Today we have the Release for LAW & BEARD by Lani Lynn Vale! Check it out and grab your copy today!
Title: LAW & BEARD Series: The Dixie Warden Rejects Author: Lani Lynn Vale Genre: Romantic Suspense Release Day: March 8th
About LAW & BEARDWinnie thinks she has the perfect life. Two beautiful, healthy children. A police officer husband. A job that she loves. Oh, and let's not forget that she's a nationally ranked marathon runner. Fast forward six months, and her perfect life has imploded. Winnie finds herself in a completely new world, and this new world is a brutal bitch. In this new life of hers, her husband is gone. He realizes, at the worst possible time, that he's no longer in love with her. He's in love with her best friend. So he leaves, and doesn't look back. Her sixteen-year-old daughter is in trouble with the law, and she's barely making ends meet thanks to losing the job that was keeping her and her tiny family afloat. Then, the last thing that could make it all bearable, her running, is ripped out from under her, too. Thanks to a spinal stroke that leaves her unable to walk, let alone run, she's having to relearn how to do the simplest of tasks-such as putting on her own pants. She's at the lowest of lows, and the last thing she wants is a sexy, bearded, motorcycle riding alpha to tell her how to live her life. But Steel Cross never asks her what she wants. *** The moment Steel Cross sees Winnie's daughter steal some shoes for her younger brother, he knows he's in trouble. He's a sucker for misunderstood teens. After all, he was once one himself. He knows he can't just walk away, and the moment he sees that troubled teen's mother, he doesn't just know it, he feels it. Down to the very bottom of his soul. With his share of hard knocks, he knows that he shouldn't step in and make his move on a fellow police officer's ex. There's a code, after all, yet he just can't seem to help himself. He's done being the good guy. Sometimes he just wants to be bad. And Winnie makes him realize that being bad is still kind of good. As long as you're with the right person.

We've all been waiting for Big Papas story for what seems like ages...and it was so awesome! I loved him sooo much. I mean, I knew going into this book that I was going to LOVE everything about Steel Cross and I most certainly did. Winnie was a one of a kind heroine that just sticks with you. Her and her kids...having children in books are just better to me and give a better depth as far as character development and pacing goes. The suspense was LLV at her best and although there were a few things I found inaccurate, it never took me out of the story or threw me off.  Overall, I thought this was a stellar part of the series.
ExcerptI'd never, not once, had the pleasure of giving a blow job.Yet, I wanted to give one…to Steel.Jesus Christ, did I want to give him one.The man turned me on in ways that I had no clue I could be turned on by, yet here I was, wondering what it would feel like to give the man a blow job.My curiosity got the better of me as I googled more tips-which they'd said they'd done as a comparison-and then I got lost in the World Wide Web.My first stop had been Cosmopolitan! My second had been some random Joe-Blow (literally, that was the name of the website) blog that gave the men's top ten best blow job tips-according to men.1. Maintain eye contact.2. Tie your hair back, it shows your dedication.3. Allow him to put his hand in your hair and control the movements. That, I could do! In fact, the idea of Steel putting his hands in my hair and controlling all of the movement was downright arousing.4. Use your hand as well as your mouth. Twist it side to side lightly as you pump and suck him.Okay, pump, suck, and twist. Check!5. Don't use your teeth. Ever.I shivered at the thought. That would suck, accidentally biting Steel's dick. He'd probably never let me near him again and kick me straight the hell out of his bed. Though, I had to get in his bed first…6. Drop down so he's standing and you're kneeling. There's nothing more arousing than watching a woman get on her knees. That thought made me shiver. Would Steel like me on my knees?I sure the hell hoped so. I'd love to get on my knees for him. Then again, I was doing good with my rehab…he still might have to help me back up.I winced. Maybe I should just get on the bed between his splayed thighs…yes, that was how I'd do it.7. Suck his balls.Suck his balls? How the hell did I put those in my mouth? There wasn't enough room!8. Go slow. It's not a race.9. Swallow.Well, that was self-explanatory. But I didn't know if I could swallow. I'd try, but what if I gagged?10. We like it when you gag.Did they? What if I accidentally threw up? That would completely ruin the mood."What are you doing?"I squeaked and jumped as Steel came out of the bathroom.Giveawaya Rafflecopter giveawayAbout Lani Lynn Vale  Lani Lynn Vale is a USA Today Bestselling Author of over thirty titles. Have you ever wanted to go back?
I’ve contemplated it every day for the last six years.
Knowing once I did, I’d wreck everything all over again, but still—I dream.
Until last night.
My past came back to me.
As I finished my set, looking through the smoke and flashing lights, I see him. The wreckage still written on Chord’s face, tells me hell’s coming. I can’t erase the hurt my leaving caused, and I’ll be damned if I let him wreck us even more.
But when I utter one word, I know we’re finished before we can even begin to pick up the pieces.

