For those of us prone to worry and/or prone to getting really excited about where we are going in life, we may find ourselves hyper focused on the future. In other words, too focused on the future. The Holy Spirit said to me one day:

Some of us have a tendency to focus on the past and even to become consumed with it. Others tend to focus on the future and even to become consumed with it. Some tend to do both, ever moving back and forth in our minds from the past to the future and back to the past again. Others do a good job of staying in the present. God’s Desires for You

Is it really possible God almighty would promise His children to fulfill our desires? Doesn’t that sound too good to be true? That the Lord would give us everything we desire? Please look at these verses and see if you believe He is telling us just that?

Too Busy for Jesus?

We who believe in and follow Jesus Christ as Lord can be so busy in our everyday lives that we miss the invitation, the calling, and the beckoning of Jesus to come away from our busyness and come to Him.
