Tall Black Shadow Lurks About On Native Land

A young man is sleeping in his father's cabin on a hot, humid night when his dog begins to growl. He later notices a strange black shadow in the tree line and has a violent reaction to it.

The following account was referred to me:

"It was a very hot summer in 2003. Humidity was insane. If you live in the southeast United States, you already understand how the heat and humidity can be, especially in August. The AC had gone out and it would be 2 days before the part to fix the unit would arrive so I was stuck sleeping with the windows open for 2 nights. This was located on native land (this was my dad's cabin and I was expected to maintain the cabin and lived rent free as long as I stayed in college. This was just before my 22nd birthday).

Fans were blowing in almost every room. Felt like dry air blowing and it didn’t help cool down the home much. I went to bed anyway and two windows were open in the bedroom with a large fan blowing on me. I fell asleep even though it was so humid. I woke up at 2am sweating. The sheet was drenched in sweat and I was simply uncomfortable. I got out of bed, changed the linings and laid back down. Still uncomfortable. The windows being left opened made for very loud and obnoxious noises from the forest. Loud ass crickets and so forth. Noises I was used to but with me trying to sleep, it was a nuisance. I shut my eyes to go back to sleep.

That’s when Bruno (my plot hound) starts growling. He’s on the rug beside my bed growling. I give him the typical “Hush Bruno!” He doesn’t hush. He goes over to the window that is open. A screen separates the inside of my bedroom from the outdoors. He is staring out growling. I figure he sees a cat or bear or some animal. His growl turned into a bark-growl and he is literally upset at this point. Mind you, it’s dark. Trees tower over the cabin. No moonlight and one area light that sits at the end of the driveway. The red light from my alarm clock is the only thing I can see in my room with nothing to see outside but the distant area light on the property that vaguely lights up just a portion of the yard and tree line.

At this point I am worried there may be a bear and the last thing I want is for a bear to start digging in my trash and me having to clean up the yard the next day. As I’m thinking this to myself and beginning to get back out of bed, I hear 2 people talking. Two female voices. First thought was hikers or campers. They may be lost. No one tracks through these woods at 2am! So I am eager and curious to investigate and hopefully help. The fan is loud and I continue to hear the voices talking and the fan caught the voices just right and made it echo (you know the sound of speaking into a fan). Bruno is still upset and at this point as I’m walking to the back door to see just WTH is up.

Then, I got such a cold chill. It felt like the AC had suddenly kicked on, but it hadn’t. I hit the back door porch light and it doesn’t come on. Great. Then I just open the back door to see who these two voices are. Bruno is upset and backs away from the door as I open it and hauls ass somewhere out of sight. He was very scared. I opened the back door and saw it.

At the tree line. Maybe 7-8 foot tall. A black shadow in between two trees. More of a black mass 20ft in front of me. Two female voices came from it. The voices overlapped each other. I could not move. Literally could not move. I immediately noticed that I started having heart palpitations and I was freezing. The shadow moved so fluidly. Never really touching the ground. It was darker than black and very obvious. These voices came from it, but from everywhere and echoed. Weird language and sounds. Then the voices stopped suddenly and from the shadow I heard clicking. I do not know how to describe the clicking. More of a tongue - clicking sound. Then silence. The shadow turned from a black mass to fog and I watched it raise into the trees. Then I vomited on my porch.

All of this happened in a matter of only 10-12 seconds I think. I went inside and locked the door, then shut all of the windows quickly. I found Bruno in the closet. I called my dad and asked him to come quick because I thought there may be someone on the property and I asked him to bring his gun (he could drive to the cabin in a short 5 min). I was honest with him in telling him that I was freaking out. I knew he would come. I waited inside until I saw his truck lights pulling in. I unlocked the door just to let him in and I locked them back. I told my dad what I saw. He believed me and he explained to me that all of the mountains here are cursed. I told him he can take me and Bruno back to his house because I was not staying there. I got Bruno and we left with dad. We both could smell something terrible. He thought it was a dead animal but to me it smelled like the air was thick with that evil thing.

As we drove off, we saw a buck. The buck was in the middle of the road and we had to stop fully. It stood still until it collapsed right where it stood. Just collapsed. Eyes wide open still. It just dropped to the road. It stood back up and slowly walked away. My dad said he had never seen anything like that before.

