How do I let go of the resentment I still feel toward my ex even though I was the one who let him go?
Hi Sweet Friends, I’m Panache Desai.
I’m often asked how individuals can be empowered to let go of the resentment that they’ve accumulated as a result of the end of their relationship.
Regardless of how a relationship ends, it’s important that we become accountable and responsible for our part in the relationship dynamic.
More often than not, when two people meet they are beginning to engage in an unconscious exploration, meaning that everything that is unresolved within them is brought to the surface. Relationship simply is the fastest path to love and to union that we have access to as human beings.
Relationships, often when they end in a way that leaves the accumulation of resentment, do so because there isn’t transparency in the communication. More often than not there were hidden expectations or hidden outcomes that one partner in particular was desiring or trying to superimpose on the other that the other simply could not meet.
Of course all of this plays out because we buy into the illusion that the other is the source of our love. It just simply isn’t true; so resentment is an indication that you’ve made somebody else responsible for loving you.
It’s an indication that during the time you were in relationship with this individual you forgot to focus on yourself. You forgot to nurture who you are. You forgot to love the most important person of all in the relationship equation… you!
It is for that reason that you must begin to come to terms with the unresolved emotion that resides at your core. Why? Because what you will do is move on to another relationship and quite simply you’ll bring this same kind of person into being in another body.
Close your eyes, open your palms, just take some breaths. I would like you right now, as you think of your former partner, just to begin to get present to any and all sensations of discomfort or emotion that are in your body. Your body is an accurate storehouse. In any given moment it tells you everything you need to know. It can illuminate opportunities and avenues for breakthroughs unlike anything else because your body is the storehouse of the unconscious.
Once you’ve identified where that place of constriction, tightness or emotion is inside of you, I would love for you to just simply relax and to rest into that place right now, to breathe and to let go and to allow. In doing so, you begin to engage in something that I’ve come to call “Vibrational Transformation”.
Emotions are nothing more than energy in motion and I’ve discovered in guiding people into something that I’ve lovingly come to call “Vibrational Divorce”, Vibrational Divorce being coming into harmony with every past relationship on an emotional level or energetic level that we begin to attract greater possibilities for love into our lives.
So be still, continue to breathe, continue to just get present to everything inside of you that is still unconsciously embedded within you around the past relationship, failed relationship, perceived mistakes, however you choose to label it.
Good! As you do so, I want you to understand that the more you spend time on bringing this into your awareness, the more you are moving on, the more you are leaving the resentment and the incompletion behind.
Take some breaths and gently and slowly once again come back to your body. Please come back to this, revisit it and know that the more you explore this, the more you’ll be supported in accessing love in its purest form.

Why You Can’t Stop Eating

Why You Can’t Stop Eating
I, like countless of individuals around the world, have struggled with my weight. No matter what I do, no matter what diet I try or what exercise plan I get on for some reason I can’t back to that svelte skinny bone structured honed physique that I once had when I was 18 years old.
It remains ever allusive and I know for many of you, your struggle with weight has become a source of suffering or guilt or shame as it has for me.
I’ve discovered, my beloved friends, that in order to make a change in our lives, we must make a decision.
At a certain point my life was confronted by crisis and calamity. My daughter Celeste was born with a heart condition that required surgical intervention over and over again. In that, I was shown very clearly how precious life really is and as a result of that she provided me the courage and inspiration required to do something differently, to make a change.
I subsequently decided to commit fully to a health and wellness regime because I’d realized that in my service of humanity and that in my service of all of those around me, I’d forgotten to take care of myself, something that we all forget to do, something that of course has become the deep source of sadness within us all.
We must learn at a certain point that it is up to us to make the change and it is my deepest wish that you don’t wait for death or crisis or calamity to visit you before you make that shift.
Right now in this moment, know that I love you, and as someone who struggles along with you, you are not alone and that actually our struggle is more common today than any other time before, emotional eating, eating that’s rooted in stress, eating of foods simply that provides comfort, eating as a distraction has become commonplace.
Our food is filled with sugar and all kinds of things, quite honestly, that don’t further our well being and it’s for that reason that together hand in hand we must begin to walk ourselves home.
And so here’s what made the difference for me. I decided that I needed a reset. I needed to do something that interrupted my regular pattern of eating and so I decided much to my family’s amazement to go on a 21 day cleanse and to follow this cleanse diligently and a cleanse is very different than a diet. A cleanse allowed me to reset my body’s chemistry, reset my palate and reset my portions because it wasn’t just what I was eating it was the sheer volume and scale of what I was consuming that was the issue. That coupled with a lack of physical activity was making for a recipe for absolute disaster in my late thirties.
My sweet friends, it’s never too late to hit the reset button and I invite you in this moment to do a cleanse. Find something that supports you in hitting the reset button. Speak to your doctor. Find a solution that resonates with you, with your body type. Be determined.
Express a decision to know yourself as health and well being because I’ve discovered that every great breakthrough that I’ve had in life was born of a decision.
