What's Going On with Me.......

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know I'm taking a baby break - maybe just a few days, maybe a tiny bit longer - from my usual almost daily inspirational writing. Okay, since you asked, it's for two reasons. First, my life is extraordinarily intense & chock full of ministry opportunities that sometimes, believe it or not, cause me to need to get some REST! Just a quick business announcement........Please contact me if you would like a receipt for your donations for 2013. Due to an exceedingly full plate, no staff or regular volunteers, and a super old-fashioned book keeping system, I send out receipts by request. All donations are carefully recorded!

How Can I Serve You? - DAILY INSPIRATION

"Are you available Saturday?" I asked my friend over the telephone.

"What do you need?" she asked without hesitation. Not that she didn't already have other obligations. But that's what my friend does.

You scoot over on the couch to give Jesus some space. And to share the popcorn. You don't mind the sacrifice. You're on a diet anyway, and you know the calories in the butter are off the charts. Well, it's all relative anyway. You pass Him the popcorn  as soon as He sits down. You thank Him for the Pepsi. You can't help but be polite with Jesus. He's Jesus, after all.
