A zoologist encounters a huge Fossa-like cryptid while drive in the Welsh countryside near Trelawnyd. Interesting account.
I recently came across the following cryptid account:
"I've been trying to convince my girlfriend to tell people about this for a while now, but she keeps putting it off. I asked if I can report her story for her, as it's a story I find fascinating considering I'm obsessed with cryptids and stuff.
For a while I was studying in a university in England. While there, I met my girlfriend, who lived local to the city. I would go back to my home in Wales for the first 2 years in the university during Christmas, Easter and Summer breaks. The summer was usually a big long break, and I would use it to work at my part time job to earn money to spend on nights out for my following year of college. I don't drive and at the time wasn't getting along with her family, so didn't like going to hers, so every other weekend I had off work, my girlfriend would drive down to Wales and spend some time over the weekend with me.
So during the summer between my 1st and 2nd year, she had to leave early. She ended up taking a different route home as I had a night shift coming. She agreed to drive me to my night shift, to save me getting the bus, despite it taking her out of her way, and meaning she had to take a different route home.
After dropping me off, she was driving along (anyone who knows Wales knows that it's predominantly rural, country roads with the odd town or village scattered about) and saw a creature run across the road. She slammed on the brakes, at first thinking it was a dog or a cat. But she said looking at it, it didn't look like either. She says it was huge, like the size of a full grown Great Dane and had no fur. She describes it as having large paws, bigger than they should have been for the wildlife in the area. It also moved in a way that she said seemed unusual and unnatural. Like its limbs were bent but not straightening while it ran, although this could have been a trick of the light as it was very dark.
The area this was in was near the village of Trelawnyd, on one of the country roads just off from the garage. I've asked her to describe the creature. She's drawn it a few times but basically describes it as looking like an enormous, hairless, Fossa. She's a Zoologist, too. So I expect her to recognise wild animals, especially since all we really have are red foxes, badgers, a few loose ferrets that have escaped and farm animals. She's driven that route so many times since then, with me and without me to try and spot it again but to no avail. I even got her a dashcam, and she must have driven that route repeatedly, over and over again to catch a glimpse of whatever it was, one more time, but no such luck. While the whole thing seems unlikely, and that maybe a trick of the light made something else look like what she saw, I believe her, purely due to her stubborn conviction that there was no trick of the light and what she saw was legit. She seems to cling onto this with such conviction I find it hard to doubt. Didn't see it myself, only know what I was told, but thought it would be an interesting story, regardless." AB

When Aliens Visited a South Pacific Mission School
Rev. Norman Cruttwell, a canon in the Anglican Church, would certainly be considered, by most, to be a man whose sincerity was beyond doubt. He assured a reporter from the Australasian Post of Melbourne, Australia, in an article that appeared in the 18 March 1965 issue, that “Strange things seen in the sky above Papua New Guinea were indeed UFOs, or- if you insist- ‘flying saucers.’” He based his conviction on a mass of corroborated evidence that he had personally gathered and painstakingly assembled into an extraordinarily detailed report telling of people staring up in amazement at unexplained lights at night and by day, flying objects that gave every indication of being manned spacecraft. This was particularly evident in one case where the apparently human figures aboard a flying saucer waved at the observers.
In the week prior to the article’s publication in the Australasian Post, Cruttwell sat down with a reporter to go over some of the UFO evidence he had amassed over the years in his Box Hill residence, located in a suburb of Melbourne. The reporter was especially interested in the details of the Papuan case where the UFOnauts actually waved at multiple witnesses. Cruttwell expressed no doubt that the UFO cases he had assembled were authentic. He insisted that he would simply discard any UFO case that he could not personally corroborate. When Cruttwell was asked why he was so sure that the UFOs were physical craft manned by visitors from another planet, the reverend stated, “Where else could they come from? America and Russia would not be wasting time and such huge amounts of money trying to perfect rockets and other flying machines, knowing that they were already outdated by this other flying system, whatever its principle (of propulsion) might be. And if not America or Russia, what other country could it be?”
Of course, with Cruttwell being a theologian of high standing in the Anglican Church, the reporter wanted to know how a willingness to accept the existence of advanced civilizations on other planets affected this cleric’s religious outlook. The canon smiled and told the reporter that people were always asking him the same question and that, overall, the acceptance of the extraterrestrial UFO hypothesis was not at all incompatible with reverence for the Creator of the universe: “We know that God created everything. Nothing could change that. There are some references to Our Lord which perhaps we have not yet understood properly, such as ‘In my Father’s House there are many mansions….’” (John 14:2, KJV).
Cruttwell did admit that he did not always think this way about the UFO question. It wasn’t until he first heard about the report of the manned flying saucer seen by another Anglican priest, Father William Booth Gill on 26 June 1959 at a mission school in Papua New Guinea, that he started to take UFO reports seriously. Cruttwell had written in his personal diary that, “I could not believe the reports (of UFOs and aliens) were true and dismissed them as the sort of wild tales which often get around by ‘bush telegraph,’ and in which there is often little or no substance of truth.” But soon after he received and read the contents of a “fat envelope of typescript” from Father Gill in the mission field detailing a close encounter of the third kind, Cutwell began to change his mind on this matter.
