1 Minute Psychic Class! #1

1 Minute Psychic Class You Can Do Anywhere! #1

Do you want to take your psychic skills to the next level and expand your intuition? Also boost your creativity and clairvoyant ability – in just a minute? I’m going to give you some short but powerful psychic exercises in my 1 minute psychic class!

Need an answer to something quickly? Just want to work on your psychic skills but feel you have no time? Then get ready to discover truths, uncover answers and expand your clairvoyant abilities as you go about your everyday business. I’m introducing 30 x 1 minute psychic exercises you can literally do anywhere and at any time. Each one is slightly different so pick the one which best suits you, your circumstances and the answer you seek or try them all.

Bear in mind that these exercises are all designed to get your intuition working so while some or even none of them may not seem to be directly about what it is you need an answer for, they open you up to receiving the information you’re looking for.

Number 1: Look around you. Pick out six circular objects or six objects of the same colour. What connections can you make between them? What do they remind you of? Are they in any way connected to either someone you know or a situation that is going on for you right now? Think about all the connections you can make now. It doesn’t matter how random or obscure these may be or if they do not appear to relate to anything that is going on around you.

The object of this exercise is free-association. When we can make associations between random objects, people or events that may not on the surface be connected, we open ourselves up to receiving in-depth information on what we do want to know. Practice this and change what six things you are seeking each time. You will begin to be amazed at what connections you start to make. Write down what you get and see if there is a deeper message coming through.

Spiritual Love – Turn Your Love Around

Spiritual Love – Turn Your Love Around

In Good Will Hunting Sean Maguire (Robin Williams) poses the question to Will Hunting (Matt Damon): ‘You’re not perfect, sport, and let me save you the suspense: this girl you’ve met, she’s not perfect either. But the question is whether or not you’re perfect for each other.’

The Japanese have something called Wabi Sabi. It is the art of appreciating the perfection of something that is imperfect. Say for example you had a vase that had a crack in it. If you practice Wabi Sabi you would merely think the crack added to the vase’s perfection – made it more prefect in fact and you might display the vase so a spotlight highlighted the crack. This is the essence of Wabi Sabi and this is a practice we can bring into our relationships honouring the ‘cracks’ or imperfections in ourselves and our mates.

By re-framing our relationships in this way, instead of moaning or complaining about all the little things we hate about our partner, we start to focus on the beautiful relationship dynamic which is working – for both of us! This way we can get to a place where we can really appreciate the good things about our relationship and our partner. In other words, instead of focusing on problems we think are with the other person, we bring the energy back into ourselves and this shift in perception allows us to let go for the things which we think drive us crazy and release them. So, in fact, it is our perception of the relationship which changes – often bringing about the changes we wanted in the first place!

My dear friends and favourite couple who have been together over 30 years shared with me the wisdom of a conversation that transformed their relationship. – ‘When I was arguing with my partner to change and be more assertive she said to me “I am not you and if I did turn into you would you still want to be with me?’ This was a revelation! Of course we don’t want to be with someone identical to us yet we can spend a lot of energy trying to argue for people to behave like we would, when it was the difference that attracted us! Once my friend thought about this it changed her perception of what to expect and she started to appreciate that they did not have to do things the same way.

We’re often brainwashed by society and particularly the media to think we should settle for nothing less than perfection in a mate. Not only does that put a great deal of pressure on the other person but it puts pressure on us to be ‘perfect’ as well. Doesn’t that sound tiring to you? Also it can lead us to reject potential partners who may be able to offer us the love and soul connection we’re seeking just because we see them as being flawed (and don’t forget this is a two-way street and nobody likes rejection!). Now I’m not talking about accepting abuse of any kind which is another matter entirely. But seeing someone as they really are, and accepting their faults and foibles, is the essence of true and lasting love.

If we look at mythology both ancient and modern we see this theme echoed. In the myth of Psyche and Eros, Eros is a demi-God who falls in love with Psyche, a mortal. They marry but she is told she cannot look on his face. Her friends convince her she has married a monster and while he is sleeping she lights a candle revealing Eros in all his beauty, but he wakes when she spills hot candle wax on him and flees. In the film Avatar, Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) has to rescue Jake (Sam Worthington) in his human form, from suffocation. The message of both stories is that we have to see and accept someone as they really are before we can really know, and therefore, love them. This is the essence of Wabi Sabi love.