That was the life changing event that never allowed me to think about this world in the same lens ever again. It would lead to more things over the years. The feral wild men, the witches and witchcraft, Bigfoot, and so forth. I don’t question their existence. I don’t care if I’m not believed neither. Skepticism is healthy. Until it happens to you." S

NOTE: I believe this occurred in the Eastern Cherokee Reservation just east of the Great Smoky Mountains in western North Carolina...an area where some of my family originated from. Lon

Terrifying Cryptid Creature Encountered Along The Au Sable River in Michigan

An experienced hiker, while trekking along the Au Sable River in Michigan, encounters the scariest creature he has ever seen.

I recently received the following account:

"I was hiking along the Au Sable River in Michigan during the summer of 1999. This is in the counties of Oscoda, Alcona and Iosco. I remember one of my most scariest encounters with the wilderness.

While walking east down along the river around 1 hr. prior to dusk I heard, what to my ears to be, a wolf howl. I have seen wolf prints and seen wolves at my home in Long Lake, MI., but never have I heard a howl so deep and almost human-like in my life. I got spooked and set up camp and made a fire...larger than most due to my fear.

At dusk I heard that the howling was getting closer, directly across the river. I had heard stories of the wolfman from native powwows and in my family folklore covering the whole USA. But never have I personally seen what I saw that night or the next day.

That night, after eating beef barley stew from my canned good collection, I laid down by the fire with my huge folding knife closely gripped by my chest. I was watching and listening to the surrounding wood line for about 30 minutes. When the average night noises stopped, to this me meant two things. Either something had spooked the local animals, and that it made me very uneasy.

I looked out away from the fire and shot the fire away from my eyes using the unarmed hand. I looked across the river which was only about 100 meters across from my fire. That is when I saw the most unnerving sight ever. On the sand was a creature standing maybe larger than the average sow black bear, with black fur, large long skull and yellow reflecting eyes like the wolf. I closed my eyes and hoped I was imagining things and then it gave out the howl again. I opened my eyes and it ran up the bank and disappeared into the night. As it ran, it didn't run on all fours like a bear nor a wolf. Unlike the local bigfoot it wasn't full upright like a human or primate.

I was so scared that I slept the rest of that night in a damn tree about 20 foot off the ground. it took me 3 hours and praying to easy my fear so I could sleep." HN

Anti-Gravity Spaceships vs. Conventional Rockets

G. Harry Stine, Chief of Navy Range Operations at the White Sands Proving Grounds in New Mexico, was among the first to admit back in 1957 that the idea of electromagnetic, anti-gravity spaceships certainly sounded incredible to most Americans, something way beyond the technology of the age.  But for him Stine, an insider in the defense establishment and scientific community, it was a matter certainly within the scope of possibilities.  The administrator and acknowledged rocket pioneer wrote the following in the June 1957 issue of Mechanix Illustrated (New York City, New York):

“The information comes from reliable sources.  We are licking the problems of gravity.  Indications are that we are on the verge of tapping a brand-new group of electrical waves similar to radio waves which link electricity and gravity.  Electronic engineers have taken the electrical coil and used it as the link between electricity and magnetism, thus giving us a science of electro-magnetics which, in turn, has given us such things as radio, television, radar and the like.  Now, gravity researchers seem to think that the condenser will open up the science of electro-gravitics.  Soon we may be able to eliminate gravity as a structural, aerodynamic and medical problem.” 

Rockets Obsolete

Although Stine had been designing and developing actual rockets for the American military, and was among the first to grasp the peaceful use of these for the exploration of outer space, the missile scientist recognized the built-in obsolescence of going down this avenue of technological research and development.  In the Mechanix Illustrated article, Stine explained that, “Although we will probably use rocket power to make our first explorations into space, the chances are now pretty good that this will not always be the case.  In 50 years, we may travel to the Moon, the planets or even the stars propelled by the harnessed forces of gravity.  If this seems fantastic, remember that the rocket and the idea of a trip to the Moon was fantastic 20 years ago.  Fifty years ago, the idea of commercial air travel was utter nonsense. 

“With gravitic spaceships,” he added, “we may travel to the Moon in less than an hour, to the planets in less than a day or to the stars themselves in a matter of months.  We may be able to do it in absolute comfort without the problems of zero-gravity or high accelerations.”