I don't like to cry over books. That being said...if you also don't like to cry over books - this is NOT the book for you!! I cried big, fat ugly tears. I cried my face off. My family thought I was having some sort of reaction to a medication...so when I told them that it was because I was reading a really good book, they looked at me as though I were a nut. That's no joke. This is an emotional story, the author left it all on the pages and then walked away. There are some books where you can an author does this...my analogy is Making Faces. That is a book where the author put it all out there, wrote the best possible book and left it up to the readers. The author of this book did the same thing. She made me feel the same emotions, the same heartache and the same brokenness.  If someone can write words and make you feel that then they've done their job. Well done.

I threw back my shoulders and walked with purpose across the dark campus. It may have been three in the morning, and I may have been slightly buzzed, but I still made myself a promise. I was done being everyone’s trusty sidekick. Trace freaking Forester, superstar wide receiver and one of the hottest guys I’d ever met, friend-zoned me, and I all but encouraged it.
What the hell was wrong with me?
“Hey,” a deep voice called.
I stopped short, spinning to see if Forester changed his mind and followed me. He hadn’t. That in itself sucked, but so did the knowledge that I was being followed in the middle of the effing night, alone on a huge campus with no mace or martial arts training. I doubted my flyer spot on my high school cheerleading squad would’ve done me any good now—two years later.
“Hey, blondie,” the voice persisted.
I spun around, my now fading curls whipping around my head as I squinted into the darkness. The lights from the security phones cast a soft blue glow over the sidewalk, giving me the slightest sense of safety.
“Over here.”
I spun again, this time noticing movement by a large tree. I focused, still struggling to discern who it was and wondering if I should run instead of stand there—like the victim in a horror movie giving the murderer time to catch her.
“You gonna stand there and stare or you gonna help me?” The annoyance in his voice—and the fact that he wasn’t heavy breathing through a distorted mask—told me he wasn’t a deranged slasher.
“Help you? I can’t even see you.”
“What the hell,” he grumbled under his breath. “Come closer then.”
I dug my hands into my hips. “Sorry if I’m reluctant to venture into the darkness because some stranger I can’t see calls me over.” “Turn on your phone’s light.” Huh. I hadn’t thought of that. I slipped my phone from the back pocket of my jeans and flashed my light on him. My eyes widened as I inhaled sharply. He definitely wasn’t a masked murderer. He wasn’t covered at all. He was butt-freaking-naked and tied to the trunk of a very large tree. The thick ropes binding him pinned his tattoo-covered arms to his sides. “Why are you naked?” I asked.
“Naked? You wanna know why I’m naked?”
I nodded.
“So, the fact that I’m fucking bound to a tree is what? Not weird at all?”
I tried to keep my eyes on his, but the fact that my phone served as a wide spotlight on his naked body was a little distracting. “Sorry.”
“Sorry?” His exasperation was palpable.
“Yeah. Sorry your nakedness surpassed the fact that you were kidnapped.”
His face contorted. “Kidnapped? No one kidnapped me.”
I lifted a knowing brow. J. Nathan is the author of new adult and sports romances with cocky heroes and sassy heroines. When she's not writing, she's a total romance junkie! Add an alpha male who's unlikable in the beginning...even better. She loves watermelon margaritas, guys in backward hats, country music, the summertime, and her amazing family and friends.

