Emotional and powerful!




Breaking Elle is a real life romance story about heartbreak, confusion, loss, love and friendships. 




Elle is a very strong character who has had troubles in her past and thinks that her life is good. A few mistakes and problems soon changes that for her. 




I like her character and how she interacts with Cane, Tyler and Reed. 




The ending was NOT what I thought was going to happen a big surprise. Can't wait to read the next book!




Couldn't put this book down so a definite 5 stars from me!

I am not really sure how to review this book. It was such an emotional read for me. I cried, I laughed, I screamed at my kindle more than once. By the end, I was a mess!


I loved Rylie. I loved her strength! No matter what crap life threw at her, she just kept picking herself up. She was abused as a child. As an adult, she meets the man of her dreams. But, he becomes her worst nightmare. When he nearly kills her, she dusts herself off and starts over again. AMAZING!!

Derek!!! What can I say… HOT AS HELL!! Derek is the man every woman dreams of. He is a total alpha male, but he has a soft spot for Rylie. It was like he knew she was his the moment he laid eyes on her. He reminded me a lot of Hector from the Rock Chick series by KA. He knew Rylie had issues, and he knew being with her was going to be a lot of work, but he didn’t give a f**k. He was going to have her.

The story moved quickly. I never found myself bored. In fact, I could not read fast enough. I just could not wait to see what was coming next.

The heat level was definitely high, and I like that. There was no fade to black moments in this book. It was hot!!

My favorite part of this book was the connection between the characters. I felt like Derek and Rylie truly cared for each other!! I swear you could feel the love they had for each other. I adored the way the author let those feeling build from friendship, to lover, to more. It was beautiful.

Would I recommend this book? Hell Yes!!
