uninspired and a bit lost then the Star talks to you of hope. A creative boost is on the way. It’s the sunshine after the storm.

Your creative juices are flowing and a sense of calm and balance returns. Be prepared for brilliance to tumble out of you. Look out for flashes of intuition that show you how to step into your power. This can be an indicator that your energy is opening to the next stage of your development and you have renewed faith in your life path. Optimism, balance and inspiration.

Tarot Card Two

The Ten Of Cups

Happiness is on the way! I love this card. It symbolises a peak emotional experience; one of those times in life where we can enjoy a moment of union with a lover, friends or family. Family problems ease and a coming together of love. Romantic relationships can blossom but it talks about the importance of having shared values or at the very least respecting each others boundaries and beliefs. There may be a move or change of circumstance around your home which are cause for celebration.

Tarot Card Three

8 Of Cups

Time to find the missing piece. This card is not about walking away from something bad necessarily but rather it’s the story of a brave soul who seeks what is missing. You may have many things in your life which are fabulous but your heart knows there is another quest waiting for you. Having succeeded in some ways, your soul is craving the next challenge. You’re at a point of strength and confidence. If there is a situation in your life which is not quite right, you have reached a time where you’re ready to let go to hunt for what you truly desire. One word of caution – make sure you are not leaving behind what you love just to continue to achieve for achievements sake. Inner peace comes from within not from superficial success.

Featured Psychic psychic Katherine 2180

A few of your kind words about Katherine

“I have recently had readings with Katherine and Jan-Lee. I would just  like to say thank you to each of them for helping me at a stressful time in my life. They all gave me the same consistent information, with no prompting from me about my situation. They were kind and supportive and very detailed with their insights of the outcomes for my issues and how I could resolve them. Amazingly gifted and lovely human beings.”

“Katherine is amazing. She predicted my house move down to the week and said it would involve two men, an odd detail but that’s exactly what happened. She also predicted months ahead I would pass a course at work which no one had done before and I was struggling with.”

“I had a reading with Katherine today and she was brilliant. She was able to tell me the truth about my ex and was able to tell me things about him which were true. I really enjoyed the reading. I feel much better when I called her I was confused as to why he contacted me out the blue. After speaking to her I feel soo much better.”

“I’d like to leave feedback for Katherine, completely brilliant. She went right into the heart of my situation, with no prompt from my self. She explained it step by step and it was all correct. Katherine is very easy to talk to and a brilliant grounded psychic who wont tell you things you want to hear, she tells you the truth as she sees it, which we all need to hear to be able to move forward. She can look into the other persons feelings with such detail i knew she had the right person because only i know what this guy has been like or done. Katherine you are an amazing lady thank you for my reading today, I think finally i have spoken to the best psychic for me, connected with me and able to give me the right kind of reading i was looking for, which is an honest one.”

Your Free Freedom Tarot Reading With Michele

Your free freedom tarot reading with michele

My wonderful pal and online psychic Tanya bought me this gorgeous set of Tarot cards. The deck is called The Stretch Tarot. I’m very drawn to these cards and would love to share them with you. Have a look at the back of these 4 cards and see if one jumps out at you. This reading is to help you enhance your freedom. Sometimes in life we can chain ourselves to circumstance or emotions. We can get lost in a pattern or situation and loose ourselves. The message in this card may be a situation which is coming in, which will change your journey and bring in some soul freedom. Or the message of the card you choose may be a key piece of wisdom to help you unlock a situation that is holding you back! Take three deep breaths and tune into your own psychic intuition to help you see the card you need.

Card 1

The 3 of cups

The 3 of cups is a card with beautiful energy. In this version we see 3 children laughing together. Have you been seeing your mates enough? Are you hanging out with the right people that make you feel fabulous about yourself? If meeting your pals is not like a weekly meeting of the Ya Ya sisterhood, perhaps it is time to expand your social circle? Friendships are the wind beneath our wings. An old connection may get in touch and remind you how to play and have fun. Connecting with your ‘tribe’, your sisters, your trusted inner circle is essential. I recently bought a card for someone which said “A friend is someone who knows everything about you and loves you anyway’ and this is the true essence of friendship. The unconditional love of our friends cures many ills and gives us the freedom to experience childlike joy. Go hangout!

