Bill W. was originally attracted to Man Flow Yoga during Covid. But he realized that he loved that he could do Man Flow Yoga at home, on his schedule, and with very little gear, that he’s stuck with his membership for years. And he even told our team that he plans to stick with Man Flow Yoga for the rest of his life.

Now, that’s a bold claim. But the results Bill’s gotten from his first few years as a Member have convinced him of this.

How Man Flow Yoga Helped Kevin Become a Long-Distance Runner (Even After Knee Surgery)(Member Highlight: Kevin K.)

Longtime Man Flow Yoga Member, Kevin K., initially discovered Man Flow Yoga when looking for a way to correct his muscle imbalances. A few years prior, Kevin had an intense knee surgery, and felt like he could never get back to where he was before his surgery.

Despite doing all sorts of physical therapy post-surgery and even visiting the chiropractor weekly, nothing could restore Kevin’s right knee’s dexterity to its pre-surgery state. By chance, Kevin stumbled on the Man Flow Yoga YouTube channel and started noticing that he felt better after doing a Man Flow Yoga session.

Most guys who are interested in self-care and self-improvement struggle heavily with it. Flicking on the TV or loading your favorite social media for doom scrolling is so much easier. Especially when you lead a busy life and are responsible for your family.

And you know what?

I struggle with this too. It’s a daily battle to pick the activity that’s rewarding in the long-term instead of the one that’s numbing in the short-term.

This is a great balancing exercise to increase hip mobility, stretch your chest and shoulders, and strengthen the spine. The combination of stretching and strengthening the core is great for endurance athletes. It’s also beneficial for anyone who sits often to strengthen the muscles that get weak.
