new artist checks....
My new line of artist checks with CheckAdvantage are here and now avaialble!
I was so excited to see how they would look and I love them! They did an amazing job.
There are a total of four sets and each set contains four images of my original artwork. There are also address labels and checkbook covers available.

on the road again...
I'm really excited to be teaching three of my new workshops on the road for the next couple weeks.
My first stop is to the Sunshine State next weekend to see all the lovely ladies at Whim-So-Doodle.

"INSPIRED PanPastel ARTIST" event highlights
a full weekend of creative empowerment, beautiful artwork & good times
and it all began with a bird.
a simple exercise in color and placement without drawing.
i think i blew their minds...they were shocked at what they could do with a couple pencil strokes and color.
then, we moved to the aspen trees.
building our tool knowledge and mastering the art of the "press & flick"
next creating the colorful door canvas.

collage monday
if i am honest, this page started as a hot mess. with no other ideas in mind i started swirling purple paint flowers and and covered up my mess in green paint. added some random leaf rub-ons and one of my favorite poppy stamps (bought it in france). the message although not directly related to the page or the process is another reminder to promote the people and the products that i love. what comes around goes around!

Just got back from my teaching trip to the Netherlands & Spain to find my new line of stamps with Unity waiting for me in my studio. I was so excited to see them and they did an awesome job.

lots and lots of torn paper scraps collaged together to make the background. added a couple layers of paint and tapes and i immediately found my happy place! this is one of those journal pages that came together quick...immediate gratification is a good thing!
