Offer me free beer and a microphone in front of a crowd, and I'll probably do it.
Yesterday I hung out at Oktoberfest and had a great time. The fantastically patient +Sheila Dee took some awesome photos that really should be seen, and not just because I'm in most of them.

The Beer Diet book delays.
Even in indie publishing, book launches can be delayed.
I've decided to go with an ebook+print launch, and that takes a little more work. We're 99% of the way there, but I want it as close to perfect as I can get it. So that means I'm delaying until next weekend.
And that means I can extend the offer to get some pre-release review copies into a few more hands!

Another #Ignitephx has happened, and another great time was had. It's different each time, and I've long given up on trying to compare events. I had a great time, learned some new things, and enjoyed the contact high from others sharing their passions.

In about an hour, I'm headed to Oktoberfest, a 21-and-over celebration in Scottsdale. It's a brand new event with beers from Old World Brewery, plenty of brats and pretzels, and some fun and games in the traditional fashion.
I'm going to be emceeing a few events and extolling the virtues of a beer-and-sausage based diet. For a month. Hey, it didn't kill me.
Text "brew" to 20123 to save $15 and buy tickets on your phone. I don't get any kickback on that, by the way. I'm just a cheap bastard.
I'll be there until about 3:00, then it's off to a hockey game to celebrate my kid's 22nd birthday. Happy birthday, NJ!