Card 2

The High Priestess

The High Priestess is telling you that you already know the answer. Deep within – you know what to do, and let’s be honest, have probably known for some time. Your inner Priestess is calling on you to honour your soul. You have huge wisdom and psychic intuition. You’re probably giving other people great advice while ignoring your own teachings and being a wise guide for all around you. The time has come to listen, what is your inner voice telling you to do? Listen to your intuition, it is your treasure! Follow the calling of your soul. Take care of yourself as you would another.

Card 3

The 2 Of Cups

There are no words for how much I adore this translation of the 2 of cups. It is very difficult to capture the 2 of cups. It’s about union, a meeting of souls. The two of cups can be lovers, friends or twin souls. It is also the card of a healthy loving relationship or the beginning of a great love. I adore the fact that this card seems to cover all sexes and sexuality in one card including non binary. This is a particularly difficult task, although I have to say the Rider Waite deck does this quite well. The message of this card is that love comes in many forms. All of us have a soul connection to someone, somewhere. We are linked and are not alone, even if we feel as if we are sometimes. New love or friendship may bring you the freedom you desire. As this card illustrates, freedom is being able to express all sides of ourselves and to value that we are complex beings. A union of some kind may be coming your way. It’s an exciting message of love.

Card 4

Justice

Justice is an interesting card. I’ve learned over the years that what we see as Justice or injustice can be very subjective! We all view situations differently. We can sometimes feel an injustice has been done and we’ve totally got the wrong end of the stick. We can make assumptions and then dislike someone or feel insulted when actually that person means no harm or the other person views the experience in a totally different way. This card is not a card of petty injustice but the card of Universal Justice where divine karma may intervene. It’s also the card of contracts, legal issues and doing the right thing. If there is something in your life that you feel requires Justice to free you, then this card implies that Justice will be done. Sometimes we have to find the love in our heart to move on and hand over our sense of injustice to a higher power. I have also learned along the way that sometimes Justice is not done, or not done in the moment, but catches up in the end. Be fair, be honest and know that some kind of resolution is on the way, and Justice finds a way.

Your kind words about Jonathan pin 2293

“must let you know that this reader made me say “WOW” several times yesterday while he was reading for me – he knew of an inheritance meant for me that was never received as well as a theft by a family member- things so specific that I got “goosies” – also incredible at describing personalities and behaviors. “I just wanted to write to let you know what a completely extraordinary reading I had with Jonathan. I have *very* high standards for readers and I was blown away. Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast August 1

Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast August 1

Aries – Ten of Wands: If ever a card says you have taken on too much and need to lighten the load – then this one is it. While your goal is in sight, if you are too tired to enjoy the rewards when you get there, then you’re missing the point. It could be time to delegate or just refuse to take on any more. There are fabulous new opportunities around you – for romance, pleasure and fun and it would be a pity to miss that. The thing is – you’ve probably already done as much as you can. So either bring in outside help or now let events run their course.

Taurus – Six of Cups: Stuck in the mundane and everyday routine means you could well have closed yourself off to possibilities and the fact that magic can still happen, Taurus. Someone from your past could just re-connect perhaps to remind you of this or suddenly everything just turns out in your favour – just like that. You’re suddenly free and carefree once again and really, this is your invitation to live a little. What appears out of the blue for you now may just seem like a small miracle that invites you to believe in them again.

Gemini – Knight of Cups: Just when you thought romance was dead someone appears to restore your faith in love – or perhaps just humanity in general. Something special is on offer for you now, Gemini and yes, this could be that lover who appears to be someone made to order for you. Or else someone does you a good turn without expecting anything in return. The kindness of strangers gives you pause for thought. If you are on the receiving end of a good deed then pay it forward at some point. If it’s love or an offer you can’t refuse now – don’t look a gift horse in the mouth and question it. Time to ride it.

Cancer – The Emperor:  You could benefit from the help of someone in a position of authority and power. If The Emperor appears in person he is reliable and keeps his word. As a lover you need to take this one seriously as he is after that serious connection. Sometimes he represents a situation where you need to act with a certain authority. The Emperor is depicted seated and observing – and this is what you are being asked to do – observe and get the facts before taking action. Rushing in or knee-jerk reactions dilute your authority and get you nowhere.

