Guest Cover Reveal: Craving Cameo
Guest Cover reveal:
Blurb:
The daughter of the Sentinels pack and MC Alpha, Cameo Cruz moved across country to escape her pack—and the wolf she can never have. Making a new life, she embraced her freedom and went to school. One partying night with her best friend shatters her bubble of safety, and she’s forced to do the one thing she swore she never would…ask for help.
Quade Rainwater lives for his pack and the life the Sentinels Alpha gave him when he took him in. He’d do anything for them, even cut himself off from the she-wolf he’s loved for as long as he’s known her. When all hell breaks loose and someone puts a bounty on his girl, Quade will cross the country to protect her. Unfortunately for him, he’s the last person she wants to see.
All he has to do is keep her safe from the bounty hunters, the locals, and himself….
Excerpt:
“Why? Why are you here?”
“Do you really think I want to be here?” he asked. “Do you think I find it fun leaving my home to drive clear across the fucking country to find you? Huh? I don’t want to be here anymore than you want me here, but your fucking father—” He snarled and began to pace. “He’s losing it where you’re concerned.”
“Well.” She gave a humorless chuckle, turning away from him. “You can tell him I’m perfectly fine.” She wouldn’t give her father or him the benefit of seeing her fear. She’d take care of the other problem on her own.
“Little girl, don’t start.” He laid his hands on her shoulders, and she shrugged them off. “Don’t you know you have a bounty on your head?”
“What?” She whirled around and stared up at him.
“The other night when you called Hui, Xavier also found out about a bounty on your head.” Indifference seemed to coat his unreadable expression and words. “There are more coming. They’ll be here by tonight. We need to leave. If I can get you to your dad—”
“No.”
“Cameo,” he snapped. “This is not a fucking game.”
“You’re right. It’s not a game. I will not forfeit my life for some bounty. I’m staying.” She wouldn’t add he could stay and watch over her.
“Well, you’ve got two choices, sweetheart. Come with me or wait to be picked up by the guys who are out for your bounty.” He didn’t blink. He didn’t get angry, nothing.
“My answer is still no.” Crossing her arms, she arched a brow, daring him to say something to the contrary. She played with fire, knowing full well what might happen if she pushed him too far. Quade was not a wolf used to hearing the word no. His nostrils flared. His body tightened.
“Damn it, Cameo,” he growled, while taking a step toward her. “Why are you being so damn obstinate?”
She blew him off and pushed past him, crossing the room to her small fridge. “I’m sorry if I seem obstinate to you, but this is my life we’re talking about.”
“Is this because I wouldn’t give you the time of day?” Typical wolf. Always thinking with their penis.
“Not hardly.”
“What in the hell do you want from me?”
Want from him? She didn’t want anything from him. She hadn’t even wanted to see him again.
In two strides, he closed the distance between them and dipped his head. “Is this what you want?” He nuzzled her neck and groaned. “Tell me,” he demanded. “Do you want me to drop to my knees and beg for forgiveness? To tell you I’ve wanted you since the moment you turned eighteen?” His lips were only inches from her ear. His warm breath brushed against the shell, causing her to shiver. “You ran away from me.”
“Ran away from you? I left home so I could get an education and be someone better than a thug.” She grimaced inwardly when he flinched and withdrew from her. Quade wasn’t a thug, neither was her father.
“So, I’m a thug now?” He shook his head while clenching his fists at his sides. “Are you saying when you were on pack lands you thought so low of me…of your father and our friends?”
“Now you’re twisting my words.”
“Am I? Didn’t you say you left home so you didn’t become one, meaning we, the members of your pack, are thugs?” He cocked a brow, daring her to say something else stupid. Insert foot in mouth, dummy.
“Look, I didn’t storm into your home and pick a fight with you. So…so why don’t you leave?” Brilliant! Way to go you.
A dark sinful chuckle passed his lips as he pulled her to him, engulfing her in his embrace. “You never did know when to shut up.”
His lips slammed down on hers in a brutal kiss. He tasted of danger and excitement. Of raw masculine power. Cameo’s wolf preened, desperate to rub all over him and submit to his dominance. He swiped his tongue across hers, and she became a puddle of goo. “Would you like to know where my mark will go when I mate you?”

As she tucked herself in for the night she couldn’t help but feel a sense of accomplishment. Five miles down a treacherous path and it had been smooth sailing. Tomorrow would bring the serpentine course westward across the broad, cacti-studded Tonto Plateau. She’d walk the brink of cliffs that plunged more than a thousand feet to the Colorado River. The plan was to hike another five miles until she got to Grapevine Creek. There she would set up camp next to the river and let them lull her to sleep.