Along with my decision to take part in this cleanse, I also made the decision to wake up at 5 AM every morning and workout, something that rendered my wife Jan in an absolute state of shock. I went from this stagnant Panda that would eat everything on my plate to all of a sudden being on a cleanse and working out every single day.
My sweet friends, I got to a point in my life where I was tired of being heavy and I was tired of not having any energy.
I’d gotten to a point where I was tired of not being able to play with my kids.
I want you now in this moment to decide to live, to decide to lose weight and decide to be all that you are because you are worth that decision, you are worth that commitment; you’re worth that investment.
Your longevity is a requirement because the light that lives within you is necessary and I know it’s hard, and I know it flies in the face of everything that’s convenient and everything that’s easy but all that’s required is a decision.
A decision that I everyday make along with you to know myself as a healthier and fitter version of me so that I can be that for myself, my family, my wife, my kids and this community. We can get through it together.
There isn’t anything that we can’t overcome and it is for this reason that I’m asking you with all of the love in my heart to join me in this decision to be healthy, to be vibrant, to be flexible and most importantly of all to understand that it’s never too late regardless of where you are in your health and regardless of where you’ve gotten to, don’t worry, it’s never too late.
All that’s required is your decision. All that’s required is your commitment and just as the grace and the support showed up in my life to make that shift, it will also show up in yours.
You don’t have to perpetuate the same habits and patterns over and over again. You can in any moment create a conscious pattern and a conscious behavior that has the ability to transform your life.
I’m happy to say that my struggle with my weight is no longer a struggle. That everyday it’s a decision. Everyday it’s a lifestyle choice and that I am more committed than ever before to live a life that is vibrant, that is youthful, that is energetic so that I can reclaim as close to possible my 18 year old svelte healthy, vibrant state once more. Join me. Know that I love you. Know that we will do it together and that you have my full support.

How to Strenghten Your Willpower
People confuse willpower with a dogged sense of determination. Well I want you to know that that simply just isn’t the truth.
We have to first examine what the true source of your power is, how we can align with it and then how we can begin to authentically express that in every area of life and living.
What if I were to tell you that the true source of your power was actually your soul and that your greater alignment with your soul brings forth your ability to remain steadfast and confident in the midst of life’s most challenging events?
There have been moments throughout history where people have had to stand in the truth of who they are in the midst of adversity.
In the midst of every great paradigm shift or every calamity that we’ve gone through as a species, people have had to draw on the strength of their soul to bring something into being that didn’t exist.
We’ve also seen it in moments where a child is trapped under a car wheel and a slight mother of five foot two who’s all of about one hundred pounds is able to clearly lift this car off of that child.
We as human beings, when we align with the power of our soul, tap into an extraordinary ability and the more we can consciously do this, the more we can begin to attract into our lives dynamic strength, dynamic fortitude and courage to keep going and to keep moving on.
You’re only ever as limited as you allow yourself to be.
You’re only ever as limited as the depth of your connection and it is for that reason that I’ve always advocated for people to have a depth of connection first and foremost.
The degree to which you know yourself and the degree to which you can access your authentic self is the degree to which you can align with the power that lives at your core and then express that at will in your life.
In every single moment of challenge, instead of trying to solve the issue through the lens of our ego or through the lens of our identity, instead turn within.
Turn to the power of the soul recognizing that in the moment there is a problem there is a part of you that already has the solution.
In the perceived incompletion, there is a part of you that is already whole and complete.
In the face of the disease or illness, there is a part of you that is abiding in eternal health and in the presence of a financial crisis or calamity; there is a part of you that is eternally vibrating at the level of abundance.
My sweet friends, in every moment by aligning with the true source of our power, by surrendering our identity and our ego to our soul, we are utilizing the power of that light and that love that we are on our essential level. It is this that allows us to move on. It is this that allows us to keep going. It’s this that allows us to push beyond our known limits.
Close your eyes for a moment just open your palms. I want you to begin to think of a situation or circumstance where you are experiencing some level of profound struggle right now.
It can be in your marriage, it can be in your health, it can be in your relationship with yourself, you may have reached a heightened level of self-loathing and self-hatred that is beginning to have you question whether you even want to carry on.
Just bring that into your awareness in this moment and as much as what you’re facing may seem insurmountable, as much as what you’re experiencing may seem impossible to get beyond, I want you to know that at a deeper level of connection, there’s an answer and a solution right now waiting for you.
I want you to lovingly extend your breath all the way down to the base of your spine.
I want you to get into your body to profoundly connect, to begin to move into a deeper place of relaxation, to begin to move into a deeper place of alignment with the true source of your power and I’m going to loving ask in this moment that this power, this light, this love, this information, this abundance, this health, this intimacy connection, whatever is required begin to arise from your core because that is the source of your strength.
The degree to which you are confident in your connection with the part of you that is divine is the degree to which you are equipped to navigate life’s ups and downs.
I’m going to ask in this moment that the highest and best outcome for you come into being and that you be supported fully in being guided in accessing the intuition, in meeting the people you have to meet and in connecting with the resources required to have a breakthrough that moves you beyond this limitation and every other limitation you are currently experiencing.
