How Changing Your Energy CAN Change Your Life
When you change your energy you can change your life. You are only ever as limited as you allow yourself to be. As long as you remain trapped in egoic existence, as long as you remain mired by the unresolved feelings and emotions that are keeping you in this illusion of separation, you can only access so much that life has to offer.
The very second you begin to turn your awareness and attention on your unresolved density or unresolved emotional content, you can begin to set in motion a catalytic evolutionary impulse that shifts you out of the confines of egoic limitation and perception into soulfulness.
Vibrational Transformation facilitates transcendence. It allows you to go beyond who you know yourself to be and who you’ve been conditioned to be so that you can once again be reacquainted with your authentic self so that you can live from that space and embody answers, solutions, creativity, innovation and inspiration on demand.
My sweet friends, when you change your energy and change your life, you are empowering yourself to unleash your soul’s dynamic potential and you’re allowing it to inform every single area of life and living. Because when you’re in harmony with you, you’re in harmony with all of creation and there are no longer any blocks or restrictions around receiving.
For years now you have struggled to have a breakthrough, you’ve struggled to break through whatever the glass ceiling is that you are currently bumping up against and I want you to know that the answer resides in your energy, that the more you can address what you have within you and the more you allow the power of this gift of divine love to begin to dissolve everything that’s accumulated, you can begin to experience a vibrational reset which then in turn allows for an expansion which then in turn allows you to embody the highest point of attraction.
We live in a giant feedback loop, be empowered to send out the most powerful signal that you can because everything in our reality responds to love. Everything in our life is wanting to merge with the source of love itself and changing your energy and changing your life allows you to become the source of love in your experience.
Your life’s purpose is to connect with your soul.
Your life’s purpose is to turn and face everything within you that you’ve been avoiding so that you can be liberated from limitation in all forms and so that you can abide in your limitless nature.
Once this occurs, you are reborn, rejuvenated, reinvigorated, it’s almost as though you get to start again but from a vantage point that allows you to experience infinite possibilities and synchronicities.
You no longer feel the pain of loneliness; you no longer try to fill the void that you have within you. You no longer get lost in addictive patterns and behaviors. You simply sit still and know that you are divine. You simply sit still and know that where you are, God is. In this transformation, your entire life bends to meet you in ways that I cannot even articulate in words.
Abundance becomes your new normal.
Health and vitality and harmony are restored in the body.
Intimacy and connection becomes your new way of being in relationships and most importantly of all, you live now and forever more connected to your highest light, fully empowered and ready to express everything that is authentically just been residing within you awaiting a moment of anointing.
My sweet friends, I want you to begin to tap into the power of Vibrational Transformation because I love you so much, I believe in all that you are, I know what resides within you and it’s time to nurture and water those seeds of greatness, allow them to flower, to blossom, to bloom and bear fruit because the world is ready for you and the answer that everyone is looking for lies within you.
In your willingness to embody oneness, you then become an imaginal cell that then translates that energy and that possibility to everyone that you meet. Your relationships transform. I’ve been on this path for many years, and it wasn’t until a recent experience that I finally accessed the courage required to remove the density that was keeping me from fully embodying all that I came here to be.

Happy Holidays from Panache
It’s the time of year again when we gather with loved ones and remind ourselves of the true blessing of connection. Presents are great, but they are entirely secondary to the vibrational state of presence. When you embody presence, you become the gift.
This Christmas, be reminded of the Christ within you. You are Divine. You have astonishing potential that knows no bounds. You have the capacity to align with deeper levels of love, joy and abundance. The degree to which you are present is the degree to which you will allow these gifts to surface.

8 Ways to Overcome Your Fears
You are a Divine being and your nature is to express your authentic Self in the world. You are a beacon of light and in any moment you have the ability to regain momentum and move into love.
Fear or love guides your every action. This choice affects your outlook, your expression, your motivation and most importantly, your energy.
No human goes through life without experiencing fear. Fear, in a sense, is essential for you to survive. But it limits your ability to thrive. Most people have been conditioned to live in a perpetual state of fear. When fear becomes the go-to reaction, neural pathways are strengthened that take the pattern of fear-based living and transform it into a mental blueprint which starts to guide your life on a subconscious level.
