Number 2: What you need right now

Go into your kitchen or if you are out and about, head into a supermarket or a deli. Focus your energy on your Solar Plexus Chakra (located at your stomach region) and ask it what it wants to feel nurtured, loved and secure. Without judgement on your part see what it guides you towards.

If you are doing this in the supermarket, have you been drawn to something new, something you used to love and have not eaten for a while or else something you have been denying yourself lately. Do you associate this food with someone specific or a specific period in your life?

Are you drawn to a new veg or style of food? What does it represent?  Equally are you drawn to something which is a bad habit. Is it as a way of blocking emotions and self medicating? It’s incredible how we tend to shop unconsciously, what does your intuition say about what you truly need?

Choose 60 seconds randomly through out the day to tune into what you need in a specific area of your life, not just food. Learn to understand your true intuition rather than your shadow side or unconscious which may be leading you to destructive choices.

In your next 60 seconds tune your focus into a problem you have which you want to resolve. Begin to hear your inner wisdom rather than a compulsive desire. Although this task is deceptively simple you will be amazed by what you discover once you begin to hear your psychic intuition. This also opens you up to get more detail when doing a psychic reading for others.

The object of this exercise is to look at your relationship with what sustains, nurtures and supports you. This helps to understand what choices come from the past and what choices come from your psychic intuition and higher self. Think about this as you go about your day.

What’s your purpose in life?

What you believe the purpose of your life to be is the juice that fires your passion for existence.

But what is your purpose in life? I believe that our true purpose in being here is to become the creator of our experience, to step into our power and realise our complete magnificence.

Rather than being a straight line in any one direction, our path is one of evolution. Because we are all connected, at each point of our own evolution we in turn evolve the whole.

There is no one thing that we have to do or be. We live in a world of infinite possibilities and the joy and magic in life is exploring the sheer scope of the contrast that surrounds us.

So how can you move towards living more in line with your purpose?

1/ Remember that what you do is just a role you play – no matter how important any one role is. Tying our sense of purpose to being a parent, healer or anything else can give us a huge level of drive and commitment, but we change roles throughout our lives and you are far more than that.

 

2/Live consciously. Learn how to attract what you want. Live life, rather than letting life live you.

 

3/Live fearlessly. When you know that you are the creator of your experience, there’s no need to hang back or play it small.

 

4/Expand. Know that you already are everything you need to be and are already connected to everything you could possibly want.

Tarot Superstardom!: Future Mapping.

Tarot superstars! Don’t worry if you’ve just joined us as this 5 part series to Tarot Superstardom can be done in any order. You don’t have to do it consecutively from 1 thru 5 to get the benefits and elevate your readings to Total Superstar level. However – you do need to do all five but these can be done in your own time and any order.

Step 5 is going to be all about mapping your future – or a client’s for that matter. It’s not so much about asking ‘What’s going to happen?’ but there’s a bit of design and Quantum Creativity coming in to play too. This is also another incredibly fun and playful exercise which frees up your imagination to allow creativity and thinking outside the box to happen when it comes to how you want your future to look. Ready to become a cosmic designer as well as a Tarot Superstar? Let’s go!

Part 5 – Design a Map to the Stars: Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we had a map to ascend to star status? Here’s where we draw up yours. Time for a favourite deck if you have more than one – and please choose one with colourful and immersive images if you do. Your Tarot journal is vitally important for this exercise as is time where you won’t be disturbed.

When it comes to something as magic as future creation you need to concentrate. Begin by shuffling your deck and thinking about a goal. A word of caution – please avoid specifics such as a particular job you want to win or a particular person you want to be with. Just concentrate on how you would like the future to unfold and the feeling you would get from that once it does.

Think about all the things you have been doing so far to make that future a reality and ask that you be shown any other ways you can achieve this. When you are ready, set down your cards and fan them out face down. Run your hand over them and pick between six and ten cards at random. Set the rest of the deck aside and turn your cards over face up.

If you have completed Step 1 then you are familiar with the storytelling technique. This is basically the same. Thinking about your goal or how you want things to turn out, arrange the cards so they show a journey or stages that take you from where you are now to where you want to get to.

When you are satisfied with your arrangement, go deeper into the cards and write down everything the first card is telling you that you need to do for the next step. Perhaps you have drawn a court card? If so, does this resemble someone you know? Or a professional you need to talk to? Write down every idea that comes to you before moving on to the second card and so on.

When you are done, what you should have is a complete cosmic business plan of things you need to do or try, pitfalls to avoid which reversed or cards with negative associations will be telling you of, and people you may know or meet who are going to help you.

What thoughts or actions are the cards telling you that you need to change to reach your goal? What do you need to do differently? You may like to come back to the cards you have picked over several days as you may discover that you suddenly see new interpretations or meanings behind them you were unaware of before.

The Tarot is more than just a predictive system. It is a powerful tool we can use as a compass to guide us to fulfilling our own, best destiny and to support us in fulfilling our dreams.

You can also use this technique to assist clients, friends or anyone who is open to finding new ways to fulfil their dreams. There is always more than one path that leads to what we want and the Tarot is the signpost that can show us all of them.

So, five simple steps to becoming a Tarot Superstar. You can repeat all or any of them as often as you wish or whenever you feel the need to put your psychic abilities into high gear. Remember, the more you practice and the more you study the cards – the more your abilities will take you soaring!

Aries – Two of Pentacles: Traditionally this card speaks of juggling money but this can also apply to other resources such as your time. It can also indicate having to deal with fluctuations in your cash or else ‘speculating to accumulate’. It could be you have invested anything from your time, your money and your energy into something and are now waiting for this to pay off. In the interim you have to shuffle around what you have. Don’t worry – no matter which one it is, this card always indicates the situation is temporary.

Taurus – Queen of Wands: A confident woman who may be a fire sign – Aries, Leo or Sagittarius could offer friendship, help or perhaps more. She is independent and her adventurous nature is a call to you to connect to these qualities in yourself. Clever and adaptable, she may be in your life to show you that getting too attached to a routine or to one outcome can block you from seeing new opportunities. Open your imagination – and open your life.

Gemini – King of Swords: This man is the king of facts and statistics. Sagittarius – Queen of Swords: This lady is a cool customer and is either your best friend of that person you love to hate. If she represents a situation it’s time to maintain your emotional distance but remain courteous and polite.  Stay professional if this occurs at work. Is there a woman stirring up trouble between you and someone else? If she wants to gossip tell her politely you’re not interested. Keep your thoughts to yourself and don’t play her games.