Leo – Four of Cups: Seeing as we are still in the midst of your birthday celebrations Leo, what isn’t living up to your expectations? A sense of disappointment in how things are unfolding pervades this card but also you may just feel you are stuck in a rut – no matter how pleasant that rut may be. Hang on as a new beginning is just around the corner for you and in fact the first signs of this may already be there. You just can’t see them – in other words, you can’t see the new for the old in the way. Focus on what is right – not what is not quite right and in doing so, you will suddenly see opportunity for change is right in front of you.

Virgo – Four of Swords: The card which says you need some down-time and you need to take it now. A holiday is called for if you can take it. If not, try to take a few days staycation and just relax. Looks like you have been running on empty for quite some time now and the effects of this are becoming obvious. There’s also a need to step back and assess what is working in your life and what needs to change. Chances are you have been putting off some long term decisions that deep down inside you know you should take and would probably benefit from, but cannot quite bring yourself round to doing. Why not? Is it because you fear the unknown and what will happen when you let something go? Chances are you will stop feeling so drained and all you will do is make room for something better to take its place.

Libra – Ten of Swords: Oh dear, Libra. I know this card is not what you want to see but it is important to look closely at it and understand its full message. This card does indeed signify the end of a situation and possibly a painful one due to the figure in the foreground being pierced by the 10 swords. However, we can become so focussed on this highly confronting image that we neglect to see that behind the figure a new dawn is breaking. A painful situation or something that has gone on for far too long now comes to an end with a new beginning and renewal to follow. However, chances are your higher self has been telling you this was going to happen for some time. All you may now be thinking is why you didn’t listen or act on this sooner. When we neglect to make the choices we should for our growth, the universe steps in and makes them for us – usually in a way we don’t like. When you look back it is likely you are going to see that anything that ends now, is actually a release and a blessing in disguise.

Scorpio – The Empress: Long live love now. And creativity. And fun. And pleasure. Something new is born into your world and this can be anything and anyone from a new lover, to a job or professional recognition, to a period where pleasure and enjoyment reign supreme. Creative or business ventures could get the green light. You get that coveted position. Win that heart or contract. You could end up being justifiably pleased with yourself and life in general now. Abandon yourself to the good things of life – and they include showing the world your talents and all you can do now.

Sagittarius – King of Cups: A lover who is worth re-thinking your criteria for could just cross your path now, Sag. Yes, I know you are usually searching for a fellow free-spirit and on many levels this person is that. But they also value home and family too. They are sensitive and creative and on the face of it may at first seem a little too clingy or needy. This triggers your usual ‘Don’t fence me in!’ response. But before you head for them thar hills at a flat out gallop, stop for a moment. A little nurturing and attentiveness may be just what you need. Plus, they can offer you the grounding and stability you are actually in need of. Hold your horses and give them a second look – and a second chance. If he’s not a lover this guy could be extremely helpful to you in business or your career and as a boss may be just the person you want to work with – and enjoy working with too.

Capricorn – Queen of Pentacles: Release your sensuality and your generosity now. This Queen says you can afford to. Others may be the recipients of an earth sign woman’s generosity or she comes into your life to remind you that the simple pleasures in life are often the best – or that you don’t have to blow your budget to sample them. However, if you are in a mood to spend and have the budget, then it’s likely you’ll be splurging on things that feel good – clothes made of sensual fabrics which feel like a lover’s caress when you wear them. Beautiful things for the home. Jewellery. Good food and wine. If a lover is your goal then act as if they were already in your life and dress and treat yourself as they would. It’s a real ‘If you build it they will come’ tactic. Try it and see.

Aquarius – Five of Swords: Pay very close attention to what your intuition is saying about whether someone can be trusted or not. Also take care who you confide in now as they may not keep your confidence. If you have any doubts about someone’s integrity, please heed it now as there is nothing worse than realising in hindsight that your gut feeling was spot-on. I’m the last person to encourage paranoia or suspicion, but if you feel someone around you is ‘up to something’ then the chances now are high that they are. Take a step back, don’t get emotional and observe. Actions and time will show you whether or not your suspicions are justified and chances are, you’re right on the money now.