Be empowered to always know that you have a choice. When these blueprints have had their foot in the door for awhile, it takes conscious awareness to reprogram your neural pathways and move into a state of love and expansion. There are key strategies which can help you re-form your reactions and create loving responses instead. Let go of your fears and embrace the transformation that occurs when you do.
Embrace the Moment
Fear lives in the past and anxiety lives in the future. The present moment is clear and contained. You hear this advice all the time, so how does one truly put present moment awareness into practice?
Start by observing the world around you. Watch it. Witness it. Allow yourself to go beyond judgment and recognize the sacred connection in all things.
Give yourself permission to let go of thoughts that creep up and try to distract you from your immersion in the here and now. It can be helpful to imagine your fears as objects that you can set down in any moment. This allows your spirit to rest.
Make Freedom a Habit
How does lasting change occur? Through commitment, consistency and repetition. This is how habits are formed and that which you practice often has powerful effects on your reality.
So how can you make freedom a habit?
It starts with your consciousness. It starts by reminding yourself what freedom feels like. On the level of your essential Self, you are freedom embodied. On the level of your created self you live your life at the whim of other people’s expectations and demands. It’s up to you which part of yourself you habitually deepen your connection with.
The essential Self is far more subtle than the created self, but that doesn’t mean it’s weaker. Cultivating a connection with your essential Self - with the part of you that is pure love, joy and peace, is the key to making freedom a habit. Because from this space, you can feel freedom on the level of your soul, not just your circumstances.
Accept Your Fears
Acceptance is the gateway to transformation. It isn’t until you accept the parts of you that feel incomplete that you can move forward in your life. Accept your fear completely. Your fear doesn’t make you less Divine in any way. Your fear is a gift that protects you, but it also limits you and it is time to dismantle it and let it go.
The liberation you seek from fear first comes by accepting it. You can’t simply ignore the fear and associated emotions of anger, frustration and resentment that come alongside it. When fear isn’t acknowledged, it simply grows in density. When you allow yourself to fully experience any emotion without judgment, you energetically give yourself permission to integrate and release it.
Get Comfortable with Discomfort
When you choose to accept your fears, you’ll be faced with a certain level of discomfort. The beautiful thing about discomfort is that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. Discomfort stimulates growth and expansion. Nobody ever moved forward without addressing a certain level of discomfort. It’s a sign of the unfamiliar (the foreign) and for that reason you hide from it. When you realize that discomfort is the signpost of courageous expansion, you can embrace it for the friend that it is.
Keep Choosing Love
Fear manifests in more ways than one. For some people, it shows up in the form of anger and aggression. For others, it might present itself as a lack of patience and frustration. In all cases, it can be met with love.
When fear arises, it’s your connection to your essential Self which will remind you that fear in all of its manifestations can be met with love and acceptance. When a child has a nightmare and wakes up terrified, the parent doesn’t shame the child or try and belittle their experience. They are met with love and compassion. In the same way, you can meet yourself with love and remember that this is a choice that you have not just now, but in every moment of every day.
Embrace Failure
A muscle only grows through tearing and rebuilding its fibers, yet we pride ourselves in building strong muscles.
A baby tries to walk and falls down many times. He embraces his seeming failure and keeps trying. Later, he rides his bike and falls, but gets back up and keeps on moving.
Coming to terms with the appearance of failure has everything to do with perspective. So often you don’t take action because you’re afraid you’ll fail, but in order to transform, one must push the boundaries of security and expand into unknown territory.
Be Courageous
Happiness takes courage. Choosing to love takes courage. Expansion takes courage. What doesn’t take courage is victimhood and remaining stuck because that’s what has become familiar. Explore new ways of being by embracing that you are Divine, and the Universe is fully supporting your awakening and your expansion. Courage restores momentum.
Remember that Fear is a Cycle
Fear feeds itself through your thoughts and actions. For every fear based thought there is an energetic reaction. This cycle perpetuates and suddenly you feel as if you’ve lost all connection to the parts of your essential Self that help you remember your innate divinity.
Just as fear can become a cycle, so too can love. Choose to create a cycle of love. When you’re triggered, angry, in fear mode - respond with love. This shifts your energy to the degree that the actions you take because of that emotion will also come from love. Awareness allows the cycle to end.
