Winter Tales anthology is out!
I have a book out today! The anthology Winter Tales was released by Fox Spirit Books earlier today. It’s a collection with dark and grim winter stories and poems from established and new authors.
From more than a hundred submissions received, I selected the 22 speculative poems and stories, written by both well established and new authors (a few have their debut, how cool is that). Anniversary
I have a little anniversary today: My debut book The Stars Seem So Far Away was released one year ago
I am very grateful for Adele Wearing and Fox Spirit Books for publishing the book. It’s been wonderful and scary to have my words out there.
It’s been a good year and a year of trying to promote the book amongst the many thousands of new releases. I am happy to say that it has received several reviews. A few reviewers have not been so enthusiastic, but mostly it seems people have enjoyed read...

Cover reveal Winter Tales
The lovely cover for the coming anthology Winter Tales was revealed yesterday.
Awesome artist S.L. Johnson has made the cover. I think it fits the mood in the book perfectly. The book should be out late in February from Fox Spirit Books with 22 speculative stories and poems from new and established writers like Mat Joiner, Ruth Booth, Masimba Musodza, Tim Major, James Bennett, Jan Edwards, Adrian Tchaikovsky and Verity Holloway. Good news! African Monsters was released today worldwide.
This beautiful coffee table book is filled with illustrated short fiction and graphic stories by African authors. They have all written dark stories about monsters from the continent of Africa, based on folklore, legends and myths. See the list with authors and artists here