Synopsis:Linc

A man who can’t visualize his future will always revert to his past.
To where he came from and all the ways he failed.
The murder and mayhem that changed his life and darkened his soul.
The legacy of who he is will burn through his veins and ominously guide him to hell.
A place where he pays not only for his sins but the sins of his father as well.
A hustler by nature, a loner by choice, I am the spawn of Satan.
I am Lincoln Brandt and I am the son of Cain.

Kelly

Reckless and rebellious, I’ve spent most of my life running away from one mistake only to chase another.
At the end of my rope with nowhere left to turn, I’m about to make the biggest one of all.
Face to face with the bastard who broke me, I lay it all on the line for him.
My heart and my life.
Heaven is overrated and the ride to Hell doesn’t have to be lonely.
The stakes are high.
The risk great.
It’s do or die.
Together we’ll ride.
Forever we’ll burn.

Standing off to the side, surrounded by Shady and Sin I finally spot him and watch as the three of them raise their shot glasses. Through the fog of smoke, I can still see him flinch as the liquor slides down his throat and the smile that appears as Sin drapes his arm around his shoulders.
My stomach twists with need as I continue to stare at him. Wishing I could be next to him, craving the feel of his arms around me and his hot breath against my ear as he whispers all his filthy promises.
“What’re you doing out here?” My uncle’s deep voice calls from behind, startling me.
Tearing my eyes away from Linc, I turn to face him and lift my water bottle.
“I was thirsty,” I lie.
Lifting a glass to his lips, he narrows his eyes. My shoulders slump under his intense scrutiny and I know he sees right through me.
“Get the stars out of your eyes, Kelly,” he growls, lowering the glass to his side.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” I argue. With his free hand, he grabs me by the shoulder and spins me around so I’m facing the party again.
“Look at him,” he demands. Stretching an arm over my shoulder, still holding the glass, he points to Linc. “You see what I see?”
Swallowing the lump in my throat, I know there is no way he can possibly see Linc the way I do. He doesn’t see the parts of him that belong only to me.
“He belongs to his brothers, to his club, to the reaper on his back and that’s all he’ll ever belong to,” he says. “Men like us don’t stick and the sooner you realize that the safer that young heart of yours will be.”
Men like my uncle are stubborn old mules who believe everyone is cut from the same cloth and has the same beliefs. Explaining that Linc and I share a special bond would be a wasted effort and the objection sitting on my tongue fades away as Linc tries to hide his smile by swiping a hand down his face. He’s not like my uncle. He’s not like any of these guys.
“Do yourself a favor and forget about him because I promise you if you don’t he will break you. It won’t be his intention and you won’t see it coming but, it will happen and the both of you will be helpless against it.”
Having had enough of his brutal warning, I spin around and glare at him.
“Thanks for the advice,” I mutter.
Without another word, I brush past him and hurry back to my room. Once inside, I chuck the bottle of water against the wall and crawl into my bed. My head hits the pillow and I stare up at the ceiling, digesting Uncle Al’s words.
As the hours pass it becomes harder for me not to believe he was right. Things are going to change for us. He will get pulled deeper into the club and the year we spent getting to this day will be a memory. A stepping stone on the path to hell.
Deciding I should quit while I’m ahead, I turn on my side and reach for the light on my nightstand. As I switch it off my door opens. I smell him before I see him. Leather and whiskey mixed with the musk of his cologne. The lock slides into place and when I roll over I find Linc leaning against my door. The smile he was trying to hide earlier, shines unabashedly back at me, making him look younger.
“There you are,” he says, kicking off the door. “Why are you in here?” he questions, stepping further into my room. Pushing the comforter down, I sit up and lean against the headboard.
“Where else would I be?”
“My room,” he replies, shrugging off his leather vest. Carefully, he drapes it over the chair in front of my desk and I watch as his eyes linger over it a moment before he turns back to me. “Our room,” he amends.
The declaration that his room suddenly has become ours causes my stomach to flip as he walks around my bed.
“I didn’t want to impose,” I tell him as he sinks down onto my mattress. Spreading his legs, he bends over and pulls at the laces of his moto boots. My mouth grows dry and I forget only seconds ago I was declaring him part of my past or that I spent half the night picturing him with other girls.
“I saw you,” he rasps. “Standing in the hallway, I saw you.”
“I went to get a drink,” I murmur. Kicking off his boots, he twists his frame to face me and rolls up his sleeves.
“I saw you and all I could think of was how badly I wanted to taste your p**** again,” he says.  Pulling the comforter down to my knees, his large hand grabs the inside of my thigh. “I want to eat you, feel you come on my tongue and then I want to f*** you harder than you ever imagined you could be f*****. You think you can handle that, Pinky? Can you handle me and everything I plan to do to you?”
Heat pools between my legs as his hand slides further up my thigh. His thumb strokes over the soaked scrap of lace covering me and he smirks.
“Thanks for leaving your panties on my lamp this morning,” he says. “You’re never getting them back.”