The beauty of Wabi Sabi is looking at the opportunities a relationship offers for growth, realising we are not perfect and neither is our partner either, but recognising that we may be perfect for each other!

Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast July 18

Weekly Astro Tarot Forecast July 18

Aries – The World: You come full circle and achieve whatever it is you set out to do. Success and rewards are only a part of this as this milestone represents a sense of inner achievement too. You are not the same person you were when you began this journey. The world is not a bigger place so don’t be surprised if long distance travel, foreign contacts and you playing a bigger role than you have done in the past also forms part of this. Congratulations and get ready for a new phase to open up.

Taurus – Seven of Pentacles: Time to have a soul audit this week and evaluate how far you have come and what still needs to be undertaken to ensure your ultimate success in a particular area. There’s little doubt you have planted the right seeds but now you need to nurture and fertilise them before you can reap the full harvest. Take stock and above all, continue to commit to the long term. Success is never an overnight achievement.

Gemini – Seven of Swords: Time to use those smarts you are famous for Gemini as this card is all about having to utilise some out-of-the-box thinking and outsmarting the competition as you do so. Come at any problem or issue from a radical and dramatically different approach and be prepared to try the untried. It just may provide the solution you are seeking. At work, don’t be afraid to share those ideas and if career progress is your goal then going along with the approach others are taking when you can see a better one, will not be to your advantage.

Cancer – The Sun: The Sun is about to leave your sign but it will move into your 2nd house of money. This card says you are stepping through a gateway where stormy emotional weather is behind you and the Sun shines on you once more. Sensuality, children, romance, abundance and pleasure mean you’re walking on sunshine – and don’t it feel good?!

Leo – Strength: The most appropriate card for you especially as your birthday season arrives this week. This card is about everything your sign stands for – including rulership. That is not about ruling others – but governing yourself. This is a card of emotions and passions tamed and directed. Channel that Leo energy into where you want it to go. When you have mastered yourself then mastering everything in the outer world and achieving what you want is easy. Be a lion tamer now – and tame the one within.

Virgo – Seven of Wands: Lots of sevens this week and seven is the number ruled by Neptune. This seven is all about self-assertiveness. You may have to stand your ground over your ideas or meet a challenge head-on. However, this card says you are on high ground now. If you are dissatisfied with something in your life at the moment, this seven announces you now have the ability to deal with it – even if this means walking away from the situation.

Libra – Ace of Wands:  The start of something that reignites optimism, energy and your passion to create! This can range from launching a new venture, a hot love affair that arrives out of the blue, backing for an idea, a new job or backing for your business. If it’s love (or lust) neither of you can resist the chemistry which ignites the moment you see each other. Whatever you want, or desire, this card is your green light to go for it.

Scorpio – Page of Pentacles: Take a practical approach to matters this week especially your finances, Scorpio. Chances are you now have a good grip on money matters but don’t be afraid to seek out professional advice if necessary. News could arrive about a deal that is imminent such as a job offer or the opportunity to close a sale. Above all, have a plan in place as to what you will do with that extra cash once it arrives that has nothing to do with frittering it away.

Sagittarius – Four of Pentacles: This card is all about inadvertently stopping the flow into your life. You could be hanging on to something that is actually no good for you and has even become unhealthy – yet you are too scared to let it go. This card also speaks of a poverty mindset and feeling you don’t have enough – and this does not simply apply to money but to anything. Let go and in doing so, restore flow. That’s the simple message here.

Capricorn – Queen of Cups: Pay close attention to your feelings now as they are linked to your intuition. Some of you could benefit from a female friend while others could be exploring their creativity. You are being invited to explore your ability to enchant – the opposite sex but also to enchant others via what it is you say, do and create. Your feelings really are your guide this week however so express, don’t repress these in every positive form you can think of.

Aquarius – Knight of Pentacles: Not only does the arrival of this Knight indicate that your finances may be about to take a distinct turn for the better, it also says that you have passed a test of some kind. This test usually revolves around your integrity and not ‘selling out’ on some level. Be aware the test may not necessarily be related to your work or money but could have occurred on a personal level where you were required to act with honour – what knights are all about in fact. By doing this the universe now acknowledges what you have done with a material blessing.

Pisces – Knight of Wands: This knight always brings with him adventure and a change that excites you. He could well appear as a new lover or else you find yourself entering into a new venture or journey which injects the excitement back into your life. It’s time to be a little more daring and bolder in whatever it is you want to undertake now. The Knight of Wands says ‘Fortune favours the brave’. Is that you this week, Pisces?

