FALL INTO LOVE IS AT 0.99$ ON AMAZON.COM

To celebrate the upcoming launch of the third part of the #NaughtyNookie series, I thought I’d lower the price of Fall Into Love; the very first installment of Simone’s love life! At 99 cents, if I do say so myself, it’s a bargain! :D

Here’s what people have said about Fall Into Love:

(Find more reviews on Goodreads)

This is a short bout of smut, and I was perfectly happy to accept that, its a case of instalust, and well, it goes from there. We don’t learn much about the characters, but what we learn is what they indulge in [and that] was needed. The ending left me a bit like woah - what has happened here…come on part 2 I need to accept you into my life, like…now!

I enjoyed this book. It had everything you would love in erotica. It was steamy, and passionate. I also love the twist in the end. I seriously didn’t expect that! All I kept on thinking was OMG I wish I had the other book already!!

THE WHIRLWIND IN THE THORN TREE

WHEN ROSS BRIGHAM COMES HOME from Afghanistan, he reels at the news that his father Ed, a famous fantasy author, has died. After the huge funeral, Ross investigates his father’s death, accompanied by two of his father’s fans, ex-athlete film student Sawyer and Noreen, a girl with a broken home and a stunning destiny.

Together, they discover a passage that leads them to the desolate reaches of Destin, the outlaw-infested parallel world in Ed Brigham’s gunslinger novels. After a devastating encounter with a strange black tornado, Ross is captured by a desperado and force-fed a hallucinogen that sends him on the vision quest of the Kingsmen, the warrior gunslinger caste of Destin.

There, he embarks on a quest to save his friends and prevent a secret war that’s been raging since the beginning of time. Rebelling against the pact they made with the gods for immortality, the Muses have turned from inspiring art to inspiring atrocities — and it’s up to Ross, Sawyer, and Noreen to put a stop to it before every dimension in the multiverse goes up in flames.

Inspired by the wainscot and portal classics he grew up with, S. A. Hunt’s The Whirlwind in the Thorn Tree is the visionary beginning of a series that will dive into the metaphysical center of what it means to create…and what it means to destroy. Join our protagonists as they go from modern-day Earth to the sands of an exotic parallel world, where a climactic battle will take place on the shores of consciousness…and challenge the rules of the written word itself.

ABOUT S. A. HUNT

HELLO. MY NAME IS SAM. I’VE been writing and making art for about twenty years (thirty if you count my childhood).

I was born and raised in one of the many middles of nowhere, the backwoods of Georgia. I was a crap math student in school but blew everything else out of the water; toward the end of high school I was named a “Mentor of Poetry, Prose, and Performance” by the National Creative Society (it’s not a huge distinction but it certainly sounds like one, which is why I enjoy it so much).

I’m also a US Army veteran, a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Camp Arena (Herat), Afghanistan, where I served as a 88N/31B (Logistics - Primary / Military Police - Secondary). There I received a promotion to Specialist and a Joint Services Achievement Medal for my outstanding performance and my contributions during the spring floods.

And now, I’m an author. The Whirlwind in the Thorn Tree is part one of the War of Time and Space series.

AUTHOR SPOTLIGHT: JOE BRUNO

WHITEY BULGER - THE BIGGEST RAT

Contrary to popular opinion, rats are born and not made. People think law enforcement ‘turns’ people into rats by persuading them to ‘turn state’s evidence,’ as the old saying goes. There is a difference between the verb ‘rat,’ which is what a lot of people do, and the noun ‘rat,’ which is what a lot of people are. Real men don’t rat because they still have to look at themselves in the mirror. The reason they don’t rat is not because of some oath of silence (omerta), or because they are afraid of being killed, but because they simply ARE NOT RATS. The people who rat (the verb) do it because they ARE RATS (the noun). The people who rat were born rats and simply do what they were born to do when the circumstances benefit them. It’s really that simple.

5 STARS ON GOODREADS: CRAZY LITTLE THING CALLED LUST

As a writer, there’s nothing better than having someone love what you’ve slaved over and I thought today, I could share a review from a reader who has enjoyed both part one and part two of the #NaughtyNookie series!