Most of all, remember the truth: that you are LOVE. What you feed will grow. Choose to nourish the space of love which stems from your essential Self.
You don’t need to be afraid of your light, of your complete Divinity, of your potential. When you move beyond fear you can fully experience all that you are.
Begin this year from a space of absolute freedom. Wipe your energetic slate clean through the blessing of vibrational transformation. Through acknowledging your density and choosing to let it go, you can integrate and move forth toward oneness and freedom.

3 Compassionate Practices for Dealing with Difficult People
We all struggle with people that we’ve deemed to be difficult in our lives. We have, as a result of this, shunned people or pushed them out of the door in the hopes that we never see them again or we reluctantly show up to family gatherings wishing that the people that we have the hardest time with would just leave us alone.
I want you to know that nobody should have that much power over you and that I want you to develop a space of compassion for these individuals where you once experienced a sense of struggle.
Recognizing that the inflection point of resistance that you’re experiencing is within you, that more often than not it really doesn’t have anything to do with the other person no matter how outlandish or outspoken or judgmental or critical they may actually even be.
My sweet friends, nobody should be able to knock you off of your center and I want to empower you to stay firmly rooted in connection in the midst of every interaction especially those with some of the most challenging and difficult people that you deal with on a daily basis.
I’ve discovered that in any moment I have two choices; the first is to either be my loving self and meet this individual with empathy and compassion, find some place of commonality on a level of my humanity so that I can extend a bridge from where I am to where they are ending the separation that keeps me rooted in suffering.
The other approach is to simply move to a place of fear around it and remove myself from the interaction so much so that quite honestly people end up disappearing from my life. I end up missing out on the parts of the relationship that are functional, that do work, that are harmonious, and ultimately, I end up missing a pivotal moment or opportunity to be empowered in the face of whatever’s going on and there’s a huge difference that you begin to experience in life and living when you start to access these strategies.
You see, when you approach someone from a space of love, you’re coming from the part of you that is authentically aligned with your truth. When you approach someone from fear, you’re coming from a vibrational place that’s dissonant and disconnected and it just further perpetuates the sense of separation that you and they are already feeling and experiencing.
You know I’ve had many an opportunity in my life to practice empathy and especially with individuals who are rude or distasteful or who in some way feel obliged to smear their limited perception over everyone else. I’ve discovered quite honestly that that behavior comes from insecurity, that there is something in them that needs them to be as loud as they are, that there is some core wounding that they are acting from, that there is something in them that remains unresolved and more often than not through this way of being they’re actually hurting themselves more than they are anyone else and so having compassion for these people, having empathy for these individuals allows you and them an opportunity for them to find a different way of being and a different way of showing up.
Also, I’ve discovered through the course of my life that people that trigger me and that people that are challenging are actually supporting me in my growth.
The more I’m conscious and aware about that, the more I’m able to then lean into the interaction and the discomfort to then find a place of peace and connection in the midst of it.
Also, I’ve discovered that being mindful of the bigger picture, recognizing that what’s unfolding is a part of my greater journey is an opportunity to integrate unconscious fears and patterns that I have.
This mindfulness provides me a vital shift out of my survival based instincts into metacognition, into spaciousness, into presence, into a space where I can be available for; and so, in these simple steps that we can take, we can move away from aversion and repulsion into more of the state of inclusion.
Now I’m not advocating that you hang out with the most abusive, degrading person in your life for extended periods of time. But what I am saying is that we must embrace these parts of ourselves first and foremost so that then we can experience freedom in the presence of others who are displaying these behaviors.
By virtue of the fact that we are human, we all have the capacity to display these qualities at some point in our lives. Empathy, compassion and seeing the bigger picture allows us to hold a space of love in the midst of whatever is arising. In that way we are never knocked off of our connection and we are never knocked off of center.

3 Compassionate Practices for Dealing with Difficult People
We all struggle with people that we’ve deemed to be difficult in our lives. We have, as a result of this, shunned people or pushed them out of the door in the hopes that we never see them again or we reluctantly show up to family gatherings wishing that the people that we have the hardest time with would just leave us alone.
I want you to know that nobody should have that much power over you and that I want you to develop a space of compassion for these individuals where you once experienced a sense of struggle.