When you begin to align with the true source of power in your life, nothing is off limits; everything becomes possible; everything becomes available.
In this moment I’m going to ask for a profound connection to and with your soul recognizing that is the source of all and that when you walk in harmony and alignment with your soul you are walking in harmony and alignment with the divine itself and with the divine, my beloved friends, all things become possible.

I want you to get into your body to profoundly connect, to begin to move into a deeper place of relaxation, to begin to move into a deeper place of alignment with the true source of your power and I’m going to loving ask in this moment that this power, this light, this love, this information, this abundance, this health, this intimacy connection, whatever is required begin to arise from your core because that is the source of your strength.
The degree to which you are confident in your connection with the part of you that is divine is the degree to which you are equipped to navigate life’s ups and downs.
I’m going to ask in this moment that the highest and best outcome for you come into being and that you be supported fully in being guided in accessing the intuition, in meeting the people you have to meet and in connecting with the resources required to have a breakthrough that moves you beyond this limitation and every other limitation you are currently experiencing.
When you begin to align with the true source of power in your life, nothing is off limits; everything becomes possible; everything becomes available.
In this moment I’m going to ask for a profound connection to and with your soul recognizing that is the source of all and that when you walk in harmony and alignment with your soul you are walking in harmony and alignment with the divine itself and with the divine, my beloved friends, all things become possible.

How To Create Good Habits
Our habits form our experience, and there’s no greater way to begin to move your life toward all that you deeply desire than through the creation of good habits.
My sweet friends, it’s that which you do every day that yields the greatest results.
One shot breakthroughs in transformation are unsustainable. I’ve noticed in observing people who are functioning at the highest level of life and living. that they everyday nurture and further their good habits.
They wake-up early, they meditate, they engage in some form of exercise. They have some form of regimen and routine that puts them in a peak state.
A state of being that is enlivened and filled with energy. And as much as these individuals over time have honed and perfected their structure and their regiment in that same way, if you want to live at the pinnacle of human existence, then you must too.
Right now I want you to simply begin to understand that good habits in truth are conscious patterns.
That which we choose consciously is naturally aligned with the soul.
It’s naturally aligned with love.
It’s naturally aligned with health.
It’s naturally aligned with intimacy and connection.
It’s naturally aligned with peace.
It is for this reason that we have to over the course of time give ourselves over and over again to that which we wish to experience.
So right now as you’re here just begin to think of one thing that you want to experience in your life more than anything and begin to see what step or one action you could take every day, one good habit you could form to bring you closer to making that a reality.
It could be something as saving money every day.
It could be something as walking every day.
It could be something as simple as going to a restaurant that offers clean vegan food instead of constantly eating fried food.
It could be something as simple as reading a book or listening to a talk on YouTube from somebody that you admire.
The more we are aligned with these choices that are rooted in consciousness and that are rooted in the furthering of all that we desire, the more that we are supported in shortening the distance between where we are now and our best life.
So how will you today, begin to set in motion one behavior or one pattern that furthers the momentum of your health, furthers the momentum of your connection and intimacy, furthers the momentum of your abundance and furthers the momentum of your peace?
If you can every day create one good habit that trends towards one of these areas you’ll be setting yourself up to function at the highest level and to bring incredible breakthroughs and dynamic experiences into your life.

How to Break Bad Habits
Are your bad habits robbing you of all that you deeply desire in life and if so, how can you break them?
My sweet friends, we all have, throughout our years of life and living, accumulated what some may perceive to be bad habits.
I’d like to redefine or reframe what they are by simply calling them unconscious patterns.
Calling things bad habits in some way solidifies the judgement and then the guilt that we must experience as a result of engaging in those behaviors.
Calling things bad habits perpetuates a vicious cycle that we can never break free of and it is for that reason that we must move into a more conscious place of understanding when we are automatically engaging in behaviors that don’t further our health, our well being or our self-care.
My sweet friends, typically unconscious patterning is held in place by some form of pain or some unresolved emotion.
At the root cause of your need to reach for food, to smoke a cigarette or to drink excessively, is anger, sadness and fear that hasn’t been experienced.
Something occurs in your reality that makes you feel powerless and in turn makes you in some way need to assert some level of control.
The more you can relax and the more you can slow down or introduce a level of mindfulness into your everyday behaviors, the more you can begin to dismantle everything that is unconscious.
I want you to know that your unconscious patterns don’t make you wrong and they don’t make you bad.
They don’t make you less than, that in truth, all they do is make you human. As we navigate this human experience it’s important to cultivate the courage then to begin to gain clarity about what the source of our behaviors are.
I know for me, when I’ve gone to emotional places of stress or anxiety or anger, as with all people, I reach for something that provides comfort and, of course, that something typically isn’t very healthy and in some way impacts my health, vitality, and my energy levels and I know that for each of us we all have these behaviors that we engage in.
It is for that reason that the more we are vigilant and the more we’re aware and the more we can stop and slow down and become aware of our breath in the moment then we can begin to dismantle the pattern by simply feeling the unresolved emotion that resides at its core.
In the absence of the emotion, there is nothing holding the pattern in place.