Pisces – The Lovers: There are choices to be made and most probably around love and romance now. These can range from whether or not to get involved with someone, or whether or not to go deeper into a relationship or let it go. You are going to live with your decisions for a long time to come so think carefully. If you are juggling your priorities now – say work and your personal life, you need to step off this multitask merry-go-round which is doing you no good whatsoever. Dedicate your time so when you are at work you are there 100% and when you are with your lover work is but a memory and your focus is with them 100% and watch how the quality of both relationships improves as a result.

3 Card Free Tarot Reading – Which card will you choose?

3 Card Free Tarot Reading – Which card will you choose?

Dali Free Tarot Reading.

My partner came home with this wonderful Tarot deck as a surprise present. I never knew that the artist Salvadore Dali had painted a Tarot deck and was thrilled with it! I thought I would share this beautiful Tarot deck and do a review of the deck in the form of a free tarot reading.

Look at the three cards and see if one of them has a message for you. Feel which one has a personal message for you and then scroll down to read your Dali Tarot answers.

Tarot Card One.

The Ace of Cups – Traditionally this card is the holy grail of emotions. You are heading towards a peak emotional experience. What are you feeling at the moment? Where are you heading emotionally and what would make you emotionally satisfied and happy? The Ace of cups tells you that the answer is on the way. It may be that a gorgeous emotional experience is about to arrive. You may have the sensation that in this moment life is beautiful and be filled with a surge of love. It can be a peak spiritual experience or even indicate the beginning of an exciting new love chapter.

If you’re experiencing hardship the Ace may be asking you to count your blessings and pay attention to the love around you. See and feel the love that is present in terms of friends, family etc. Tuning into this love alone can be a great healer.

I love the way the Dali Tarot shows two faces kissing and this card also has a wonderful piece of wisdom in the book

‘The secret of the Ace of Cups lies in the purification of the psyche. If you can delve into your feelings – through reconciliation or letting go- thus ensuring that no bad feelings or compromises dull the clear mirror of your soul, you will stay young regardless of age’

Tarot Card 2

8 of pentacles – The work card. You may be thinking about work, this card urges you to be confident. Working hard should bring the results you desire. You have the skills needed to move forward and if you don’t you may decide to take up a new avenue of study or learn some practical lessons to achieve your goal. We are all unique souls with special gifts and talents, are you using yours? Do you have faith in your ability? It is time to push and put your effort into your career to reap rewards? Are you working on your relationship with yourself and happiness as well as working toward success?

Dali Tarot shows a small hiker striking out to achieve their success and has this advice.

‘Create many results that are uniquely yours, with your signiture and style, and through which you can express yourself. In this manner you will create a sort of healthy luxury; an abundance of well-being and accomplished ideas, and fulfilled desires.’

Tarot Card 3

The 2 of wands – A world awaits but will you go for it? I’ve always seen this card as an opportunity that initially looks small yet may lead to an incredible reward or dream come true. Are you thinking of changing your world in some way? Is there an offer on the table that could lead to an interesting destination? Are you ready to expand and explore and discover a whole new world? Has your world ‘shrunk’? If so, how best can you evolve? You are ready for your next adventure and destination so don’t hold back.

Dali Tarot has an interesting take on this card and one which I like. The two cards indicate a conflict between two basic instincts, which one are you going to follow? No little world is shown on the card like in the Rider Waite but we have a woman looking over her shoulder (although there is still a castle in the distance!) She looks like a feisty and determined sort! Are you?

‘Wait until your vision has become clear and your mind made up. Then do not hesistate any longer. Act with all your might’

I adore this deck and think it is the most refreshing I have seen in a long time. I also love the book that comes with it. I can’t find a copyright on the box but you can get them from Amazon.com

Lot’s of love Michele xx

The Moon and your emotional karma

The Moon and your emotional karma

The dazzling Moon reveals how we relate to other people, particularly in our romantic relationships. Our Moon sign also represents how we are emotionally and our karmic relationship to our mother.

It paints a picture of our emotional expression. How do we respond to feelings? The Moon reveals all!

She also give you a heads up about how a lover is likely to relate emotionally. Someone with Moon in Aquarius, for instance, may tend to intellectualise their emotions and be a free spirit. Yet, these free Moon folk are also very accepting and broad minded. Moon in Pisces lovers have a lot of intuition and emotional empathy and can be oversensitive as well as romantic!

