Ghost ears: Drawing Dragons Day 323
I gave him ghost ears. Once I say it, you won’t be able to un-see it. They look like Pac-Man ghosts stuck to the side of his head. Imagine them blue and red, pixelated.

Sweet Holidays: Drawing Dragons Day 319
I drew so many little dragons! These cards are my favorite thing. I think she’s a little bit of perfection.
I’m going to sell them at Stumptown Lit with Oregon Writers Colony next Saturday.
It took me a while to find the perfect drawing, and to work it onto the card. But now I think I’ve got it!
They make me perfectly happy. Stop by my table a bit a few for yourself too.

Maybe Red and Green Next Time: Drawing Dragons Day 318
Maybe he needs to be a bit more festive. He seems to be happily waiting. I’ll work him onto a holiday card and give him something to sink his teeth into.

Holiday cards: Drawing Dragons Day 317
I’ve been thinking of holiday cards and little dragons dancing on white paper. I’m thinking this one could be a start, holding something a bit festive…like Figgy Pudding. YUM.

Let sleeping dragons fly! Drawing Dragons Day 315
I watched my dog Rosalyn sleeping, and copied the bend of her legs and her head.
But then my dragon took flight, uncaring that I tried to draw her at rest. She took to the sky.
That’s when I realized: I should let sleeping dragons fly.

Kate

Goaty: Drawing Dragons Day 314
I suppose I should say something brilliant about fire or dragons but really, this goat just looks super weird, you know? And some days we are not made of brilliance. Some days, we just eat a sandwich and watch Dr. Who.