In the absence of the anger, fear and sadness there’s nothing to keep that fed any longer, it has no choice but to collapse, so please meet yourself with compassion.
Lose the label of bad habit. Start to understand that you are experiencing nothing more than an unconscious pattern and the more you can shift into a place of empathy and compassion for self and awareness of self in the midst of behavior, the more you are breaking the cycle.
As you begin to do this, you begin to move into greater states of love, and of course, the journey into conscious embodied enlightenment is the journey of making the unconscious conscious so that we can fully start to align with our soul and birth habits and patterns and behaviors from this space.
Whether it be smoking, eating, drinking, playing video games, overly working, overly working out, whatever that may be, begin to get in touch with what’s really driving the behavior and in doing so, know that you are being freed, you are being expanded, you are being moved into greater alignment with all that you deeply desire.
Stop, slow down, and take a breath and in doing so allow everything that you have been conditioned to believe is a bad habit or behavior to simply just fall away.

HOW TO DISSOLVE ANGER IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Hi, I’m Panache Desai. I’m a contemporary thought leader and a Vibrational Catalyst and it has been my honor to support individuals like you from all over the world in moving into greater levels of love, health, peace and abundance.
I’m often asked by individuals in relationships, why they experience such a heightened level of anger in the presence of their partner?
More often than not we’ve been conditioned to believe that in some way our emotions are a result of the people that we are with. Well, I’d like to let you know that that simply isn’t true.
My sweet friends, we are only ever experiencing that which is unresolved within us and the reason why this heightened emotion shows up around a spouse or a partner is because that’s where we have the greatest level of expectation or projection in our lives.
Ultimately, I feel like we set our partners up to fail on a consistent basis because we expect them to be able to take care of us in a way that we’re not even willing to take care of ourselves.
We expect them to be able to meet all of our expectations, especially those that we have yet to fully articulate or even communicate and most importantly of all, we expect them to be grateful for things that they don’t even know that they’re supposed to be grateful for.
Ultimately, in relationships we’ve been provided an opportunity to step into personal empowerment and personal empowerment looks like no longer blaming the other for what is going on within you.
It looks like beginning to understand that everything in everyone outside of you is a manifestation or an experience of your own internal incompletion.
In Vibrational Transformation, we lovingly recognize that everyone in our lives is a mirror.
That we are simply playing a game of projection and reflection and that in any moment, when we begin to experience frustration or anger or resentment toward our spouse or our partner, in that moment we’re being given an opportunity to address whatever is unresolved within us to begin to bring into harmony the heightened emotion that we’ve been unwilling to feel or experience.
At a certain point, we have to let go of the need to control or the need to, in some way, manage outcomes and experiences.
At a certain point my sweet friends, especially in relationship, you have to have the courage to access a heightened level of vulnerability because it’s then and only then that you can create an authentic alignment with yourself and your partner.
The more you focus on yourself in your relationship, the more you are empowered to be in relationship.
So right now, in this moment, just begin to see if you can get present to where you are holding your spouse or partner hostage for something that you haven’t communicated, for something that you haven’t expressed, for something that in truth, you can only give to yourself.
We blame moments of overwhelm on the other.
We blame moments of anxiety on the other.
We blame, we blame, we blame, we blame, we blame and the more we do so we abide in victimhood.
The more we place our completion outside of us, the more we’re lost. So just begin to get clear about any and all expectations or hidden expectations that you have around your relationship that just simply aren’t being met and recognize and know this, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that you are the only person that can meet them, that you are the only person that can completely love you.
We must fundamentally overhaul the very nature of relationships in order to truly understand the deeper transformational power that is available to us through engaging in them.
What you’ll notice is that even if you leave behind a current partner or a current spouse and engage in a new relationship, once that hormonal sexual high has worn off; eventually the unconscious incompletions that began to color the love that was available to you in your past relationships begin to arise again.
You see my sweet friends; you are the common denominator in your relationship.
So right now in this moment, just take a breath, just allow your body to relax, just really receive what I am saying.
You have the capacity to disrupt the anger, the resentment and the frustration that you are feeling in the presence of your spouse and your partner and I guarantee you in doing so, you have the ability to transform your relationship.
Because on some level, energetically they can feel your frustration and your anger and I guaranteed that’s triggering every single way that they are not believing in themselves, every single way where they don’t have a foundation of love for themselves, it’s triggering insecurity and incompletion within them and of course what happens is you get stuck in this vicious cycle and there’s no escape from it until finally somebody has the courage to be accountable and responsible for their feelings.
So in relationships, it is not your partner’s job to make you feel good.
In relationships, it is not your partner or spouse’s job to make you feel loved.
In relationships, it is not your partner’s job to meet your needs.
In relationships, it is not your partner’s job to do or be anything other than simply be available in each moment for the experience of authentic partnership and alignment.
Authentic partnership and alignment of course, being rooted in completion; being rooted in the understanding and awareness that you are two whole and complete beings engaging in the exploration of love and relationship which makes it a choice instead of a necessity.