Moon in Aries

People with Moon in Aries are very spontaneous with their feelings. They leap from emotion to emotion and can be quick to anger. Very sensitive, fiery and go getting, if they want your attention they want it now. Moon in Aries people probably had an independent strong mother and learned very quickly to be independent emotionally themselves. These warriors of love crave constant attention and can be demanding in love. Life will never be boring with a Moon in Aries person as they strive to make you laugh and seek to conquer you emotionally. Passionate and full on, they respond well to people who have Moon in a water sign so that they can be a hero.

Positive – Generous, larger than life, romantic, passionate

Shadow– Demanding, forceful, insensitive

Moon in Taurus

Moon in Taurus people can be ideal lovers as when they commit they tend to be loyal. With a strong sense of family and a great love of all things sensual they love indulgence. Once in love, Taurus Moon want you for life. Their childhood should have been quite stable but either way they will on some level crave stability now. Their passions are food, sensuality, massages and curling up with lots of affection. Long term relationships are what Moon in Taurus live for. They can be stubborn, possessive and demanding but they’re usually in it for the long haul.

Positive – Loyal, adoring, sensual, committed

Shadow– Stubborn, jealous, needy, materialistic

Moon in Gemini

Moon in Gemini people can find it difficult to connect emotionally. They are too busy flitting about and tend to get turned on by ideas and intellect rather than emotions. These Mercurial beasts are also incredibly good at changing their mind for no apparent reason and more importantly changing what they feel. Moon Gems need emotional freedom and don’t like to be pinned down or controlled. They will make every effort to connect to what you’re saying but might be totally miffed by your emotions. They will talk to you all day long about the state of your relationship but it’s still almost impossible to rely on them to be consistent. They may have experienced their mother being emotionally unavailable in some way.

Positive– Talkative, quick witted, sense of humour, bright

Shadow – Shallow, changeable, non monogamous. flirty

Moon in Cancer

Moon in Cancer people are incredibly sensitive and need emotional security. These Moon people usually have a karmic bond with their mother (for good or bad) and find it very difficult to break the bond. They also make great mothers or fathers themselves and will live for their kids. Moon in Cancer loves totally and wants to nurture you in a relationship but if insecure, they can get quite manipulative as they will do anything to maintain emotional security.

Positive – nurturing, sensual, warm, motherly

Shadow– manipulative, insecure, needy

Moon in Leo

Emotionally generous and with a huge warmth, they will warm you with their massive heart. Moon in Leo in love, love totally. Leo Moon can be emotionally demanding (like Moon in Aries) and can also be a bit arrogant or critical of their lover. They have very high expectations. Usually Moon in Leo people had a strong mother or a mother concerned with their looks. These emotional lions will fiercely protect their lover and desire a mate who they can be proud of. Expect them to be generous but also flirtatious, jealous yet feel entitled to do their own thing. Although they are a  bit of a pawful, if you capture their heart, they will shower you with love.

Positive – warm, affectionate, complimentary, big-hearted

Shadow – Proud, conceited, jealous

Moon in Virgo

Moon in Virgos have a tough time expressing emotions and tend to put lovers on a pedestal. Alternatively they experience all their emotions from afar through unrequited love or part of a love triangle. Once they truly love they love forever. Even if the relationship is dead they have the tendency to stay, usually out of a sense of duty. These Virgin Moon folk can also go from adoring you to becoming very critical as a way of hiding from intimacy. Virgo Moon finds it incredibly hard to express their deepest emotions and can inadvertently put up barriers. Sexually these complicated lovers can go through periods of celibacy or have a wild wanton secret affair. The karmic lesson is to avoid extremes. Often those with Moon in Virgo can be drawn to religion.

Positive – good listeners, supportive, loyal

Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast July 25

Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast July 25

Our Astro Tarot forecast brings you extra insight into your regular star sign forecast. Discover what the Tarot says for your sign this week.

Aries – King of Wands: Someone just like you or who is very much on the same page as you could appear this week. Singles could be smitten by that go-getting confidence and edgy sexiness – or are we talking about you? Chances are this person is a mirror on some level and is reflecting back at you all the attributes you too possess. You might want to embrace those in yourself first which just makes embracing the other party all the more hotter when it happens.