Recognizing that the inflection point of resistance that you’re experiencing is within you, that more often than not it really doesn’t have anything to do with the other person no matter how outlandish or outspoken or judgmental or critical they may actually even be.
My sweet friends, nobody should be able to knock you off of your center and I want to empower you to stay firmly rooted in connection in the midst of every interaction especially those with some of the most challenging and difficult people that you deal with on a daily basis.
I’ve discovered that in any moment I have two choices; the first is to either be my loving self and meet this individual with empathy and compassion, find some place of commonality on a level of my humanity so that I can extend a bridge from where I am to where they are ending the separation that keeps me rooted in suffering.
The other approach is to simply move to a place of fear around it and remove myself from the interaction so much so that quite honestly people end up disappearing from my life. Hi Sweet Friends, I’m Panache Desai!
Somebody asked me the other day if their heart would ever heal post-divorce or post breakup?
I know that right now while you’re in the freshness of exploring the pain that comes along with this transition, you’re unable to see the greater possibilities and the greater opportunities for love that are arising in every moment right now.
Yes, at some point the heartbreak that you’re experiencing will come to finality. Often that happens when you’re finally able to be at peace with your role in what happened, what occurred, what didn’t happen or what should have happened.
Ultimately when you’re willing to be accountable and responsible for how you’ve shown up, life begins to open up in greater and more expansive ways. Our heartbreak is actually a doorway through which we get to know empathy, compassion and love in a much deeper way than we could ever understand before.
Everything in life is an opportunity for us to evolve. Everything presents us with an opportunity for growth and I know sometimes it can feel as though we’re alone and we’re constantly struggling and suffering and that life is constantly not going in our way or in our favor and I would like to remind you that right now, in this moment, you are simply in a preparatory phase for something greater. You’re being prepared to love with a depth of connection that wouldn’t be available to you had you not had the experience that you’re having.
So right now, I want you to know that in the midst of what you’re feeling welcome the tears, welcome the anger, welcome the fear that you may never be with somebody again.
Welcome the possibility in the eventuality that you’re going to grow old alone, whatever that is, welcome it. Breathe into it, don’t resist it because it is this powerful transformation that is facilitating the greater alchemy required to move you into a vibrational place where you can really love and be loved purely and fully.
Our heartbreaks don’t mean anything about us. They simply mean that we are human and that when we have truly loved; ultimately the love that we have shared with another never really goes away. The relationship shifts forms but the bond of love that we have experienced and expressed simply transforms and serves to bring us into greater connection with ourselves.
And so right now, where you are, I’d like you to just place both your hands on your heart, just simply breathe into this space. Just welcome everything that’s there, welcome every emotion, welcome every fear, welcome with all of the love that you have everything that is going on inside of you right now recognizing that it isn’t a mistake, recognizing that it is all a necessary ingredient to support you in your empowerment and ultimately to enhance your capacity to love and be loved in this world.
We can only know love truly in its purest form when we have had our heart smashed. We can only know love in its purest form when we’ve experienced rejection, betrayal and abandonment so in this moment breathe into your heart, feel the energy in your palms, feel the comfort and the nurturing in your own hands, provide this to yourself, create the safety required to let go, to simply dissolve and to experience.
Your heartbreak is your greatest teacher because it is lovingly supporting you and aligning with a greater experience of love then you can even begin to imagine right now.

How to Make Peace with Your Life
Are you at war with life? You may not feel like you’re at war with your life, but take a closer look.
How often do you find yourself angry at the silliest little details?
Or feeling conflicted because there’s a part of you that just wants to be happy, but still you feel discontent?
Or simply in a state of resistance which puts up energetic walls that make presence and peace nearly impossible?
If any of this describes your daily life to some extent, consider that you have the opportunity to make peace with your life, to move into the energy of acceptance, and to realize the truth of your essential nature. There is a monumental energy of support behind you that wants you to thrive.
You are capable of experiencing pure joy, fulfillment, and love in each moment. Make peace with yourself, and you’ll see the energetic reverberations flow outward into your daily life as you move toward dynamic enlightenment.
Offer Unconditional Love to Your Conditioning
Imagine the beliefs you hold were written on your body. What would they say?
I’ll only be successful once I have money and a nice house.
I’m not smart enough or good looking enough to get what I want.
The only way I’ll stay ahead is if I’m in constant competition with the world and myself.
