But this relentless pursuit of self-development opens up a void in our life. The more things we shove into our day, the less time we have to slow down and reflect on what actually matters.

In other words, adding more productivity hacks doesn’t result in significant improvement. It does the opposite: It drives you to the verge of burnout.

57-year-old Man Flow Yoga Member, Barry P., originally joined Man Flow Yoga after suffering a back injury while skiing. During his recovery process, his physiotherapist recommended building his core strength — an often overlooked way to prevent back pain.

Also, as Barry grew older, he realized that he was also getting weaker. Besides walking his dog, he hadn’t done much physical activity prior to joining Man Flow Yoga.

Nick G., a 48-year-old Man Flow Yoga Member, is an accomplished long-distance runner. To date, he’s completed 5 marathons and over 25 half-marathons!