5 Steps to Tarot Superstardom!: Step 3

5 Steps to Tarot Superstardom!: Step 3

Hello there Tarot Superstars and welcome to Step 3 in my 5 Step Tarot Superstardom Reading Program. If you’ve just joined us then the great thing about these exercises is that you can start anywhere. However, please do complete all five no matter what order you decide to do them as it is the five together which work to open up a new dimension of insight and understanding of the cards and really turbo-charge your psychic and intuitive Tarot abilities.

This exercise requires you to have internet access unless you are one of those people who has more than one Tarot deck. If you’re like me then you probably have one favourite deck which you are totally attuned to and which you use for the majority of your readings. However, that doesn’t mean you don’t have several other Tarot decks which you may love but which you don’t feel quite the same affinity for. If you do have several Tarot decks it is now time to bring them out and put then to work. For the sake of this exercise I recommend using four decks. If you don’t own four decks – or should I say if you don’t yet own four decks, then don’t worry as this is where the internet comes in.

Step 3: Spot the Difference

To begin, just make sure you have some sacred time to yourself and your Tarot journal handy. If you have multiple Tarot decks to hand then pick the deck you love and use the most. Shuffle your deck as you normally would and cut the cards in your usual way and put the Tarot deck back together again and turn over the top card. This is your card you will now work with.

If you own four decks: Find the same card from each deck and place them next to the card you have drawn.

If you have less than four decks: Go on-line and in Google search type in the name of the card you have drawn and click on ‘Images’. You will then be able to choose images of cards from other decks. Pick the cards that intrigue you the most and which are the most varied when it comes to design.

Begin with the card you picked. Start by writing down all the traditional meanings of this card plus the ones that you associate it. When you are finished, move on to the same card from one of the other decks. Notice any differences between the cards and how the images are depicted. Are there different colours? If you have picked a court card how differently are the figures depicted between the two decks?

What additional information can you glean from the second card that you may not have seen in the first – and vice versa. When you are done writing down any extra insight the second card provides you, then move on to the third and then the fourth, repeating this. By the end of the exercise you will have written down a wealth of new and additional information just from looking at four different illustrations of the same card. Use your intuition to do a psychic Tarot reading, what do each of the cards say to you and your intuition?

This exercise broadens our skills in that it allows us to ‘tune in’ to the energy of new decks or the decks we rarely use. It shows us that each artist has their own message and intuitive insight to bring to their designs – which we can then access and use in any of our readings with any deck! And it also allows us to explore the wonderful, visually rich world of Tarot decks without having to spend any money if we don’t want to.

There are many many Tarot decks available linked to just about any subject you might want to name. Each deck contains its own unique wisdom that is waiting for us – if we are just willing to be explorers of the Tarot’s rich world. So, come on all you Superstars – there’s a cosmos of wisdom out there just waiting for you to access it!

How can you know if it’s a good psychic reading?

How can you know if it’s a great psychic reading?

A psychic reading should never be Meh! It should be like having a conversation with an old pal who knows you. A great psychic reading should energetically make you feel comfortable and excited. That moment when you are told something that makes total sense. Or you get the answer you’ve been searching for but realise it was within you all along. You leave the psychic reading empowered and inspired. A psychic reading should give you all these feelings and more.

OK, sometimes you might feel sad as it can give you the courage to face something you may have been avoiding. Your own intuition will allow you to know that the reading is accurate, listen to your body, tune into how it makes you feel.

Never take on information that is telling you something that does not feel right and always get the reader to tell you something about your past and present so that you can validate it (of course do this with an open heart but closed mouth!) Here are just three of the ways that make you know it’s a good psychic reading.

1: ‘I knew that!’. Yes, you did but you needed another source to confirm it for you. One of the best confidence boosters we can take away from a good psychic reading is validation of our own intuition and insight. Your reader tells you something that you have always known or suspected. Now you know you too have the skills you need and can rely on your own intuition when needed. However, there is nothing like a little validation to send our confidence and our spirits soaring. A good psychic reading will always give you facts and details which you can confirm.