Success requires struggle.
These are just some common things we have been conditioned to believe. When you become aware of self-imposed limitation you can look at yourself with greater compassion and let those limitations go.
Each of you hold beliefs that don’t serve your higher selves or bring you any closer to thriving or living your dream. On a subconscious level you know that some of your conditioning and limiting beliefs hold you back from ever feeling truly fulfilled. Consciously practice affirming your worth and reminding yourself that you are not your limiting beliefs, you are limitless.
Letting Life Be and Releasing What You Can’t Control
When you want things to be a certain way and want your needs met you can become attached to outcomes. When your attachment to things going your way becomes too strong, you open yourself to suffering. Too much pressure on the concepts you have about how things should look creates an energetic war within you.
Accept life as it unfolds, you won’t always understand the reasons behind what’s happening. There are dynamic forces at work and everything is playing out for a reason. Trust in the Universe to give you what you need and to provide you with every tool necessary to recognize and attune to your essential Self.
Practice acceptance of all aspects in your life. Don’t let yourself enter a state of resistance and dissonance because this energy disconnects you from Source and from the knowledge and understanding that everything is playing out as it needs to for your personal evolution and that of the world around you.
Surrender to the Divine Within You
Become aware of the light within you. The awareness that you are Divine has the ability to shift your entire perspective. When you live from this place you no longer have to be in a state of constantly playing defense or offense. You can experience a depth of connection unlike any other and the things you judged before as ‘wrong’ and ‘not good enough’ fall to the wayside.
Allow life to bring you all that you desire. Resistance limits receiving. Allowing and accepting open you to receiving. The Universe wants you to thrive. It wants you to know your deepest connection, experience your deepest joy and abundance, and live a life of peace and fulfillment.
Lay down your internal resistance and you will begin to thrive toward dynamic enlightenment.

DIVORCE: WHY YOU'RE STILL PISSED OFF AT YOUR EX
The divorce is done. It’s ten years later and you still find that you are present to an undercurrent of rage as it pertains to your ex. Why is this? I hear you asking… It’s because you are still unresolved in yourself.
In some way, you believe that life could or should have been different than it was. That ultimately, miraculously, all of a sudden, your partner or spouse, who is no longer a part of your reality should have been able to cultivate a Jesus or Buddha like quality to transcend every single transgression and to live in a state of peace and serenity at all times.
Although that may be ideal, it’s not realistic at all. The level of rage or the level of incompletion that you are still holding onto a year, two, five, ten years later, fifteen years later, my sweet friends, is all about YOU!
You’re choosing to hold on. You’re choosing to take an egoic position of being right. It allows you to be justified in feeling what you’re feeling and in some ways it’s justification for you to move on.
Ultimately, at this point, this way of being around your ex has become an addiction. It fuels the rage, it fuels the incompletion, it fuels the level of emotional intensity that you’re present to under the surface in every moment of life and living.
At a certain point, in order to be free or when life becomes completely unworkable, you must be willing to move on and that means fully embracing that your partner, your ex-spouse, whatever the status was; was simply doing the best that they could with the awareness that they had and I know that hearing that is really hard for you but you can’t hold people hostage for being unconscious.
If somebody wakes up in the middle of night and starts sleepwalking and all of a sudden moves things around in the house, opens up the fridge, eats something from the fridge and ends up going back to sleep, you can’t blame them for engaging in those behaviors because they were sleepwalking.
Well the majority of people in your life are sleepwalking, they’re unconscious, they’re not even aware of what they’re doing. Their habitual patterns and behaviors that they picked up from those around them are running them and that’s why no matter how much you longed for or prayed for a different outcome, they were unable to give you anything other than what they were authentically able to live in each moment. Which for the most part was unconscious, which for the most part may have been hurtful, which for the most part may have been some addictive pattern or behavior, so you hold on because you’re getting something out of holding on.
The only problem is that while you’re holding on, you’re not moving on. There’s still a part of you that’s seeking vindication, that’s seeking justice, that’s seeking in some way, to prove that you are better than.
It’s only when you give up this false need which is something that will never come, something that will never truly arise, that you can really be available for the love that you have now.
And so, take a moment and allow this moment to be the conscious opportunity in which you resolve to no longer be haunted by the memory of how it was or how it could have been. Instead, rest in the awareness of your breath and be fully anchored in how it is now.
