While visiting the Publishers Weekly site today, Panzer found a press release about the Authors Guild and Created by Humans. According to the press release, in the partnership between Created by Humans platform and the Authors Guild the latter will promote Created by Humans to its members.
 Panzer says, "The promotions have already started. Mom got an email about the partnership this morning."
 Note: This is a very short press release. You won't need anything to eat or drink while you read it.

The page includes links to other information about BookFest, including one at the beginning which will take you to the page for free viewing information. It's a little confusing, but read the instructions closely. You can watch it free on YouTube.

2024 Washington State Book Award Winners Announced! - Library of Congress Center for the Book Washington

Mom's TBR list just got bigger. Mom's TBR list just got bigger.
In his travels today Panzer stopped at the Library of Congress Center for the Book site. There our inquisitive kitty found the announcement of the Washington State Book Award Winners. Panzer says, "Since there are seven categories and a winner listed in each category with the finalists following that list, it's easier if you go to the site and read the post."
 Note: It's a medium length post. Bring a cup of tea and two cookies (biscuits) for this reading selection.