This sounds out a series that's had me on the edge of my seat and left a lot of unanswered questions at the end of each book...Like will they ever get the Russian that's making their life a miserable hell and who knows their every step before they do? This book had a little bit of a different tone to it than the rest of them, maybe because I knew it was the end of the Satan's Knights as we know them and the series is coming to a close. I wanted to soak up all the characters that we have come to think of as family - Jack, Wolf, Stryker, Cobra, Linc, Deuce, Blackie and the list goes on, but I didn't think I'd feel like there was a death in the family at the close of the book. It was very much like the end of an era, the curtain call, the lights went down for the very last time and for that there was some sadness.
Linc's story started out with tragedy. You knew where he ended up and then you went back and forth between the past and the present...to a tale that was woven, told to keep your attention, all with tears in your eyes. Linc's background was a mystery, his father someone that you find is the epitome of the devil, making him truly the Propery of Parrish.
This wasn't pretty, it wasn't really much of anything until Kelly showed up. She was what made Linc who he was, made him breathe again. As with all of this authors books - she has strong heroines to go along with her men and this was no different. Linc didn't see in color until he met her.
The ending was pure poetry with Jack. Jack who I love and felt the most for because he has the weight of the entire MC on his shoulders. Came out with guns blazing, crazy showing full force. This is the end of the Satan's Knights, but if you haven't read the series - you need to start at the very beginning to immerse yourself in the culture. I dare you!!
I was given an ARC copy of this book by the author in exchange for an honest review.  All opinions expressed are my own and do not reflect anyone else's.

Oh well. She needed rescuing. Even if it was by Luke Hollister. She moved closer to the road, crossing her arms and standing there, looking pathetic. At least, she had a feeling she looked somewhat pathetic. She felt pathetic.
Luke would stop, because despite being a scoundrel, a womanizer, he had that innate sense of chivalry that cowboys tended to possess. All yes ma’am and opening doors and saving damsels from the railroad tracks.Or the side of the road, in this case. The truck came closer, and she registered the exact moment Luke saw her. Felt it, somehow. She took a step back, making room for him to pull off and up next to her car. His truck kept going. She stared after him. “He didn’t stop!”She had been incredibly peeved that Luke Hollister had been the salvation she hadn’t wanted, but she was even more peeved that he had declined his opportunity to be said salvation. Then she saw brake lights, followed by reverse lights.Slowly, the truck backed up, easing its way up beside her.Luke leaned across the seat, working the crank window so that it was partway down. He had a black cowboy hat on, covering most of his dark blond hair, his green eyes glittering with humor beneath the wide brim. And then he smiled. That slow, lazy smile of his that always made her feel like he had spoken an obscenity.“Olivia Logan, as I live and breathe. You seem to have gotten yourself in a bit of trouble.”“I didn’t get myself into any trouble,” she said crisply. “There was a nail in the road, and I now seem to have a flat tire.” He just looked at her, maddeningly calm. “You weren’t going to stop,” she added, knowing she sounded accusing.“I thought better of it. I’d hate it if you were eaten by wolves.”“There are no wolves here,” she said, feeling impatient.“They recently tracked one that came down from Washington. Just one though, so probably the worst that would happen is you’d get gnawed on, rather than eaten in your entirety.”“Well. I’m glad you decided to help me avoid a vicious gnawing,” she said grumpily.“I could change the tire for you,” he said. “Do you want to pull off the road before we have this discussion?” she asked. He looked in his rearview mirror, then glanced back at her. “There’s no one coming. It’s not exactly rush hour.”“There is no rush hour in Gold Valley.”But that didn’t mean someone wouldn’t be pulling up behind him on the narrow two-lane road soon enough. He still didn’t move his truck, though.“Luke,” she said, “I need to go to work.”“Well, why didn’t you say so? Do you have a spare tire?”“Yes,” she said impatiently.“I’ll tell you what. I’ll drive you down to work, and then when I head back this way I’ll fix your tire.”Add it to your Goodreads Now!
I'm a big Maisey Yates fan so when I got to read this - I was excited!! I love these books and one is just better to me at least than the one before it.