2: You are set free. Perhaps you can’t let go of the past or you feel guilty or feel you could have done something different or better. Or else, what your psychic tells you just sets your confidence soaring and you feel you can now achieve whatever it is you want to, again it is something that you KNOW and it gets awakened. A  psychic reading gives you a sense of perspective and empowerment. Your psychic tells you something that just resonates within you and sets every atom ringing at the truth of this. You feel inspired and also if it is to do with your past, at peace with it as you see that at the time or in the context of a soul agreement. That’s freedom!

3: You go away with something new. After your psychic reading you leave with a reawakened optimism about your life, or perhaps seeing a new direction, is possible after all. Very often this comes about due to the psychic being able to see something in you that you haven’t been able to believe in yourself. You may now know you are more capable and talented, or have learned something new about yourself you just couldn’t see before. Or perhaps the reader alerted you to a path or an opportunity which fits into your dream. A real psychic tunes into all we can be and all that is available for us.

Psychic Reading Turbo Boost – 5 Top Hacks

Psychic Reading Turbo Boost – 5 Top Hacks

Who doesn’t love the feeling when you’ve had a psychic reading and you come away feeling that you not only totally connected with your psychic but that you got far more information from your reading that you could ever have possibly imagined? That feeling of empowerment and anticipation in your future is the best take-out ever!

So, how can you maximise your opportunities to connect with your psychic and come away feeling the future is yours to create and command? Here are my five top tips for doing just that.

1: Prepare! Chances are there is a key area or issue going on in your life right now that has prompted your decision to have a psychic reading. Before you go ahead, take a moment to think about your situation and also, put yourself into a state of openness. Going into a reading with set expectations or wanting a specific answer is counter-productive to both you and your reader. Part of being prepared is letting go of what you want to hear and being open to what you need to know! By all means, have questions ready but just before you talk to your psychic, I’ve found it helps just to state your intention to hear whatever it is the universe wants to tell you. Saying ‘I enter into this reading with an open heart and an open mind’, instantly puts you into a receptive frame of mind – which your psychic will quickly tune into.

2: Relax. If you are going through a difficult time at the moment and if you are feeling anxious about what the psychic may have to tell you, please be upfront and tell them. Even if you have no specific concerns at present and just want to know what is coming up for you, a few centering breaths or a quick meditation before your reading puts you in the right place. If you are nervous however, telling your psychic this instantly opens up communication between you.

3: Ask the right questions: And I could add to this ‘in the right way’! Here’s an example. You are hoping a new relationship will appear soon so you ask your psychic: Will I ever find love? Now when you think about it, this can be answered with a ‘Yes’ or a ‘No’. Also you have not stated what kind of love you are seeking as all connections are usually about love and we could be talking about the love of a close friend or mentor. However, if you ask the question in a radically different way – such as ‘What more can I be doing now to attract a romantic partner into my life?’ – well not only have you specified the kind of love you are seeking, you have opened up a way for your psychic to give you all kinds of information as to how to do this. So, when asking your questions, phrase them so your psychic is able to channel every piece of information they can for you.

4:  If your reading is not recorded – take notes. Yes, it seems obvious doesn’t it? But so often we can be told things that may not make sense at the time we have the psychic reading, but turn out to be completely relevant later on. Here is an example of that as one client I know wrote down what she was told in a very enlightening reading. For a while afterwards she would refer back to it and while many things did come true there were others that did not manifest. After a while, she stopped consulting the notebook and shoved it in the back of her desk drawer and forget about it. It was only 12 years later when she was clearing out her desk to move house that she re-read it and realised every single thing she had been told was spot-on – even if some things took a while to manifest. Luckily if you have a reading with us we record them for you and you can listen to them when you join our secure members area.

5: It’s all about the flow, baby! Every encounter is an energy exchange and we have to keep the energy flowing. A psychic reading relies on the psychic reader being able to tune in to your energy. So, while you need to know they are able to do this, sitting in silence and letting them do all the talking can stem or even block the energy. All readers understand that you need to know they have been able to accurately tune in to you. You can interact with a psychic without giving anything away simply by the energy an intention you put into a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ answer to begin with. Enthusiasm and openness on your part allows for a deeper connection to be formed between you.

So, when having your next psychic reading, think about these five top hacks and you increase your chances of walking away knowing you have had one of the best and more insightful psychic readings ever!

21st Century Visualisation – Creating Dreams

21st Century Visualisation – Creating Dreams

I was reading in the paper today how Andy Murray withdraws from social media during tournament time. Part of his plan for success is not to be influenced by other people’s negativity. Trolls can really steal our thunder and deplete us and even the people who love us can get scared or negative when we go after our dreams. This made me think about the importance of keeping or dreams and goals clear especially when we are visualising.