MORE!!! I need more! who said that erotica is only about raunchy sex. Which BTW the sex scenes are so hot. honestly I get hot flashes when I read them. While Fall Into Love you’ve got to know Simone, and all about her failing marriage and why she’s been celibate for years. She meets Zane. A man who was only supposed to be a one night stand, but it turns out to be more complicated than that. In Crazy Little Thing Called Lust we finally get to know more about Zane and why Mona feels so betrayed. let me tell you I honestly didn’t expect Zane being who he is, and why he lives his life the way he does, and who he loves. I guess you can say that I was just as confuse as Mona was, but as we come to realize. love has no sex, race, or age. As I continue to read I begin to understand Zane more. This is what I’m starting to love about Serena Akeroyd it’s not about the story being an erotica. it’s the details that she puts into her characters. How real they become. How they feel passion, pain, fear, and recklessness. You can honestly read her story and it feels like you’re watching the most amazing dramatic, passionate, f*cking sexy movie ever. This is more than just an erotica. Maybe you might read my review and say that I’m a bit too bias. Maybe you think I’m like her BFF lol. no I’m not. In all actuality I follow this artist on Twitter and she had a giveaway for a free copy of her first story. I was able to be one of those lucky winners and have been hooked ever since. She’s talented and passionate in her writing as you can see, and deserves all the credit for her hard work. I can’t tell you how anxious I am to read All That Glitters. It will be in anticipation.

KEYWORDS FOR KINDLE

I received the Kindle Direct Publishing monthly newsletter yesterday and it reminded me of a link I’d seen in a Facebook group that I’d lost and really wanted to share. This urged me to find it again, because it’s pretty damned important and I’d never read the link before.

Now, this is the NEWSLETTER LINK.

And this is the link from the Facebook Writer’s Group.

Keywords when categorizing your book are so important, as obviously, it’s how readers find you according to words that match their own preferences. But, according to this page on the Kindle Direct Publishing website, if you want your title to appear in a certain sub-category then there is at least ONE keyword from the list required for your book.

So, if you’re theme is a rich guy and a secretary, then you might want to include billionaire or rich in the keywords. Sounds simple, but rich isn’t exactly the most descriptive keyword for a book, it isn’t in my opinion at any rate! But you get my drift :)

Now, the link is aimed at my genre; romance. But there are more. Find them here. They’re for SciFi, Mystery, Children’s, YA etc.

Definitely an imperative look if you’re thinking about self-publishing or are already self-publishing and want to tweak your search keywords!

Hope this helps! It did me!

For my first novella, I used:

Love Triangle, International, Erotica, Romance, Wealthy, Chick Lit

And if you’d like to know more about my series, #NaughtyNookie, then here are the links!

AN UNTOLD WANT

As if being born into a family of witches in a small Georgia town isn’t enough to brand her a social pariah, Maggie MacAllister came home from college with a PhD, baby Liz, and no husband. In the fifteen years since, she has allowed the Jacob’s Creek campaign of whispers to mold her life into a wretched existence.

Even though Maggie sees herself as rational, even scientific, she still attempts to impose logic on a situation of legendary proportions, the MacAllister family curse, but try as she might, a stroll through the family cemetery is proof enough that any man who loves a MacAllister woman dies in the prime of his life. Maggie commits to being single, but when her sixteen year old daughter, Liz, nearly dies from a self-administered abortion, Maggie is thrown together with JD Seaborne, an attractive, younger man with a teenage daughter, Desi, and psychological ghosts of his own. Despite striving to protect JD from both the curse and the neighbors’ censure by pushing him away, they become emotionally, spiritually, and eventually physically entangled.

ABOUT SARA STARK:

What can I say? Writing is an acceptable form of schizophrenia.

Sara Stark is Nellie Williamson’s alter ego. Nellie grew up on a farm outside a small town in middle Georgia, but having been married to a Navy man for nearly fifteen years (and now divorced, thank goodness), she has lived in most parts of the US at one time or another.

Nellie has spent the past twenty-three years in the crazy and demanding world of Corporate America. So when the morass of making a living got boring, as a creative outlet, she took up writing fiction, and Sara emerged. Nellie still lives in Corporate America, at least until Sara publishes more.

Their current home is in Seattle, Washington, and Nellie has certificates from the University of Washington in Literary and Popular Fiction and has attended three writers’ retreats. Her novel, An Untold Want (also referred to as Counting Crows), was also a finalist in the Mainstream Literary Contest at the 2012 Pacific Northwest Writers’ Association (PNWA) Conference.

FANS ALREADY

Okay, that sounds mega cheesy lol, but two people, TWO real people asked me yesterday when book three of the Naughty Nookie series was out. How awesome is that? Okay, it isn’t ten million. But those two wonderful folk have read my work, enjoyed the tale and are gagging to know what’s happening in part three of Simone’s tale.

I think that moment of knowing what I write has a following, even if it’s only a small one, was better than selling my first book. Braingasm. Lol.

All That Glitters… is on the brink of completion and is due to be sent to my beta readers and then the proofreader! Woohoo. I hope to have it out at the beginning of October, so not long to wait for those of you who want to know what’s happening in Simone’s tangled love life!

If you still haven’t read any part of the #NaughtyNookie series, then what’s stopping you? :P It’s the weekend, raunch it up a little ;)