I fell in love with Luke - I mean he was such a genuine character to me and he loved, I mean LOVED to rile up Olivia and she took the bait every time. This book is a book that has been done time and time again, but here is how this author does things differently - she gives you 2 characters that are totally likeable right from the start, throws in a plot that is worth reading and let's the story grow. Some authors don't do this. They throw a lot of sex in there and profanity and mess it up. I came away wanting to read this book again because you have a heroine that's relatable, a hero that's fallible, and supporting characters that make the storyline develop. Olivia is a hot mess because she's always got to be in control of every aspect of her life, Luke's always having to mess with that order some way and some how. It was the perfect formula for me. She feels the epic trek she takes several times a day from her office to her coffee maker is a true example of her pioneer spirit. In 2009, at the age of twenty-three Maisey sold her first book. Since then it’s been a whirlwind of sexy alpha males and happily ever afters, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Maisey divides her writing time between dark, passionate category romances set just about everywhere on earth and light sexy contemporary romances set practically in her back yard. She believes that she clearly has the best job in the world.

SBPRBANNER-Eulogy-BT (1).jpg Eulogy by Rachel Van Dyken Publication Date: February 20th, 2018 Genre: Contemporary RomanceEulogy_eBook_HiResAll is lost. All. I don't recognize myself in the mirror anymore. My thoughts are filled with hatred and dripping with rage. I've lost my soul. She took it to the depths of Hell with her and haunts me with images of what could have been. Sixty lives are mine to take. Sixty lives stand in the way of my vengeance. Sixty lives plus one more. Mine. When the last drop of blood falls — mine will be spilled. Only one person stands in the way. She doesn't realize I'll kill her too. I don't own a heart. And even if I did — I wouldn't fall prey to its lies again. I am Chase Abandonato. Heir to a legacy of betrayal. And I will kill them all. Even if it means pointing the gun at myself. A life for a life. A soul for a soul. Now I lay me down to sleep… I pray the Lord my soul to keep. Blood in. No out.Eulogy-ANRead Today! BLOOD. BLOOD. It covered my hands. It surged through my heart. It dripped from my fingertips onto the concrete floor. Trapped. Broken. Finished. Hungry. Insanity scratched its way into my psyche as I eyed the door and waited. One heartbeat, two heartbeats, three… It opened. I fired two rounds, and acrid smoke filled the air. I thought I knew what love was. I was a fucking idiot. Every single bone in my body shuddered with rage, with the need to rip something apart, someone, anyone —all of them. My friends. My brothers. I brought the war to our house, and they would finish me because of it. I’d thought I loved her. Our love had been a lie. Her betrayal my only truth. And now? Now, I finally knew what love was. I’d seen it, smelled it, tasted it. And lost it. I’d fucking lost it. They would pay. They would all pay. For taking her. For turning her against me. For making me believe that blood was everything, only after mine was spilled.Eulogy-Teaser6