Taurus – Knight of Swords: It’s a ‘No fear’ week for you Taurus. Even if you are shaking in your expensive designer shoes, project confidence as believe me, no-one will know any different. If you have set events in motion, you will now be carried forward by them and again, this requires courage and confidence on your part. Ideas and news brings about a fast-paced situation where you have to think on your feet. Drive forward now. This is no time for the faint-hearted.

Gemini – Eight of Wands: Traditionally this card not only says you are in the middle of a fast-paced situation, the 8 of Wands also indicates Cupid’s arrows headed in your direction! Travel, business, communications and commerce are also indicated by the 8 of Wands. Long distance communications fly through the air and the symbolism here extends to the fact you too could be off on your travels now. Events now have a life of their own. Enjoy the ride!

Cancer – Nine of Cups: Not just the ‘wish’ card indicating one of your desires may be granted now, butt this is also a card linked to gatherings – of the fabulously glittering and entertaining variety. You may just find yourself rubbing shoulders with the best company or the recipient of an invitation to a special event. Fulfilment and contentment as well as being delighted in what you have achieved or life has delivered for you are also promised by the Nine of Cups so drink deep of pleasure this week!

Leo – The Tower: I know you are thinking: What have I done to deserve this? Everyone seems to dread pulling The Tower but the fact is, sooner or later we all have to deal with its energy. However, it is important to remember that the meaning of this card is not necessarily negative. IT usually indicates a revelation of the truth that gives us a much-needed wake-up call so we are no longer stumbling around in the dark. Ignorance is not bliss at all. If you are to go unencumbered into your new cycle only the truth will suffice.

Virgo – The Star: The card of hope which tells you not to give up and to hold on to your dreams no matter what. If you are experiencing problems, this card tells you that this time is now coming to an end to be replaced by healing and hope. Whether you call it universal consciousness, a guide, a higher power – it is making itself known to you now and infusing you with inspiration and creative energy. Use this to create the future that’s waiting for you.

Libra – The Hanged Man: Fighting against changes in your life right now is going to be counter-productive and just end up creating more problems. This card shows someone who has given up the illusion of control and realised that struggle creates suffering. You’re having a spiritual epiphany whether you know it or not. Let go of something as this card says in order to move forward again, something must be given up. This could just be an old attitude. Change your thoughts and change your world.

Scorpio – Ten of Cups: Emotional satisfaction and love are your rainbows now as this card is all about fulfilment. You could decide that who you are with is ‘the one’ or a relationship takes a committed turn. The people around you now are going to be part of your journey for some time to come. You feel surrounded by love and kindred souls. If you are embarking on a new relationship, there is the promise of something lasting but you still have to work on it to get it to fulfil that potential.

Sagittarius – The Moon: Messages come to you via your dreams or your intuition proves to be your guiding light this week.  Pay attention to what your higher self is telling you and heed your intuition as it could prove to be spot-on. This will apply especially in matters of family, wellbeing and your work. People and situations are not what they appear to be on the surface. You can trust your gut feelings however as your eyes and intellect may not be the best judges of character. Look beneath the surface of every situation or person you encounter this week as you really can’t judge a book by its cover.

Capricorn – King of Pentacles: Romance could come in the form of someone who is easy-going but nonetheless has considerable ambition, a hidden sense of humour and an even better hidden sensual side that you may well love to discover! Others could see the arrival of a mentor, supportive boss or advisor while the key to this card is knowing that if you put in the work, then the rewards are now going to be forthcoming. Here is a man who represents success on many levels.

Aquarius – Death: Not to be feared as this card indicates a transformation and a new beginning to follow. Without transformation there cannot be improvements. If something does come to an end now, chances are when you step back and look at it, you will know deep down it had either been lived out or was going nowhere for you. No matter what the situation, always understand this card indicates a rebirth and without that there can be no new beginnings.

Pisces – Six of Wands: The victory card. Your hard wok now reaps rewards in the form of recognition, rewards, compliments, success and the result you were aiming for. You are literally ‘riding high’ now. The news that arrives is exactly what you were hoping to hear. This is your moment when you show everyone what you are capable of achieving. Bask in the spotlight and in that delicious feeling of triumph. You’ve earned it.