Just take a deep breath. I know for many of you, this flies in the face of everything that you’ve been told your whole life about relationships.
Many of you have bought into this false notion that other people have the ability to complete you only to discover that that leads to a heightened level of frustration and anger and irritation.
Anger and irritation is only ever present in the presence of inauthenticity and it is not the inauthenticity of another that you are reacting to. It is only ever your own inauthenticity, your own incompletion, your own judgment, your own lack of acceptance that you are bumping up against.
So right now, resolve to let your partner off the hook.

They’re living life through their conditioning, through their past experiences, through the way in which they were modeled relationship in their home.
They cannot possibly even begin to understand what relationship means to you because they have yet to understand what it means to them.
At that point, nurture and love all that you are because I promise you my sweet friends, that is the key to having a relationship that is rooted in peace, that is rooted in harmony and that is rooted in love.
Love doesn’t come with requirement. Love just is.
Love isn’t filled with expectation. Love just is.
Love isn’t rooted in need. Love just is.
The more you can begin to align with the love that is in your heart, the more you’ll transform your experience of your relationship from anger, resentment and irritation to harmony and peace and most importantly of all a depth of connection and intimacy.

HOW TO DISSOLVE ANGER IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Hi, I’m Panache Desai. I’m a contemporary thought leader and a Vibrational Catalyst and it has been my honor to support individuals like you from all over the world in moving into greater levels of love, health, peace and abundance.
I’m often asked by individuals in relationships, why they experience such a heightened level of anger in the presence of their partner?
More often than not we’ve been conditioned to believe that in some way our emotions are a result of the people that we are with. Well, I’d like to let you know that that simply isn’t true.
My sweet friends, we are only ever experiencing that which is unresolved within us and the reason why this heightened emotion shows up around a spouse or a partner is because that’s where we have the greatest level of expectation or projection in our lives.
Ultimately, I feel like we set our partners up to fail on a consistent basis because we expect them to be able to take care of us in a way that we’re not even willing to take care of ourselves.
We expect them to be able to meet all of our expectations, especially those that we have yet to fully articulate or even communicate and most importantly of all, we expect them to be grateful for things that they don’t even know that they’re supposed to be grateful for.
Ultimately, in relationships we’ve been provided an opportunity to step into personal empowerment and personal empowerment looks like no longer blaming the other for what is going on within you.
It looks like beginning to understand that everything in everyone outside of you is a manifestation or an experience of your own internal incompletion.
In Vibrational Transformation, we lovingly recognize that everyone in our lives is a mirror.
That we are simply playing a game of projection and reflection and that in any moment, when we begin to experience frustration or anger or resentment toward our spouse or our partner, in that moment we’re being given an opportunity to address whatever is unresolved within us to begin to bring into harmony the heightened emotion that we’ve been unwilling to feel or experience.
At a certain point, we have to let go of the need to control or the need to, in some way, manage outcomes and experiences.
At a certain point my sweet friends, especially in relationship, you have to have the courage to access a heightened level of vulnerability because it’s then and only then that you can create an authentic alignment with yourself and your partner.
The more you focus on yourself in your relationship, the more you are empowered to be in relationship.
So right now, in this moment, just begin to see if you can get present to where you are holding your spouse or partner hostage for something that you haven’t communicated, for something that you haven’t expressed, for something that in truth, you can only give to yourself.
We blame moments of overwhelm on the other.
We blame moments of anxiety on the other.
We blame, we blame, we blame, we blame, we blame and the more we do so we abide in victimhood.
The more we place our completion outside of us, the more we’re lost. So just begin to get clear about any and all expectations or hidden expectations that you have around your relationship that just simply aren’t being met and recognize and know this, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that you are the only person that can meet them, that you are the only person that can completely love you.
We must fundamentally overhaul the very nature of relationships in order to truly understand the deeper transformational power that is available to us through engaging in them.
What you’ll notice is that even if you leave behind a current partner or a current spouse and engage in a new relationship, once that hormonal sexual high has worn off; eventually the unconscious incompletions that began to color the love that was available to you in your past relationships begin to arise again.
You see my sweet friends; you are the common denominator in your relationship.
So right now in this moment, just take a breath, just allow your body to relax, just really receive what I am saying.
You have the capacity to disrupt the anger, the resentment and the frustration that you are feeling in the presence of your spouse and your partner and I guarantee you in doing so, you have the ability to transform your relationship.
Because on some level, energetically they can feel your frustration and your anger and I guaranteed that’s triggering every single way that they are not believing in themselves, every single way where they don’t have a foundation of love for themselves, it’s triggering insecurity and incompletion within them and of course what happens is you get stuck in this vicious cycle and there’s no escape from it until finally somebody has the courage to be accountable and responsible for their feelings.
So in relationships, it is not your partner’s job to make you feel good.
In relationships, it is not your partner or spouse’s job to make you feel loved.
In relationships, it is not your partner’s job to meet your needs.
In relationships, it is not your partner’s job to do or be anything other than simply be available in each moment for the experience of authentic partnership and alignment.