Stop trying to change people into something other than who they are. Embrace them for who they are and simply be all that you are in return.

You’re choosing to hold on. You’re choosing to take an egoic position of being right. It allows you to be justified in feeling what you’re feeling and in some ways it’s justification for you to move on.
Ultimately, at this point, this way of being around your ex has become an addiction. It fuels the rage, it fuels the incompletion, it fuels the level of emotional intensity that you’re present to under the surface in every moment of life and living.
At a certain point, in order to be free or when life becomes completely unworkable, you must be willing to move on and that means fully embracing that your partner, your ex-spouse, whatever the status was; was simply doing the best that they could with the awareness that they had and I know that hearing that is really hard for you but you can’t hold people hostage for being unconscious.
If somebody wakes up in the middle of night and starts sleepwalking and all of a sudden moves things around in the house, opens up the fridge, eats something from the fridge and ends up going back to sleep, you can’t blame them for engaging in those behaviors because they were sleepwalking.
Well the majority of people in your life are sleepwalking, they’re unconscious, they’re not even aware of what they’re doing. Their habitual patterns and behaviors that they picked up from those around them are running them and that’s why no matter how much you longed for or prayed for a different outcome, they were unable to give you anything other than what they were authentically able to live in each moment. Which for the most part was unconscious, which for the most part may have been hurtful, which for the most part may have been some addictive pattern or behavior, so you hold on because you’re getting something out of holding on.
The only problem is that while you’re holding on, you’re not moving on. There’s still a part of you that’s seeking vindication, that’s seeking justice, that’s seeking in some way, to prove that you are better than.
It’s only when you give up this false need which is something that will never come, something that will never truly arise, that you can really be available for the love that you have now.
And so, take a moment and allow this moment to be the conscious opportunity in which you resolve to no longer be haunted by the memory of how it was or how it could have been. Instead, rest in the awareness of your breath and be fully anchored in how it is now.
Stop trying to change people into something other than who they are. Embrace them for who they are and simply be all that you are in return.

When is it okay to start dating again?
Hi Sweet Friends! Here you are post-divorce, post relationship breakup and now you’re wondering when is okay for me to start dating again?
For most of you, that is the pivotal question. At what point is it okay for me to give myself permission again to dare greatly and to put myself out there; to be vulnerable enough to allow another person into my life once more?
The answer, of course, is you are ready once you’ve taken the time to address everything that you have to inside of you.
That ultimately there is a period of integration that we must go through in order to make sure that we don’t continue to repeat the same cycles and same choices over and over again.
The more we abide in this exploration and the more post-divorce or post relationship we remain open to our own evolution and growth, the faster I feel we are prepared and ready to embark on a journey of intimacy again.
This question leads to you growing into the answer and sometimes people feel as though post-divorce or post breakup that they are never going to be in relationship again that in some way, they’re deficient, that in some way they’re not good enough, that it’s their fault that the relationship ended in the way that it did and that they are in some way damaged goods and I just want you to know that isn’t true.
I know from my own experience that often when relationships have ended, I felt as though it was time to really look at what prompted me to make the choices that I had made, to bring the unconscious into my conscious awareness and I know in that same way many of you are embarking on the same journey of… now that I’m in this place and I’ve lived out what I’ve lived out with the awareness that I’ve had, what else is available to me?
What else can open up to me?
How else can I show up in life as it pertains to relationship and intimacy?
The more you remain in this place of curiosity, the more you begin to shorten the distance between unconscious choosing and conscious choice, the more you’re able to consciously create or bring into being a relationship that reflects harmony and alignment for you.
The end result of it is the degree to which you are able to put yourself under the microscope, the degree to which you are able to expand your energy to allow it to radiate forth from you in a dynamic way; that, for some people takes time for others the more honest they are and the more resolved they are, the faster it comes into being.
And so give yourself the space to determine when you are ready. Being in relationship involves a lot of risks. The risk of rejection, the risk of betrayal, the risk of abandonment, the risk of heartbreak, putting yourself out there requires courage and the more you are resolved in who you are and the more you are inclusive within yourself, within the love that you have in your own heart, the more you’re able to be empowered in the midst of whatever comes. At that point, come what may, you are open to be loved and simply loving in return.
