Who Gives You Energy?

I’m in a high state of happiness because of the people around me these next few days. It’s my college reunion and it has me thinking about this lovely feeling. For this morning’s walk, who are the people that give you energy? And do you do enough to tap into that love when you need it?

More Life to Come

Just when I think I’ve got a grasp on what I think life is…surprise! For this morning’s walk, dedicated to my Harvard classmates, learning that, despite loss all around, there are many good things, much to my shock and surprise, still to come.

Until then, be well.

Always remembering the poetic and magical words of Lord Byron,

But words are things,

And a small drop of ink,

Falling, like dew,

Upon a thought

Produces that which makes thousands,

Perhaps millions, think

Peace,

The Thoughts Passing By

Sometimes we suffer from what a thought has conjured from a memory or past experience. For this morning’s walk: navigating the river of your mind without leaping in.
