More Innocence
For holiness is seen through holy eyes.
They look upon the innocence within and see it everywhere.
They call it forth in everyone and everything they look upon.
They hold no concepts (ego filters) between themselves and what they look upon.
They don’t let the light of the world, given that all may see, be hidden.
Light does nothing to darkness. It doesn’t struggle with it, correct, heal or remove it. It just reveals there is none.

The Face of Innocence
We wear many masks. The most fundamental is the face of innocence. It’s the face that smiles, charms and even seems to love. It searches for companions and at times cries at the suffering around it and offers solace.
But the world is a cruel and uncaring place and this aspect grows angry. It never makes the first attack. But every day a hundred little things make small assaults on its innocence, provoking it to irritation and at last to open insult and abuse.
The face of innocence is a paradox. Yes, deep down we are truly innocent. But the face of innocence is an ego mask we put on. To truly feel our reality as Spirit and the innocence that arises from it is to be understanding and compassionate, forgiving and grateful. Grateful for our reality as Spirit and for all the small everyday opportunities to acknowledge and feel that reality.

In the 1980’s we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash and Bob Hope. In 2020 we have Donald Trump, no Cash and no Hope!
We won’t have a Thanksgiving Dinner this year. Why not? We sent our turkey to the White House.
My young son saw Trump on TV he asked “Why is that painted orange?” I replied “Son when Russia pays that much for equipment, they don’t want it to rust”

Yawning and Touching
Did you know that over-thinking and worry build heat in the brain, and yawning is a natural response to cool things down? Allow yourself to yawn, don’t stifle it.
Similarly, touch heals. Beneath all language, touch and being touched, communicate best. All the stern walls we’ve created, melt in a touch.
Yawn, touch and practice positivity. Write all your fears and concerns down. Gaze at it. Allow your mind to discern that what you wrote is not real; merely projections about the future. Allow yourself to smile, yawn and touch your face. Feel the release. Allow playfulness, creativity and curiosity to rise.
Anything is possible, right? Nobody knows for sure. Laugh, chuckle. This too shall pass and perhaps from it will emerge a world that works for everyone and everything in it. Our hopes and dreams, yawns and touch help make it so.

Be Still and Know
Be very still an instant. Come without all thought of what you have learned before, and put aside all images you made. The dark obstructions will fall away from the light of your eternal reality without opposition or intent.
There will be no attack upon the things you thought were precious and in need of care. There will be no assault upon your wish to hear the call. Nothing will hurt you in this place that has become holy because you have come only to listen. And as you hear the truth, you will go forward without the thoughts you did not want and were never true.

North Korea and the Martians were fighting about who was going the reach Venus first. Trump steps in and says ” That doesn’t matter America is going to land on the sun first”. The Martians and North Korea said “you can’t land on the sun it’s too hot and you will die”. Trump said his brilliant plan is “America is going to land there at night”.
Why did Trump decide to build the wall? Because China built a wall and they do not have any Mexicans.

The Shame of Covid 19
Contemplate the Bubonic Plague of the Middle Ages and the Spanish Flu (which lasted ten years). Ignorant and without leadership, people didn’t know what to do. The shame of our present plague is people DO know what to do, but many are ignorant and have evil leadership.
Why do we get in our own way? Is it so very important to go to a bar or a beach? What’s so difficult about wearing a mask in public? It’s bad enough some of us want to risk their own lives, but must they risk mine and my family’s too?
Hitler didn’t do it alone. Neither are Trump and his Republican enablers.
Please. Please! Please stop. This is for real, it’s way beyond politics. Some would sicken and die of course, but this number and devastation need not be…need not be. Take care.

Boxes and Bears
The wearying and dissatisfying gods – the idols – we have made using the invisible power we call ‘God’, to fill the imagined gap between us and that power are like children’s toys.
Children are frightened when a wooden head suddenly springs up as a closed box is opened, or when a soft silent woolly bear begins to squeak as they take hold of it. The rules they made for boxes and bears have failed them, broken their ‘control’. They are afraid because they thought the rules protected them.
Now must they learn that boxes and bears did not deceive them, broke no rules nor is their world chaotic and unsafe. They were merely mistaken. They misunderstood what made them safe. They simply filled the gap that is not there with countless toys. Reality observes the rules of God, not the rules we have set. Appearances deceive because they are appearances, not reality. But appearance can only deceive a mind that wants to be deceived.
