I AM IN LOVE!! i know i say that every week but when i look at this page i can't even believe it came out of me!! it looks very reminiscent of Pam Garrisons work and i LOVE her work. if i told you this page started with a bunch of jenni bowlin black alphabet letters stuck randomly on the page would you believe it??? well it did! the real headliner of this page is that joint compound...ooooh HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!

stick down random alphabets and see where they take you!

collage monday
i liked the freedom so much of lasts weeks pages i decided to try it again. simply just freehand drawing with a black Montana marker over my upcycled table paper. i layered in lots of paint colors and a raw umber glaze, a bit of joint compound and a hint of fluorescent to make it pop! (love that pink and magenta fluorescent paint together!!) I gotta give a shout out to Mindy Lacefield for introducing me to fluorescent paint it makes me so happy!
repeat!! if you liked it once, do it again!...

the quote is hard to read but says, "allow yourself to be a begin...