OH MY GOD!!! Where do I even begin?  I mean, I don't give 5 stars lightly...I mean that.  Almost all my reviews are 4-stars or less because they're good, but they aren't spectacular.  Well, the author did it...AGAIN!!  How does she weave this witchcraft you might ask and I'm convinced she's just one blessed woman.  Oh the feels in this book - you get several points of view and while I did want some more from certain characters...I was happy with what I got.  She left me feeling all good inside and I loved Luciana...She was one strong chick even though she really wasn't and to find out she was who she was - WHOO BOY!!  Chase, oh Chase, dude you are one screwed up guy, but we love you so hard that it doesn't matter that you want to wipe an entire bloodline out because we'll help you!! What I really loved about this is that the heroine is strong yet she will hide in the pantry when the bullets are flying and not be ashamed of that fact.  That would be me!  I'm not ashamed of that - I will be the first to say...I will hide in the pantry with some fruit roll-ups and wait it out.  I'm not getting into the fray when men come in with guns. I said in my review of the last book that the author couldn't outdo herself, but after reading this book - this was a really great book with twists and turns, but take to heart that this isn't for the 18 and under crowd or faint of heart.  There's a lot of killing, blood and gore.  I was shocked at how much and I was pretty much prepared for it.  If you've read the entire series, then you've GOT to read this and if you've tiptoed around the series and read a book here and there then you need to read them in order.  It's just the way of the mafia world.
An ARC copy was provided for free or at a discount by the publisher without expectation or any attempt to influence or manipulate this review.  Any opinions expressed are my own and do not reflect anyone else's.

Baby Maker by P. Dangelico Publication Date: February 2...

SBPRBANNER-BabyMaker-BT Baby Maker by P. Dangelico Publication Date: February 20th, 2018 Genre: Contemporary RomanceBabyMaker_Ebook_AmazonStella Donovan’s biological clock is a ticking time bomb. The successful financial manager has spent her adult life building a career and neglecting her personal life. All she needs is a man to agree to her terms.Dane Wylder, recently retired NFL tight end and future Hall of Famer, wants a baby.Naturally, marriage is off the table. He’s not the marrying type. Women are great––as long as they’re trying to get into his bed and not his heart. But after years of living only for himself, he’s ready to be a father.Sparks fly when a successful financial manager and a legendary football player enter into a legal agreement to have a kid together. They planned on everything––they just didn’t plan on each other.Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000039_00014]

This book was leaps and bounds better than the last one I read and I didn'twant it to end!! I loved Dane's Alpha male tendencies and how he just kept sticking his foot in his mouth and Stella just had a compulsory reason for everything she did - she kept thinking one thing, but did another...it was hilarious to me. When they go home to his father's house is when it really started getting interesting because it shoved the two different personalities together and made them confront some feelings. I really enjoyed this book and it was more of a throwback to her first novel.

Excerpt:Grabbing the pot of freshly brewed coffee from the coffee maker, he stares into the pot then drinks from it. I don’t bother to tell him it’s decaf. Throat working as he swallows, he holds up his index finger. I’ve got a finger for him, the middle one. “I don’t know what’s gotten into you but I’ve had enough.” He continues drinking. “And word of caution, if you come back to New York and continue to treat me like I’m cattle, a possession, you will damage this friendship beyond repair.” He places the pot down, his eyes downcast as he leans on the counter for support. “I’m sorry…I was a real asshole last night and––” “Last night?!” I shout. “How about for the past week.” “Well you’re not helpin’ the situation!” he shouts back, his eyes sparking, then winces again. My jaw hangs in disbelief. He can’t be serious. Is he really blaming me? “The hell are you talking about? You’re blaming me? Me?! You’ve been unbearable––when you’ve been around, that is. Usually you’re running in the opposite direction. But somehow in your twisted little male peanut sized brain, it’s my fault?!” “Yes, g******! Dancin’––smilin’ at that f****** cowboy!” His hand slashes through the air as if he’s indicating to someone in the corner. The veins near his temple pop up. Eyes impossibly wide, he advances on me, stopping a mere foot away. “You never smile at me like that!” Huh? “What does that have to do with anything?!” “Because I’m jealous! Okay! And you’ve made it very clear you’re not attracted to me but all I can think about is this!” He’s on me before I can blink, arms crushing me to him, kissing me like I hold the last breath of air on the planet and he means to steal it. A beat later he stops. His lips against mine he murmurs, “Kiss me back…please kiss me back.”
Meet P. Dangelico:Dangelico loves romance in all forms, cuddly creatures (four legged and two), really bloody sexy pulp, the NY Jets (although she’s reconsidering after this season), and to while away the day at the barn (apparently she does her best thinking shoveling horse crap). What she’s not enamored with is referring to herself in the third person and social media so don’t expect her to get on Twitter anytime soon. Oh, and although she was born in Italy, she’s been Jersey Strong since she turned six.Connect with P.