Authentic partnership and alignment of course, being rooted in completion; being rooted in the understanding and awareness that you are two whole and complete beings engaging in the exploration of love and relationship which makes it a choice instead of a necessity.

Your anger scares you because you have been taught to reject it.
You’ve been conditioned in some way to repress or suppress it.
You have been made wrong because of it. Your anger is only overwhelming and scary to you to the degree to which you have been taught to stuff it. To the degree to which you have cultivated addictive tendencies, patterns and behaviors to avoid feeling it.
My sweet friends, the only way to be authentically empowered in life is to cultivate a neutrality around the experience of anger.
And I know many of you are like… well I don’t like it when I become volatile and that expresses in a very physical or verbal way that takes people out Panache.
Well I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be that way. Just because that’s all that’s ever been modeled to you it doesn’t mean that you have to perpetuate the unconscious cycle of anger in our world.
You can in those moments recognize the presence of anger in your body. Anger is such a powerful energy and the more we can simply relax in its presence, the more we begin to experience it going off within us almost like a volcano, it begins to arise from the core of our being and it begins to move through all that we are until eventually it just washes out.
My sweet friends when you end your resistance to your anger, you begin to consciously experience it and in doing so then you’re able to model how to consciously be angry to others.
It’s time to stop compartmentalizing your emotions.
It’s time to stop blaming your reality for what is incomplete within you.
If you authentically want to evolve and you authentically want to grow into more than you could ever imagine, then you must befriend your anger. You must have the courage to go beyond what you have been told and you must most importantly of all relax into the experience.
Recognizing that emotions are nothing more than energy in motion and anger when experienced in its height of intensity is nothing more than solidified or compressed anger that over time has become rage, when it is triggered within you stop, pause and feel.
When somebody says or does something outside of you that evokes the experience of anger, recognize that in that moment they are serving as a messenger. They’re acting as a catalyst for you and this is especially important because we live in a collective sea of unconscious information and a part of this unconscious expression is anger.
It quietly simmers under the surface of even the most calm and rational of individuals. It is for that reason that you must learn to accept anger, must learn to remove the judgement around it and simply be open to allowing anger to become your ally and companion on the path of evolution.
For most of you this is going to be the hardest thing of all. Transforming your relationship with that which you have avoided at all costs, but I want you to know that the avoiding of it doesn’t make it go away.
Blaming other people for it, doesn’t bring resolution. You’re here and you’re hearing these words because you now have the courage to tap into everything that is unconscious, to shine the light of your awareness on everything that is there and to simply feel whatever there is to feel.
Your anger doesn’t make you less of a human being.
It doesn’t make you evil. It doesn’t make you bad. It doesn’t make you wrong and all of those control mechanisms or constraints that have been placed over you are simply creating dissonance and discord within your body.
It is your unresolved anger and the heightened unresolved emotional content that you won’t allow yourself to feel that keeps you distanced from the love, the health, the peace and the abundance that you desire more than anything in this world.
So what if I were to tell you that your anger and your willingness to experience your anger determines the state of your health, determines the state of your relationships, your abundance and most importantly of all your connection to source.
Would you feel it then? If the end result of experiencing it was more love, if the end result of experiencing it was promotion and increase, if the end result of experiencing it was having an ageless body and a timeless mind, if the end result of experiencing your anger was peace, would you in moments where you were triggered simply relax into the experience knowing that you are being offered a blessing?
We must cultivate the courage to feel that which was once uncomfortable, because nothing should have that much power over you my sweet friends.
Take your power back today and simply relax into the heightened experience of anger as it arises and of course it’s going to arise in the unlikeliest of circumstances, a look from a stranger, traffic and somebody cutting you up or somebody riding your tail too closely, an inconvenience in a department store, an email or your children simply being rambunctious beings.
Something is going to trigger you.Something is going to open the doorway to completion for you today and when it does, fully accept the invitation to come back into harmony. Fully accept the invitation to feel the intensity of the heightened emotion that resides within you and know that anger isn’t wrong and it isn’t bad.
I love your anger. I love your rage. I love everything within you that you have been taught to judge, repress or suppress because you are beautiful and your anger is nothing more than an extension of your beauty. Embrace it.
Relax into it and know that in doing so you’ll be empowered to be free.

7 Things You Need to Know to Tame the Monkey Mind
The monkey mind is something every modern human is familiar with. It’s that incessant thought stream that no matter how hard you try never seems to settle down.
It’s the worries that keep you up at night, the assumptions that cause you grief, the projections you make about the future and the regrets and sentiments you go over from the past.
To tame the monkey mind takes commitment and a deep inner desire for peace. Calming the monkey mind is the first step on the path towards life mastery.
When you consciously realize that your thoughts are energy, and that the energetic implications of what you maintain focus on are actually creating your life to be based in either joy or suffering, you can be empowered to take control over your monkey mind and access the peace of mind that makes sheer existence a true gift.
1. Seek Common Ground and Connection
Division is a distraction from the divine. When you see yourself as a lone wolf, you lose sight of the pack, and you struggle to survive, let alone thrive. Yet when you can look around and feel a connection to all the people you encounter, everything changes.