Of course, while Stine did take note that, “The idea of the rocket becoming obsolete is not a happy idea, particularly when so much work has been done on rockets,” that was because, “We (the scientists working on missile and rocket development) believed they were the only type of power plant capable of working in outer space.  If a better method comes along, why shed tears?”  And since the basic goal was to travel and explore outer space, before the Soviets could get there, of course, then it should not “make much difference how we do it,” he emphatically concluded.  Keep in mind that Stine’s prophetic article appeared in print just five months before the Soviet Union’s launch of its Sputnik satellite.

Rocket to Venus and Back in 30 Minutes

The reader response to the June 1957 issue of Mechanix Illustrated was so great, that the editors decided to run a follow-up article in its July 1957 issue.  Titled, “Spaceship That Conquers Gravity,” aviation and space research writer Michael Gladych, describes a vehicle that will “fly at the speed of light-making a round-trip to Venus in about 30 minutes!”

Gladych, an allied ace fighter pilot from Poland in World War II who served in the Polish Air Force, the Royal Air Force and the United States Army Air Force, became an immigrant to the United States after the conflict, settling with his Canadian wife in the Seattle, Washington, area.  In the July 1957 issue of Mechanix Illustrated, Gladych revealed that, “Since 1953 the Canadian government’s Project Magnet has been working on a gravity-defying vehicle powered by electromagnetic forces.”  He also declared that, “At least 14 United States universities and other research centers are hard at work cracking the gravity barrier. 

“And backing the basic research with multi-million-dollar secret projects is our aircraft industry,” adding that, “Convair on the west coast, Glenn L. Martin Aircraft of Baltimore, Maryland, Bell Aircraft Company of Buffalo, New York, and Sperry Gyroscope Company of Great Neck, Long Island, maintain teams of researchers and engineers prying into nature’s most jealously guarded secret- gravity.”  

Gladych, of course, was restrained from saying too much more about these matters as the United States was then in the midst of the Cold War with the Soviet Union, as well as being at the beginnings of closing the missile gap and entering the Space Age and the race with the Soviets to develop the first “artificial moon” or satellite.   But he did describe the rumors of a potential anti-gravity spaceship as follows:

“The spherical craft squatting on a concrete strip emitting a faint hum.  A ghostly glow surrounding its shell.  The strange craft rose and hovered momentarily while its landing gear retracted.  Then the hum increased and the craft shot eastward and vanished beyond the horizon before the witnessing scientists could click their stop watches.

“Jet-powered missile?  No.  Made weightless and propelled by its anti-gravity engine, the round ship was a research vehicle able to travel at almost the speed of light- 600,000,000 miles per hour.”  

The origins of the secret program to develop this advanced spaceship Gladych attributed to Canada’s Project Magnet and the early groundbreaking research accomplished by the Gravity Research Foundation in New Boston, New Hampshire.  A clue to the big breakthrough on this project comes from a salient quote from Lawrence D. Bell, the level-headed builder of the Bell rocket research planes: “We are already working with nuclear fuels and equipment to cancel out gravity instead of fighting it.”  

The infusion of nuclear fuels to create an anti-gravity, ion propulsion space vehicle was already underway in mid-1957.

Winged 'Bird Man' Curses & Flies Toward Police Officer!

A police officer approaches a man wearing, what he thought, a thick coat. When it turns, the 'bird man' curses and spreads its wing while flying towards the cruiser.

I recently found the following account:

"I was around 10 years old. It was late at night, and mom was just finishing up the dishes when suddenly someone knocked on the front door. Mom dried her hands off on the dish towel, and walked towards the door. The impatient person knocked louder this time. When mom opened the door, in walked a police officer! He came in and closed the door behind him.

"I'm sorry to intrude, but can I please sit down?" The cop asked her in a nearly panicked voice.

"Yeah, but is everything okay?" She asked him.

He walked towards the table and took a seat.

"Something happened." He said.

Mom turned and looked at me. "Sweetie, this is your uncle, John." She told me.

The cop turned to look at me, like he just realized I was there. I didn't say anything, and he and I just stared at each other. I knew he was nearly scared to death, and I wanted to know why.

Mom went to pour him a cup of coffee. When she came back and placed it on the table in front of him, he reached out and grabbed her arm. "Please say a prayer to God for me!" He pleaded. "Please, I don't want to die!"

"What happened to you?" She asked him.