And so take the time, my beloved friends, to go through the necessary evolutionary steps and milestones that you have to go through to elevate your vibration to shift your point of attraction and to move you into a place where you can begin to bring into being a relationship that reflects really what’s in your heart, that allows you to align with your deepest desire and that serves in moving you toward a harmonious way of being in the world, one in which love becomes the reason and the cause itself.

31 Ways to Move From Surviving to Thriving
If you were a plant, would you be growing, flourishing, and resilient in a drought or a flood?
Or would you wither and barely get by when nature’s circumstances stray from the ideal?
This is the difference between thriving and surviving. Of course, humans are far more complex than plants, but it’s true that two humans in the same circumstances can have two very different ways of being in the world.
To thrive is a choice. It’s an attitude, and your ability to thrive in the world is deeply connected to the actions you take on a daily basis and the belief structures you embrace.
Training your mind, body, and spirit to grow and flourish doesn’t need to be complicated. Here are 31 simple practices to move from surviving to thriving.
Take time in the morning to find your center and set intentions for the day
Make inner stillness and connection your sanctuary and set the scene for how you want your day to unfold.
Consistently let go of expectations
If the expectations placed upon you by society, family, friends, peers, colleagues, or even yourself, aren’t in alignment with the energy you wish to embody, let them go.
Listen intently without judgement
The mind loves to analyze and judge. Take a breath, take a step back, allow your consciousness to listen fully and release the inclination to jump into judgment.
Enjoy nature
The trees, birds, bees, rushing water, and desert sand have so much to teach. Be with them and tune into the energy of simply being.
Eat nourishing whole foods
Your body will thrive on foods which come from the Earth instead of a factory.
Get up and dance when you feel too serious
Movement releases stagnation. Where else would the phrase ‘shake it off’ come from? When the worries of the world weigh you down, play your favorite song, get up and let the lightness of your being shine through.
Unplug your devices and relish in the stillness
The average digital consumer has around 4 devices. These devices too often serve as distractions. Tune them out so that you can tune in to the sweet stillness of the Divine within you.
Be mindful of complaining too much
Focus more on what you love and admire and less on what you loathe. You’ll be amazed how this alone attracts more love and abundance in your life.
Detox from TV
Too much television can be a vortex of mental confusion. It’s easy to lose hours staring at the bright array of characters, stories, alluring advertisements, and fear-based news reports. Take back your time and do something that helps you grow.
Show your appreciation for the people who support you
Appreciation energetically uplifts those who love you. Take the time to send a thoughtful note of appreciation to someone today.
Do something you’ve never done before
The world has so much to offer you. Never stop exploring the endless opportunities for expansion available to you.
Get lost in a storybook
An enchanting story has the power to expand your horizons and give your creativity and imagination the chance to guide you to a magical place.
Spend time with family
Life can be busy but set the intention to spend quality time with your soul family as much as possible.
Practice radical gratitude
Good things come to people who are grateful. Even when it’s difficult, there’s always something to be grateful for.
Write in a journal for 5 minutes a day
Pouring your emotions onto paper releases them in a way that can be difficult with words. Write your heart out for 5 minutes a day and witness how your energy shifts afterwards.
Set goals and take daily action to make them happen
The thing about goals is that it’s the small actions you take which add up to accomplishing whatever you set out to do. Break your goals down into daily bite-sized chunks and you will succeed.
Formulate a personal mantra
You know yourself better than anyone, and you have it in you to LOVE yourself better than anyone. Wherever you need support, create a personal mantra which affirms your true nature. I am powerful. I am light. I am love. I am worthy. Choose a mantra that resonates and repeat your loving affirmation often.
Learn something you assumed to be difficult
Maybe you’ve always wanted to cook a whole chicken, or knit a cool scarf, or build a sturdy table, but you thought it was too difficult. Push your boundaries of comfort and give trying something challenging an honest go.
Put yourself in someone else’s shoes
Really trying to feel what another person in your life is dealing with builds empathy and connection.
Plant something
Witnessing a seed transform is an inspirational and empowering action.
Compliment a stranger
A stranger is just a friend you’ve yet to meet. When a compliment comes from a genuine place within, it has the power to uplift whoever receives it.
Embrace alone time