You start to focus on connection instead of seeing everything as separate. Nothing is separate. The sun in the sky keeps us all alive. The people around you complaining about their mundane daily disturbances are going through the motions just like you are, they’re merely at a different point in their personal evolution.
Instead of focusing on your independence and feeding your loneliness with divisive thought patterns, bring the focus back to finding common ground.
When you do this you shift your entire perspective.
2. Look Deeper Than the Story
Society, the people you surround yourself with, your past experiences and your present belief system all work to strengthen the story you’re narrating in your head all day long. It’s so easy to attach to your story and your thoughts are the glue that binds you there.
If you struggle with self-esteem and that’s a part of your story then without a doubt your thoughts are the roots keeping that belief alive.
When you can remain present and focus on how you feel in each moment you can start to release the constant narration and let go of the belief structures embedded in your story that hold you back from realizing your true potential.
3. Realize YOU Are Not Your Thoughts
Endless thoughts flow through your mind. A thousand thoughts pass through your mind every hour, and you have two options.
The first option is to allow your mind to act like a hose. Thoughts stream in through the top of the funnel and are directed out, they’re let go of, and they flow elsewhere without attachment.
The second option is to allow your mind to act like a filter. Thoughts attempt to pass through the filter but they get trapped. The filter of your mind clings to them for analysis and attachment. The filter gets all clogged up full of thoughts based in what you want and what you don’t want.
When you believe that every thought matters, that every thought that enters your brain is you, and that every thought needs to be examined, you become overburdened, overwhelmed, confused, directionless and prone to overanalyzing. You create internal resistance because you believe on a subconscious level that you are your thoughts.
When you allow your thoughts to show up and pass away without clinging on to them in an attempt to analyze and integrate, you access a freedom that few people embody. You enter into a vibrational state of allowing which is expansive and creates space for you to access the peace and pure joy of being.
4. Let Go of Excuses
I don’t have time. I’m too busy. These are everyone’s favorite excuses for not allowing connection, acceptance and peace to enter your life on the level of experience.
When you’re ready to let go of the monkey mind and free yourself from the chains that keep you stuck in your head and separated from the world around you, you stop making excuses.
Breaking down the mental constructs that you’ve been attached to and strengthening for your entire life is no easy task, but it is possible and the more excuses you make, the longer it will take to break away from the mental chatter.
5. Develop a Drama Free Mentality
There’s a tendency in our society to become addicted to drama. The boldest example of this is television, you flick on the TV and suddenly you’re immersed in a world wrought with drama.
Breaking the cycle of drama will create more peace in your life, thoughts and relationships. Over time you can consciously train your brain to let go of the things you would normally make a big dramatic deal over.
Your life can be whatever you want it to be, a soap opera or a peaceful expansive existence that plays out moment by moment.
6. Release Judgement
What were they thinking? What’s wrong with them? Why are they doing that?
Judgement creates an inner resistance, a pushing against what is without ever changing what is. When you allow yourself to move into acceptance, even with the things you don’t particularly like, the monkey mind backs down.
The monkey mind thrives on judgement and drama, it’s the fuel that feeds the fire of your thoughts.
When you would normally jump into judgement, whether it’s over someone else’s actions or your own, try to practice allowing things to just be as they are. Allowing isn’t the same as condoning, it’s simply an energetic shift which helps you release attachment and aversion, the monkey mind’s favorite snacks.
7. Practice Awareness
Practice awareness of the thoughts streaming through your mind. You can’t one day wake up and decide to tame the monkey mind without bringing awareness of the thoughts themselves to the forefront. Awareness is the balm that soothes the irritation the monkey mind loves to create.
Awareness is different from attachment because it integrates with the energy of allowing. Thoughts pass by and your awareness shines a light upon them without the incessant desire to unconsciously attach to their meaning.
In every moment you can bring awareness to the forefront of what you’re feeling and thinking. When you notice anger and irritation bubbling up let yourself become consciously aware of these thoughts and your reaction to them and then just let them go.

3. Realize YOU Are Not Your Thoughts
Endless thoughts flow through your mind. A thousand thoughts pass through your mind every hour, and you have two options.
The first option is to allow your mind to act like a hose. Thoughts stream in through the top of the funnel and are directed out, they’re let go of, and they flow elsewhere without attachment.
The second option is to allow your mind to act like a filter. Thoughts attempt to pass through the filter but they get trapped. The filter of your mind clings to them for analysis and attachment. The filter gets all clogged up full of thoughts based in what you want and what you don’t want.
When you believe that every thought matters, that every thought that enters your brain is you, and that every thought needs to be examined, you become overburdened, overwhelmed, confused, directionless and prone to overanalyzing. You create internal resistance because you believe on a subconscious level that you are your thoughts.
When you allow your thoughts to show up and pass away without clinging on to them in an attempt to analyze and integrate, you access a freedom that few people embody. You enter into a vibrational state of allowing which is expansive and creates space for you to access the peace and pure joy of being.
4. Let Go of Excuses
I don’t have time. I’m too busy. These are everyone’s favorite excuses for not allowing connection, acceptance and peace to enter your life on the level of experience.
