今日のお昼は手作りのペペロンチーノ
今日のお昼は何か作ろう！と思い、ペペロンチーノを手作りしてみました。
今までクリームパスタや和風パスタは作った事があったけど、
ペペロンチーノはなんとなく難しそうで初挑戦でした！
もちろんレシピは自分では分からないので
インターネットで簡単なのを見つけ、ササッと調理。
急ぎすぎて火加減の調節を失敗したのか、
綺麗な赤色だった鷹の爪が真っ黒になりました…
ニンニクもなんだかしなしなになってしまい、
風味が損なわれてしまいました…
初めてとはいえ結構大きな失敗。
にんにくの香りが美味しいペペロンチーノなだけに
ショックを隠せませんでした。
だけど火加減さえ失敗しなければきっと美味しくできたはず！
新たな目標ができてますますお料理に気合が入ります。
今度作るときは火加減に注意して美味しいペペロンチーノを作れるように頑張りたいです！

最近の楽しみはドラマ砂の塔です
菅野美穂さんと松嶋菜々子さんのダブル主演のドラマ砂の塔に最近ハマっています。
あんな高級マンションに住んでないし、これからも住む予定はないんだけど、なんか共感しちゃうんですよね。
女の争いや意地悪さはどこに行っても共通ですし。
横山めぐみのボスママぶりには震撼します。
流石にあそこまでする人はいないだろうけどああいう人って、本当にいるんです。
主人は「怖ーい！」と面白半分に言ってるけど、女ってマジで怒らせると怖いからね。
怒らせるとというか嫉妬や妬みが1番やっかいです。
出来るだけ人に妬まれないようにひっそりと静かに過ごしたいと思わせてくれるこのドラマ。
世の中に引きこもりが増えちゃうんじゃないか？って思っちゃいます。
犯人はまだまだ予想もつかないけど、松嶋菜々子には過去何かがあったんだろうとは想像がつきます。
ああ、とにかく次の放送が楽しみです。