This is what he told her...

He was driving along a country road where the ranches and farms are. It was part of his job I guess. It was night (obviously), and his headlights were on. When he drove around the corner of the hill something big was in the middle of the road. He slowed down, and as he got closer to it, he said it looked like the back of a giant man wrapped in a thick cloak. So he put the cruiser in park, rolled down his window, and had the spotlight on this guy.

He thought the tall man was in some sort of trouble, because he was just standing there, and his shoulders were shaking weirdly. My uncle called out to him, and didn't get a response. He was about to get out of his cruiser, when just then the tall guy turned around to face him.

"When that thing turned, it had the body of a large bird, and the face of a man! It cursed at me, then spread out its wings took flight, and flew towards me! I put it in drive, and never drove so fast in my life!" Uncle John told her.

Now days when I see Uncle John, I always want to ask him about what he saw, and where; but I don't want to offend him. Mom never talks about anything paranormal. She says such things shouldn't be repeated. Sorry mom, but I'm repeating it." AT

'Ape Man' or 'Dogman' Encountered Near Traverse City, Michigan

A group of older teens encounter a bizarre 'ape man,' possibly more canine, quadruped that they chase into a tree near Traverse City, Michigan. 

I recently came across this bizarre account:

"It was the summer of 1973. My dad had just graduated from high school (Waterford Township High) and he and a bunch of friends had gone up north a ways outside of Traverse City, Michigan. His friend Susie's family had a cabin out on a lake up north. There was a group of about a dozen 17-19 year olds all hanging out and drinking beers and celebrating the summer.

The group of them were having a bonfire out on the beach when Susie got up to go to bathroom. My dad's friend, Mike offers to 'walk her there,' and as they are walking the 50 ft from the beach bonfire to the cabin, Susie notices a dark shadow much further up the road near the tree line. Susie points it out to Mike and he looks, then says they should hurry up because he thinks it might be a bear.

But Mike pauses for a moment as this creature continues to lope closer toward the cabin (but not in a way that indicated its destination was the cabin). He notices it isn't nearly big enough to be a bear and thinks it may be a wolf of some kind. Susie comments that it doesn't look furry enough and maybe it has mange or is rabid.

As they are walking closer to the cabin, the creature meets a break in the tree line and becomes considerably more visible in the moonlight. That's when Mike calls my dad and another guy over and they see what appears to be a (very) hairy naked man loping down the gravel road on all fours at a pretty decent clip. They send Susie back to the bonfire to be with the rest of the group and they decide to chase it. (drunk teenaged boys)

They start booking it toward this creature. When it sees them heading for it, the creature starts booking it back up the road and across the clearing. Now, my dad ran track and was at the best shape of his life, albeit drunk and he couldn't catch the damn thing as it barreled down a gravel road on all fours. It reaches the tree line and leaps up a clear 10-15 ft into a tree.

At this point, a bunch of the beach kids have run over to where the boys all were. There they all saw this weird ape man (as my dad always described him) sitting in the middle of a spruce tree that it somehow managed to jump up into and climb while butt naked.

They toss some beer cans and rocks at the thing and kind of just aggravate it for a few minutes in the darkness, when suddenly it emits this horrifying sound. My dad says it was the most blood curdling noise he'd ever heard and it sounds halfway between the bark of a dog and the bleat of a sheep. It was LOUD. After it makes this noise, it starts shaking and sort of jumping in the tree. Then it jumps out and books it into the woods.

My dad still swears to me the story is true and Mike has confirmed at least pieces of the story he can remember. As adults, my dad and I have discussed our theories and I have just assumed it was a burnt out hippie that had taken too much acid. I'd also like to stress that we had never heard about the dogman and we had always called him the 'ape man'." CW

Large Bat-Like Humanoid Threatens Family at San Jose, CA Cemetery

A family is at a San Jose, CA cemetery in 1989 when they observed a large bat-like humanoid perched in a nearby tree. The creature sudden takes flight, heading directly towards the family.

I recently received the following account:

"I read your article on the flying bat/man-like creature at the Chicago Adler Planetarium. I have an account that took place in 1989.

In the summer of 1987 my mother passed away from cancer, leaving behind 2 sons and a husband, my father. Every Sunday my father would take me and my brother to breakfast and then we would visit mom at her grave site, located at Alum Rock in San Jose, CA (Calvary Catholic Cemetery). We would go to breakfast early mid morning or early morning, around 8am or so.

