Hello! I'm afraid I don't have much information or confirmation on this, and I'm not sure whether it might be relevant or useful (I don't have much knowledge of how the TV industry works unfortunately) but since there's been rumours of a wedding I thought
According to my friend (unfortunately she doesn’t watch the show, so her info is a little vague, and she doesn’t know much herself) this extra was involved in filming recently - possibly last week, but I don’t know for certain. I don’t know if this has any significance with her last role or not, or whether this is interesting at all, but I thought I’d put it out there just in case, since the fandom seems to go for anything ;) thank you, and thanks for service to the Sherlock fandom! :)
Hi, there. Thanks for sending this in! There is practically no way for me to confirm this rn obviously. That being said, it’s just as potentially valid as anything that we find posted on twitter or elsewhere, so I’m going to share it and let everyone take it how they will. I’ll just be sure to remind y’all that this is unconfirmed and to keep that in mind when speculating or reblogging.

Is there any doubt that Magnussen is the one who called the ambulance? I am looking at this with simple common sense. Not only was he shown reaching for his phone during the scene (and the actual scene, not the mind palace scene), but he has much more motivation to keep Sherlock alive than Mary does. Sherlock is his link to Mycroft. Without Sherlock, he doesn’t own Mycroft. Magnussen is a businessman above all else, acquiring assets. He may be a despicable human being, but his motivations are clear. If Sherlock died, then what? The (second) most powerful man in Britain has but one pressure point, and it’s about to bleed out all over Magnussen’s floor. You’d better bet he’s gonna keep that from happening.
The moment we “see” Mary making the call, it is during Sherlock’s retelling of events. Events during which he was unconscious. But the fact is, we have no way of telling if Mary made a call.
I headcanon that Mary DID make a call – to CANCEL the ambulance that Magnussen requested. And then John made the second call which brought it. “Left to you, I’d have died,” Sherlock says, but the thing is: he DID die. The doctors had given up on him, so the speed of the ambulance made no difference.
I’m not sure she actually cancelled it, but yeah. She definitely is not responsible for the ambulance being there. That’s Magnussen.
Yes, I always though Magnussen made the call. Don’t think she cancelled it because the ambulance did show up faster there than it did when Sherlock timed it later at 221B. But hopefully we’ll get this revealed in S4.
Yes, he wants Sherlock alive, because Sherlock is Mycroft’s only pressure point.

This is wild guessing, but could mini!John be in front of Margam Abbey? (it looks like a wooden door with planks) [ideas for the first one?]

Loo and Amanda both confirmed they were indeed on set today, and Loo apparently doused Rupert in red wine on the train home after (which makes it sound like Rupert was probably shooting today, too).
A couple people claimed to have spotted Ben in Margam Park, filming at the Orangery located there. This isn’t 100% confirmed, but as it was mentioned by more than one person and we know that Arwel previously scouted out the area, it’s quite likely true. When asked, one of those who saw Ben said he did not have his coat and that they were filming what appeared to be a wedding (though it’s unclear what exactly they saw that made them think so).
Arwel tweeted a picture from the 221B set that includes pieces of the sudoku cube and the kind of clinical waste bag used for disposing sharps. He later gave us a picture of a hand in what appears to be a collander. Finally, he gave us a picture of a stone with 1679 carved into it, which as of yet no one seems to be able to definitively place, though our best guest at this point seems to be that it could potentially be somewhere inside Margam Abbey, which is located in Margam Park, where they were filming today.
Someone tweeted that Lloyd George Avenue in Cardiff is supposedly going to be closed tomorrow for filming, but it’s unclear whether or not it’s for Sherlock or one of the other shows currently filming in the area.

I’m waiting for a scene with Sherlock sitting opposite Mary whose been extradited and is on death row. Mary thinks he’s there to bail her out. She’s pleading with him to help her, for John. “I’m his wife, Sherlock!”
“Was.”
“Sorry?”
“You mean ‘I was his wife,’” he says with a smirk, tossing a file containing annulment papers at her before sweeping dramatically out of the room.
“You stopped her husband from being executed?”
“Oh no, I ensured it.”
“If you don’t help me, I’ll get hung for this!”
“Oh nononono, Mary, not at all… ‘hanged’, yeah.”
I wish!

A wedding? Dear God, I hope their not doing a flashback to John/Mary’s wedding. I suppose it’s too much to hope for that it’s John and Sherlock’s.
