Once again I am stunned at how fast the days are passing. Probably because I'm juggling more things than normal with promoting the upcoming release of FIRST DROP OF CRIMSON on top of my deadlines. But, I'm excited about what I'm writing and I'm excited about readers finally getting to dive into Spade and Denise's story, so it's a good kind of busy.  I will apologize to people who've sent me emails; I'm behind on answering them. I can't believe it's Friday already! Where has the week gone?? I feel like I've been busy every day, yet somehow, I don't have much to show for it, lol. The good news is, I have no plans for the weekend, so hoping to get some time in then for more writing. We'll see come Monday how that plan worked out.

Time flies

I can't believe it's been over a week since I last blogged. As the title of this post says, wow, time flies. Things accomplished this week: Revised/rewrote beginning of a story, completed four interviews, critted half a friend's book (rest isn't written yet), fiddled with updates on my website (still need to do more), answered messages in inbox until nothing but stuff sent this week is left, went out with inlaws, and saw LEGION (loved it even though hubby hated it). First, a head’s up that my website will be down for the next two days while it’s being altered to mirror on Wordpress. So far in 2010

So far 2010 has not been off to a smooth start. I’m hoping this just means that I’m getting my year’s worth of stresses out of the way early *crosses fingers*. My husband, being the sweet guy he is, attempted to find ways cheer me up through some of the rockiness. The other day, he surprised me by giving me two novelty tee shirts he’d found online.