This particular day was no different and we arrived at the cemetery at approximately 11:00am and it was a cloudless sunny day. We had just walked up to the grave and had a brief moment to get in a comfortable standing position. Out of the corner of my eye, I seen something black perched on a tree branch. It seemed to be facing us, however the shape of it was without definition. The best description I can give is that it was in the form of a black humanoid bat shape. I could see the form of what looked like a head on shoulders and having wings rising above the shoulders. The bottom part of the creature was much slimmer with the rest of the body giving the impression of legs standing upright on the tree branch. But it was without definition, appearing as if a person used a black permanent marker and drew its shape. I hope that makes sense.

As soon as I looked at it, the creature did a nose dive out of the tree with its wings spread out. It then straightened it’s body doing a 90 degree upward turn, tucked in its wings and b-lined straight towards us. It didn’t flap its wings when it flew towards us, similar to the Mothman accounts it seemed to cut through the air. I’ve read about bees and beetles sending a vibration threw its wings and allowing a different type of flight. As the creature flew towards us it curved slightly and flew between me and my father and seemed to target my older brother. I say this because he had to turn his shoulders and just managed dodging the creature from hitting him in the chest by a hair. The creature flew past him, made a quick right flying between tombstones and was out of our sight.

I was extremely terrified and my dad and brother laughed it off. After asking my father several times what it was he finally said it was 'the diablo,' Spanish for devil. I stopped asking after that. Every now and then I’ll do periodic Google searches of the cemetery to see if there have been any accounts of people seeing the same thing, but not at this site.

I have attached a picture at the bottom of this email that I found on the internet that looks the exact same, except what we seen that day did not have red eyes. It is the same or same species creature that we seen. To my knowledge the tree branch was not very high off the ground and the distance between the tree and where we stood I estimate the creature to have to have flown at about 230-250 mph.

This account is true as I remember it, and my brother could also give his account as well. I also know of a very interesting account of another flying humanoid witnessed by a handful of kids (grown adults now) that witnessed a flying humanoid of a different nature. This was also witnessed in the daytime and I could put you in touch with them if your interested.

Growing up in the Evergreen area of San Jose during the 80’s & 90’s I experienced a ton of other inexplicable events as well as my neighborhood friends. I find it these events very bizarre and believe there is a good chance that the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, located a few miles away, could have influenced some type of reality portal. The area was not as eventful, or scary as some of the Skinwalker Ranch accounts, but definitely in the same category. I grew up with about 20 neighborhood kids and I’m sure they would be willing to give you a lot of their accounts.

My own personal experiences were from UFO’s (I used my car headlights to get the attention of a moving light in the sky, and it flew extremely close putting on an aerial display), a nightmare of almost being taken to Hell that when I told a friend about resulted in his unintended exorcism, hearing voices in my dad's house and the ghost of a child that was seen by multiple neighbors at different times. And to make things stranger, I have to verify this with my brother but there was a painting of that boy that was in either my grandparents house or in our garage. The only event that I documented was the UFO incident but I really would like some answers or some insight to these events. I look forward to hearing back from you in the near future." MS

UPDATE: 'O'Hare Mothman' Encountered By TRACON Air Traffic Controller

This is an update to 'O'Hare Mothman' Encountered By TRACON Air Traffic Controller - In which an O'Hare International Airport air traffic controller recalls his encounter with a tall red-eyed winged humanoid while on the job in July 2020.

In a recent correspondence, the witness stated:

"...I am more than happy to correspond with you via email regarding my sighting and I would be more than happy to share with you stories from my job regarding sightings of this creature.

My only condition would be that my name is left completely out of your reports as I do not want to have any kind of negative blowback from my employer. My employer knows that these sightings are going on and starting to happen with quite a regular frequency, but they are still adamant that people do not talk about it or that it is allowed to be released to the public. I refuse to do a face-to-face or any interview where I am recorded so I can protect my job as well as my identity.

I certainly do look forward corresponding with you and your investigators and I will respond to emails sent by you and your investigators as promptly as I am able to.

I thank you very much for the opportunity to get this off my chest and I look forward to working with you in the future."