Teaser Tuesday: 3 of 3
Look for Thane on January 5th.
Thane
Mystic Zodiac, Book 1
Thane emerged from the bathroom and strode across Amara’s bedroom like he owned the place. Hell, he felt like the king of the world after what just happened. His period of abstinence was over thanks to the little vixen in disguise. Her unashamed desire rocked him and all thoughts of her being a sweet, naïve creature were obliterated. She had dropped to her knees and taken what she wanted from him without glancing back when she was done.
He thought he could keep the woman off his mind while showering. He had been so very wrong. Deciding to use her bathroom had been his biggest mistake. The second he turned on the water and the room filled with her soft jasmine scent, he figured out the flaw in his plan. His shaft came to life and his skin became ultra sensitive. All thoughts of avoiding her and keeping his distance evaporated with his common sense.
He didn’t know how long he stood under the water waiting for her. Hoping she would come find him. It sounded so desperate to him now. Not once in his life had he longed for a woman to make the first move. It proved how out of practice he was after all.
Standing under the hot spray, he was seconds from getting out when she finally joined him. The lust and need sparkling in her eyes, and the way she devoured him with her gaze, told him he was in for a ride. He didn’t count on her going to her knees and blowing him. Honestly, he had no idea what would happen.
For the love of Zeus, it had been the best blowjob he’d had in centuries. He remembered what sex felt like: the rush of endorphins, slick skin sliding against slick skin, the heated clasp of his lover’s body, and finally, the euphoric feeling of climax. It came as a punishment, a reminder of what he had done wrong.
But those memories didn’t live up to Amara and how she made him feel. There was a connection he had never known, a link binding them together that had nothing to do with his task.
The touch of her hand on his skin made him ache for more. The lust in her eyes made him want to cover her, fill her, and watch her explode. The twinge in his heart, which tended not to be involved, told him he needed to tread carefully. Maybe it was finally getting a response from his long-dormant body. Perhaps it was helping someone truly in need. It might even be that he thought he could actually fall in love. He didn’t know the reasons, but it scared the shit out of him…if he thought about it too long.
White towel wrapped around his hips, he stopped next to the bed where she had laid out his clothes. The clean shirt and fresh denim ready to be put on. “Ready to have me leave so soon?”
She shrugged and stepped into a pair of black yoga pants. She shimmied them up her hips seductively before sliding a dark pink tank top over her head, covering her naked breasts. “That’s entirely up to you. I appreciate all of the help, but if you need to go, then go.”
Gathering up her wet towel she brushed by him, snagging his as she went. It came off with little effort. His cock started to fill as the cool air in the room drifted over him. It was like the thing had a mind of its own now.
Grumbling, he pulled on his jeans and left his T-shirt where it lay. He didn’t plan on leaving. In fact, he hoped to stay the night.

“Too much to drink last night, baby brother?” She smirked over the rim of her cup as Jon’s eyes rounded in surprise. She knew he’d gone out with his friends the night before. Pansy made a point of telling her they showed up at the bar she worked at. It would totally piss their dad off too since Jon would be filling in for her while she was on vacation.
“Son,” their dad said in that deep ‘you better tell the truth or I’m gonna beat your ass’ voice.
Ryder loved to see her brothers get in trouble. She considered it payback for being overprotective dicks while in high school. Sure, it was great they had her back, but they made it damn near impossible to date. It hadn’t been until her junior year that she had her first boyfriend and she only got to date him because he was new to the school. He hadn’t been warned to stay away or had his manhood threatened when her brothers were still there.

Teaser Tuesday: Thane #2
Teaser Tuesday: 2 of 3
Make sure you come back on Dec 30th for the final teaser before the release.
Thane
Mystic Zodiac, Book 1
January 5th
The woman might actually be the death of him, if that were at all possible. For the third day in a row, Thane followed Amara into the depths of Viral City. Each day she traveled deeper and deeper within. The farther she went, the more dangerous it became, and the more his nerves frayed.
Hunching his shoulders, Thane kept a good distance between him and his quarry. Irritation crawled through him when a drunken man rammed into his shoulder, mumbling incoherently. The smell of alcohol emanating from him so overwhelming, he was sure anyone in a five-foot radius would get drunk off the fumes.
Pushing the man aside, Thane plodded on, keeping Amara in his sight. “Keep her from doing something stupid,” he mumbled. “How about pack her in bubble wrap, lock her in a padded room, and throw away the key?” Or tie her to my bed where I can keep her in an orgasmic coma until it is time for her to move on. The thought of her moving on, though, didn’t fill him with relief. If anything, his anxiety levels ratcheted up another notch.
It hadn’t been difficult to find her the day Gabriel gave him the task. He zeroed in on her the moment she stepped within the border of the four-city block area. The woman stood out like a sore thumb. Slick, dark hair pulled back into a braid, as in the picture. She wore a yellow sweater that hugged her torso like a second skin and her deep blue jeans cupped her legs and ass like a possessive lover. Sturdy boots completed the outfit, and he was oddly thankful for that. There would be no chance of her stumbling and falling to the ground because of spiky, impractical heels. The thing that made her stand out the most was the healthy, vibrant aura around her; it was completely different than the people who actually lived there.