While the good old fashioned methods of a vision board or writing out a visualisation list still work for many of us – let’s not forget that technology now offers new ways of putting these things together and also enables us to access them wherever we are. We can upload our list or images onto our phone or tablet and look at them throughout the day and no longer have to rely on that vision board or opening up our journals. We can have a secret Pinterest board and have different ones for each dream we want to create.

I’m not saying that we should ditch the tried and trusted methods of visualisation, but like our journals, loading our lists or goal images online offers us a secret boost to attaining our goals which I’m going to share with you. Your visualisations in the early stages are fragile plants that can easily be stunted or killed if exposed to the wrong elements. The problem of sharing what you want to achieve or allowing others to see what your dreams are, is that so many people out there are only too happy to shoot them down or literally, rain on your parade. They may do this because they are scared, because they are jealous or because they fear that you attaining what you desire will shift the dynamic of your relationship and they may no longer be relevant in your life. They may even want to protect you from disappointment or failure and have the best heartfelt intentions!

All thoughts are energy and in the beginning you need to keep the energy around your dreams and visualisations close and nurture it in order to manifest them. So, all it may take is a few negative comments or a well-meaning person to start questioning your ability to get what you want, and your visualisation energy is diminished. This can easily happen when people come into your home and see things like your vision board or you share your goals with them too early. If you keep your goals to yourself but accessible to only you, then all that energy goes where it needs to go – straight to your goal.

It doesn’t matter whether your visualisation is to find that perfect partner, that dream job, that home or lifestyle – keep it to yourself in a way that inspires you and which you can ‘touch base’ with as many times as you need to. You can always tell people about your visualisations when they have arrived!

Magic is sometimes better off not shared and kept concentrated. So, keep that manifestation magic close to your heart – and don’t waste your vision on those who would tear it down.

21st century psychic – cord cutting and letting go

21st century psychic – cord cutting and letting go

We are all linked on an energetic and spiritual level.  Mystics and psychics have always said this, and scientists are catching up as they are now talking about how the people we connect with influence everything from what we think to how we feel.

Our connections with others can make us feel inspired and uplifted.  We know that when we are around certain people, we can be more of what’s good about us and do more within our lives.

Occasionally, we find ourselves encountering people or dealing with relationships where we feel drained.    You might be know the spiritual technique of cord cutting – where you visualise the other person, see the energetic cords that run between you and see them being cut and then send them on their way with love.

It’s a powerful process to use that doesn’t have to mean the end of whatever relationship exists between you.  It’s more about reclaiming your own power and restoring the natural balance of energy between you.

But taking the 21st century psychic approach means that we need to weave spiritual practices like cord cutting exercises with other things that magically transform whatever situation we find ourselves in.  Otherwise, we can visualise cords being cut til the cows come home and smudge ourselves ten times a day and find ourselves sucked back to where we were before.

What does that look like?

Avoid the urge to go back.  Particularly if we’re talking about exes.  No sneaky peeks on facebook to see what they are up to.  No midnight sexting or jumping to answer booty calls.  It can be harder to gently ease away from a friendship that’s passed its sell by date, but sometimes that’s what you need to do.

Fill the gap. Everything that we do, including our thoughts and actions, can crystalise into habits that are hard to break.  Detox your habits and replace them with ones that boost your energy.  Science needs to be able to draw lines between two things and show how they are linked.  Magic says, taking that evening course in photography can transform your relationship with the crusty colleague in accounts whose rudeness and negativity saps the life out of you.

Focus forwards.  Whatever you are doing is steering your life somewhere.  Nurture yourself and then put your energy into making your life bigger and better.  Make an active effort to spend time with people who make you feel fantastic for all the right reasons.  Go after your dreams. Who we connect with has an impact on our whole life and what we create.

There is always a bigger picture that often reveals the people who appear to be dragging us down have shown up to help us step into our power or nudge us on the right path.  Recently, someone was astonishingly rude and aggressive towards me.  In that moment, I could have gone backwards into patterns of low self worth that would have tormented me with how bad I am and how I deserved it.  Instead, I sent my energy forwards and literally went somewhere else.  There, I met someone I truly feel I was destined to meet.  I am still astounded by the magical power in the whole experience.

That kind of magical synchronicity can also work for you.