3 Winged Humanoid Reports - Chicago, Northern Illinois & Michigan

3 brief winged humanoid accounts from Chicago, northern Illinois and Michigan. These reports were received by an associate and forwarded to me

The following accounts were retrieved by an associate:

Northeast side of Chicago, Illinois - “I saw it in, I think, 2016 maybe 2017 it was spring. It was a very sunny morning and it looked like a giant bat gliding over a high school. Approximately 30/40 feet in the air? I only saw it for about 10-20 seconds before it flew behind some tall trees and I couldn’t find it after that. Later that day a friend emailed me an article about the Chicago Mothman sightings (I had not told her what I had seen). It had links to a photo from the Chicago southside and it was exactly what I had seen. I don’t think it has anything to do with the Point Pleasant Mothman, I don’t think its a portent of any kind. I can’t speak for anyone else.

I don’t know anyone else who has seen it. I do believe in all sorts of paranormal junk. I saw it on the northwest side of the city, there are a lot of sightings on the southeast side and near O’Hare. The last one I read about (not the last one that was as reported) was a truck driver unloading at O’Hare at night (I believe). You should Google it. It’s fascinating and there have been a ton of reports and a couple of not great photos. There's also this thing your brain does when you see something weird. It tries to rationalize what you’ve seen. I saw something gliding in the sky that had bat wings. I don’t know what it was, but it definitely wasn’t a bird. My first thought was, “that's weird.” My second thought was, “No It's a normal thing. Of course that's there.” People and brains are weird and imperfect." BA

“I live in Northern Illinois, back in 2017, I was driving home from work at around 10:30pm, and this huge creature was flying straight towards my car, but pulled up at the last second. I thought it looked like a gargoyle. I had no idea what else it could be. The creature looked completely black and I couldn't make out any other details, it all happened so fast and I was on back country roads so it was pitch black outside. My husband convinced me that it was just a bald eagle. But this makes me wonder.” M

“Well I live near Chicago, but I’m in Michigan. I haven’t seen this creature but, yes, I have heard and seen things. Late out one night (when I was younger probably like 2010) I was at my aunt and uncles house for the 4th of July. In the sky with the fireworks, I swear to this day, I saw some bird-like creature but bigger, huge wings (even from below they looked massive) and a long body. It flew between the fireworks exploding and flying like it was nothing.” MM

Manuel Navarette is the founder and curator of UFO Clearinghouse and an active paranormal investigator. He is currently one of the chief investigators of the Chicago / Lake Michigan Mothman phenomenon (along with Lon Strickler and Tobias Wayland) and a member of the Phantom and Monsters Fortean Research Team. Manuel has been interested in the paranormal since the age of 17 and has had multiple sightings of UFO’s and recently of a winged humanoid at Chicago O’Hare Airport. The website he founded, UFO Clearinghouse is a website dedicated and committed to providing the most up to date information on recent UFO sightings, reported alien abductions, and cryptid sightings. Tall Knife Wielding 'Dog-Like Figure' Observed Stabbing A Crow Near Lawton, Oklahoma

An Oklahoma teen wakes one early morning and observes a strange figure with a dog-like head. The figure reached into a crow cage, pulled out a knife and killed the bird!

I came across the following account after it was referred to me:

Back in the winter of 1961, near Lawton, Oklahoma, I remember waking up during the wee hours of the morning while it was still very dark and needing to urinate. I was in my mid-teens but I was very small-framed and would have to literally turn crossways on the bed and slowly slide down until my feet hit the floor. I still recall the partially open window with its peeling paint on the window frame as I almost reached the floor. I could see straight out toward the big hole and I could see the crow's cage. As I looked out I saw a strange figure emerging from the hole.

It appeared to be very tall, thin, dark and had a dog-like head with very pointy ears and a pointed muzzle. I was paralyzed with fear as I watched this thing walk over to the cage, reach right through the chicken wire and grab the crow. It pulled out a knife from somewhere and with a quick jab, stuck it into the bird, then dropped the dead crow back into its cage.

I don't recall anything after that except crawling back into the bed and pulling the covers over my head. I stayed there until daylight hit, desperately needing to urinate.

Once it was light, I ran to the front of our house and awakened my parents, telling them something had killed the crow and I had saw it. They laughed it off, but to assure me the crow was okay, walked me to the back of our yard to where the crow's cage was. The crow was dead. My dad chucked it over the fence into a nearby field and told me that the crow froze to death. KO
