Card 1 – The Empress

You may have felt that you have given all you have to give. Perhaps someone has taken advantage of your nurturing ways? The Empress is reminding you that you are incredibly powerful. Free Tarot Reading – Creative Soul

Our soul feeds on creativity and all of us have a creative fire within us that once ignited can give us freedom of expression and enhance, even change our lives. When we are children, we are still brand new, we remember what it feels like to live from our soul and the ego has not yet tarnished us. Love has been the inspiration for artists throughout history. You may have suffered a disappointment or could even be feeling disillusioned, but use these feelings to your advantage! Some of the greatest love songs were written when the writer was feeling at his/her worst.

They say what is bad for your heart is good for your art!! Art in all forms can be a way of release, it allows the emotions we store inside to be released and once we confront them they lose some of their power.

Your soul is telling you that you need to get things out in the open even if you may not be able to speak of the pain you are feeling, try writing it down, allow your feelings to spill on to the page, try to make a poem out of them or even a song!.

Think of your feelings as a colour, what colour are they? what shape are they? when we do this exercise it is so much easier for us to visualise our emotions.

Painful emotions are often dull drab colours, imagine yours in your head or even paint a piece of paper in the colour your unwanted emotion is,  then paint a happy colour over the top, yellow is great as it is often associated with sunshine and happiness, watch as you start to infuse the happy colour with your feeling down colour and see how it becomes more beautiful. There is sunshine in your soul, let it shine!

3: Page of swords.

This is a fantastic card to unleash your creativity, it is already bursting to be let loose. Your soul is saying that it is now time to get something out in the open as well as try something new. There is something you need to get off your chest, and doing so may make you feel uncomfortable, the confrontation may be scary but you can release it without the need for confrontation.

There is a fantastic art project called ‘POST SECRET’ the curator asks the public to send them a secret, something they are holding in and feel they cannot tell anyone. He asks them to send it anonymously on a postcard, which you decorate yourself to his address and it is then exhibited along with many others.

Believe it or not, by just putting pen to paper and writing your secret down it takes away its power, you have released some of the burden and this will also bring pleasure to others, it may even resonate and encourage them to be more honest too. Your soul is also saying, “what have you been putting off doing?” whether this be a business idea, travelling the world, taking a risk, writing a book, your soul is giving you the green light and saying “GO FOR IT” use your creative energy to make your dreams reality, if you have dreamt it you can do it!

4: King of wands

Mr creativity himself has turned up to help you if this is the card you picked. The king of wands is the ideas man and is here to assist you. Your soul is asking you to look at what gets that fire in your belly burning? What is your true passion? If money were no object, would you still be doing the job you are, or would you be letting your soul loose on something more creative.

Society often likes us to fit in to a box but your soul is telling you to get out of the box and not to colour in the lines. Be bold, be brave and even maybe enrol on a class, this might not be to further your career, but this is about you cutting loose and dancing to the beat of your own drum!

We all occasionally struggle with our self esteem or self perception, this can overshadow our understanding, perception and reflection of our path thus far and can cause blocks in our lives.

So many factors come together and contribute to our feelings of self-worth and so many come from the energies outside world.

These could be our romantic relationships, friendships, career interactions and figures or the simplest of interactions in a supermarket, We respond to energies in a certain way often times relevant to how we are feeling about ourselves.

How other people treat us and get along with us can really impact all of our self esteem and how we perceive ourselves and others around us. To truly build positive self esteem, we can make a point not to rely on other people when it comes to creating a solid sense of self-confidence.

There are loads of things we can do to improve our self esteem and perception, and many of these have nothing to do with other people. When it comes to growing self esteem, it is all about us!, what can we do? , how do we feel?.

A lot of the time, low self esteem comes from a feeling of lacking or we something is missing. Our world and society is so full of options and choices that this is actually a normal thing to feel as we have entered a space where striving for better for ourselves is heavily promoted. However if we fixate on things we think are missing, we will start to feel incomplete, creating a feeling of low self-worth and having negative impact on our energies.

Instead, to create positive self esteem and a feeling of fulfilment we can all focus on things that we do have in our lives and truly embrace them but also utilise them to further grow, these can be people, possessions, life style and generally loving our unique being and who we are.

We can all look at ourselves recognise that we have gained so many vital lessons and knowledge through our experiences which are interpretational to us individually but ultimately we have grown though experiencing them and continuously shaped our selves and our souls. “Evolution through revolutions”.

These lessons, knowledge and experiences have been through interactions and environments, some can be positive and some can be negative for example past romantic relationships, friendships and job roles. These all act as intricate details and are intertwined in the shaping our unique being today. Through these we have all gained foresight and forethought that if we use positively can enable us to move forward but can also bring to us positive people and abundance.

To move forward recognise all of these experiences as beneficial to you and embrace them this is the key part of our individual journeys, “ Carry it, but carry on” is a term that I try to utilise in my own life and often encourage people to do also, without our souls experiences we would have no direction or revolutionary peaks in our lives that we learn from.

An example of this can be THOSE testing romantic relationships in our lives that have ended badly, we often interpreted these as negative experiences and internalise them as a reflection of our self, “ I am not good enough” “It must have been something that I did”. Or even when we have limited validation or truths around the circumstances we often look to blame ourselves. All of this can taint our self view and view of relationships leading to block around relationships as we look to correct the process next time and seek out familiarity.

What we all need to remember sometimes is relationships are relevant to circumstances, choices and the energetic balance between us and the other person that join whilst on our individual journeys, they are also a transitional connection that change as both people develop in life. Through transition relationships alter because we and the other person alter and experience new, this impacts the journey of the relationship. Our personal circumstances change such as geographical distance, family dynamics or new connections we meet.

The energy exchange between us all can change sometimes causing unbalance and creating distance, this can provoke strong emotional reactions such as fighting and arguing. This can result in relationships ending, often times with one of the  partners initiating this. When this happens we all feel anger and hurt which lowers our energy and self esteem and brings to the surface our feelings of not being good enough, we then shelf the experience and hide it away and deem it as negative because that is just what we do as a first reaction.

Now of course we all have to go through the reaction period and run for the wine and ice cream and hate on the person for a while! However when we have worked through this process we can look at what we learned from this relationship?, what we found positive and negative from the connection? But be truly honest with ourselves. We can then look at rejuvenating ourselves (because we flipping deserve it!) self caring, spending time with friends, learning and utilising creative outlets. Then we have the opportunity to look at who we are in the here and now, how we feel? What do we want for ourselves? What do we deserve?. Then the exciting bit comes WHATS NEXT FOR US?.

All of our souls need to evolve it is a fundamental part of life and in my opinion the most exciting part! .The point of the journey is that we are all a work in progress and are suppose to have revolutionary stages in life to evolve. The thing to remember is that every ones journey and evolution is different, different growth, different opportunities and a different destiny, I believe we are all supposed to meet certain people and experience different environments through our lives that enable us to grow, the time these remain are in line with each individuals path. Remaining in a situation or relationship that doesn’t assist you or the other person to grow can be difficult and impose blocks (we don’t want that, very restrictive!) That’s why some things must end but the point is our journey does not.

We can adapt and follow the above in all parts of our lives, but the key thing is the honesty we have with ourselves and our desire to grow as we are meant too. Also remembering that mostly we operate on an emotional level which is a functional part of our lives, however sometimes we have to tap into a deeper energetic place within ourselves to ultimately improve our self perception and project ourselves to bring us what we deserve. This can be