When you’re ready to let go of the monkey mind and free yourself from the chains that keep you stuck in your head and separated from the world around you, you stop making excuses.
Breaking down the mental constructs that you’ve been attached to and strengthening for your entire life is no easy task, but it is possible and the more excuses you make, the longer it will take to break away from the mental chatter.
5. Develop a Drama Free Mentality
There’s a tendency in our society to become addicted to drama. The boldest example of this is television, you flick on the TV and suddenly you’re immersed in a world wrought with drama.
Breaking the cycle of drama will create more peace in your life, thoughts and relationships. Over time you can consciously train your brain to let go of the things you would normally make a big dramatic deal over.
Your life can be whatever you want it to be, a soap opera or a peaceful expansive existence that plays out moment by moment.
6. Release Judgement
What were they thinking? What’s wrong with them? Why are they doing that?
Judgement creates an inner resistance, a pushing against what is without ever changing what is. When you allow yourself to move into acceptance, even with the things you don’t particularly like, the monkey mind backs down.
The monkey mind thrives on judgement and drama, it’s the fuel that feeds the fire of your thoughts.
When you would normally jump into judgement, whether it’s over someone else’s actions or your own, try to practice allowing things to just be as they are. Allowing isn’t the same as condoning, it’s simply an energetic shift which helps you release attachment and aversion, the monkey mind’s favorite snacks.
7. Practice Awareness
Practice awareness of the thoughts streaming through your mind. You can’t one day wake up and decide to tame the monkey mind without bringing awareness of the thoughts themselves to the forefront. Awareness is the balm that soothes the irritation the monkey mind loves to create.
Awareness is different from attachment because it integrates with the energy of allowing. Thoughts pass by and your awareness shines a light upon them without the incessant desire to unconsciously attach to their meaning.
In every moment you can bring awareness to the forefront of what you’re feeling and thinking. When you notice anger and irritation bubbling up let yourself become consciously aware of these thoughts and your reaction to them and then just let them go.

How do you address your anger and tame your temper? There’s really only one way and that is to meet it with patience, empathy, compassion and love.
That’s the only way we can really and truly tame any aspect of ourselves. By understanding that there is no part of us that is wrong… That in truth, there’s no part of us that really needs to be tamed.
The degree to which you’ve been taught to deny your anger is the degree to which it is now erupting within you with heightened volatility. It is for that reason you must be empowered to nurture, love, trust and surrender to that part of you that wants your attention.
How do you surrender to the experience when anger arises?
Relax into feeling whatever there is to feel…
Embrace it…
Welcome it…
Offer it compassion…
Offer it your heart and beingness…
Know that in doing so, you are setting yourself free.
That which is embraced returns to flow. That which returns to flow sets you free. Flow and harmony are your natural states of being. Embrace your anger. Give up the need to tame it and recognize that your anger is an essential part of you that just simply wants to be felt.

I often hear from people how they contain their temper in some way thinking that their temper is some unruly thing that needs to be reined in… All the while missing the point that it is that belief that we can reign in our temper that is leading to the heightened experience of it that we have in moments where we are triggered.
There’s really only one way to address your anger and to tame your temper and that is to meet it with patience, with empathy, with compassion and with love.
That’s the only way, my sweet friends, we can really and truly tame any aspect of ourselves. By understanding that there is no part of us that is wrong… That in truth, there’s no part of us that needs to be tamed.
We just simply need to surrender to the experience that we’re having, and in doing so, be with it. Because to be with our temper is to love it, is to transform it, is to shift it from it being something that is ugly that we have to lock away and hide, to it simply being something that is a part of us, that’s a part of life and living.
The degree to which you’ve been taught to deny your anger is the degree to which it is now erupting within you with heightened volatility. It is for that reason, my beloved friends, that you must be empowered to nurture and love and trust and surrender to that part of you that wants your attention.
Because, you see, it really has nothing to do with anything outside of you. It has nothing to do with your life situation or circumstance… The only person that is in charge of your emotional state, or that is available to bring it into completion, is you, and it is for that reason you must relax into the experience of anger.
It is for that reason that you must relax into feeling whatever there is to feel and most importantly of all, once again seeing the beauty in the anger that you have, turned into something that is beastly. That you’ve turned into something that is repulsive.
You see, the reason why we have that stigma attached to our anger is because we live in this culture of repression or suppression and denial and the degree to which we do that is the degree to which it gets stuffed deeper and deeper and deeper into our subconscious.
So much so that it gets hidden away until eventually something happens in life that reminds us of its presence, at which point, once again, we feel overwhelmed and simply horrified at the fact that once again this ugly part of us has made its way into our lives and into the forefront of our experience.
So when anger arises, embrace it, welcome it, meet it with love, offer it compassion, offer it your heart, offer it your beingness, and know that in doing so you are setting yourself free.
That which is embraced returns to flow. That which returns to flow sets you free. Flow and harmony are your natural states of being. Embrace your anger. Give up the need to tame it and recognize that your anger is an essential part of you that just simply wants to be felt.
