Image may contain: text

The bully?

YOURSELF

You are the worst critic. And you mean well.

Someone told you to do it like that.
To be perfect.
To be acceptable.
To be smart.

I am tired of you discounting your truth:

The dreams that take up too much time when you should be ...

It’s so hard but…

My patterns make me rush forward.

Pausing daily helps me center myself and do what is most im...

The biggest thing I have learned since coming to Japan in July 2018…

The biggest thing I have learned since coming to Japan in July 2018…

is how important space is to me as a sensitive writer, creator, and entrepreneur.

In Japan everyone I knew in my real life and in social media was asleep, while I was awake and active.

I stopped being as interested in the content that used to flood my nervous system with constant updates.

I stopped feeling pressured to respond to emails or post online because no one would see anything I wrote or created until ...

Newsflash: Every rule has an exception

Image may contain: 1 person, text that says 'Sofia Wren SofiaWrenCoaching Newsflash: Every rule has an exception.'

If some part of you feels totally compressed, kicked around, sad, depressed, annoyed, frustrated at what you think you have to do…

It’s okay to say, “No, that is not for me.

“Note: if you are one of those people who shoots down everyone all the time, I’m not talking to you. You probably need to listen and learn for a change.

But people like that rarely hang out with me, so I’m guessing if you are reading this, you are the sensitive and open type who needs to say, “No, I don’t care what...

Contrary to what most people believe about writing or creating…

Contrary to what most people believe about writing or creating…

Whatever way you think it “should” be or “has to” be, it probably doesn’t need to be that way.

If that idea of how it needs to be is what is blocking you from moving forward, starting or finishing a project, then that idea has got to change.

Try using as little time, energy, money, or oth...

Cure Overwhelm with Simplicity

Image may contain: 1 person, text that says 'daksina'

Feeling a lot of intensity? You are not alone, I am feeling it, too.

There are two modes I notice myself getting into when this happens:

1. Hustling extra hard and jumping immediately to do a lot of action.

2. Being so overwhelmed it is hard to do anything.

One of the biggest culprits for me (besides unforeseen global events…) is having some overcomplicated structures of patterns in my life.

Overcomplications drain your energy.

Examples
-Negative thought patterns
-Processes that take...