The cover letter to Cruttwell in the mailed package from Father William B. Gill began: “Here is a lot of material, the kind you have been waiting for, no doubt; but I am in some ways sorry that it has to be me who supplies it. Attitudes at Dogura in respect to my sanity vary greatly; and like all mad men, I myself think my grey cells (brain cells) are OK….” It is clear that Father Gill had kept a good sense of humor about the whole incident. As to the material enclosed in the large envelope, Gill notes that, “This is the original data. Please make whatever copies or photographs you like, but please send it back to me by return ‘Maclaren King,’ if possible, as I regard it with a sense of value….” General reports of Father Gill’s encounter had been published before, but I felt privileged in tracking down the original material that was initially reported by Gill to his ecclesiastical superior, the Canon Cruttwell in Melbourne.
There had been many reports coming from Papua New Guinea with respect to “flying things” and “strange lights in the sky,” even before the age of flying saucers ever began. Such strange lights are referred to by the natives as being “like a Tilley lamp,” which is the usual form of illumination used in the islands when electricity goes out or is not available in more remote areas. But it was on Friday, 26 June 1959 at 6:45 p.m., that Father Gill left his dinner table and walked out the front door of his mission home, overlooking a small patch of lawn fringed by a few trees including coconut palms. Fifty feet below that was the shingled beach. He glanced up at the clear night sky, looking for the familiar planet Venus, which he quickly identified. But there was also another “sparkling object” out there, one that completely mystified him. In his own words, the reverend explained that, “I saw Venus; but I also saw this sparkling object which to me was peculiar because it sparkled and because it was very, very bright. It was above Venus and so that caused me to watch it for a while. Then I saw it descend towards us.”
Two of the mission teachers also joined Father Gill in watching the UFO. The three observed the “Tilley lamp-like object,” noting that, “It appeared to wax and wane in brightness, as though it were approaching and receding.” One the UFO seemed to move in quite close, it paused and hovered at what was judged to be between 300 and 400 feet above the ground. It was definitely circular and had a wide base and a narrower, upper deck. Beneath it were what seemed to be a set of legs, or landing gear. At times, the UFO would produce a shaft of blue light that shone up into the sky at an angle of about 45 degrees. But strangest of all, four human figures appeared on top of the hovering object, beginning around 25 minutes into the sighting, at about 7:10 p.m. Father Gill described the scene thusly: “As we watched it, men came out from the object and appeared on top of it on what seemed to be a deck on top of the huge disc. There were four men in all: Occasionally two, then one, then three, then four. We noted the various times the men appeared. And then later on, all those witnesses who were quite sure that our records were right and that they agreed with them and saw the men at the same time as I did, were able to sign their names as witnesses of what we assume to be human activity or beings of some sort on the object itself.”
On the following day, Saturday, 27 June 1959, what was presumed to be the same object, but not necessarily, showed up again. This time it was around 6 p.m. and the Sun had just gone down behind the mountain, so there was still some light available. Father Gill had emphasized that it would have been really dark just 45 minutes later, as it was on the night of the first sighting. According to Cruttwell’s analysis, the time of the second night’s sighting “rules out any possibility of the object having been a planet, such as Venus.”
Father Gill’s commentary on the second sighting follows: “We stood in the open to watch. Although the Sun had set, it was quite light for the following 15 minutes. We watched figures appear on top, four of them. There is no doubt they were human. Two of the figures seemed to be doing something near the center of the deck. They were occasionally bending over and raising their arms as though adjusting or ‘setting up’ something (not visible). One figure seemed to be standing, looking down at us (a group of about a dozen).
“I stretched my arm above my head and waved. To our surprise, the figure did the same. Ananias (one of the mission teachers) waved both arms above his head, then the two outside figures did the same. Ananias and myself began waving our arms and all four seemed to wave back. There seemed to be no doubt that our movements were answered. All the mission boys made audible gasps (of joy or surprise, or perhaps both).
“As dark was beginning to close in, I sent Eric Kodawa for a torch (Australian term for flashlight) and directed a series of long dashes towards the UFO. After a minute or two of this, the UFO apparently acknowledged by making several wavering motions back and forth in a sideways direction, like a pendulum.” The canon wanted to know if the priest Gill had tried to communicate with the flying saucer occupants by voice. Gill said he and the rest of the observers shouted and made beckoning motions for the UFOnauts to descend from their vehicle; but there was no response other than the waving of the occupants and motion of the UFO. Interestingly, neither the men nor their strange machine made any sounds whatsoever.
I asked the physicist Martin Gottschall of UFO Research Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, about this particular aspect of the case when I was working with a lighting crew at the World Expo there in 1988. Gottschall remarked that the late contactee, George Adamski, when visiting Australia on his world tour in 1959, had informed him that the electromagnetic drive unit of the flying saucers was completely silent, and that most extraterrestrials, from planets in our solar system, at least, usually do not speak out loud in their first contacts with Earthlings, insofar as they (the extraterrestrials) possessed mental telepathic abilities and could, therefore, successfully impart their peaceful intentions to all concerned in any given area where their ships or bodily presence are being observed. “As far as the Gill case goes,” said Gottschall, “I imagine that is probably the way it went down.”
There was a total of 38 witnesses to both of the UFO appearances at the mission, and 25 of these signed Father Gill’s report of the incident, attesting to the document’s veracity. Among those that signed were five Papuan teachers and three medical assistants, so the encounter is certainly one of the most credible in the history of ufology. Cruttwell emphasizes that the Gill case was certainly not a fluke in the islands, however, as he cataloged hundreds of UFO sightings from that once Australian trust territory. In July 1959, with reports of UFO activity coming in from all over the islands, Cruttwell instituted a nightly sky watch, from sundown to 9 p.m. at his own mission house in Menapi. However, when a UFO did zoom in at Menapi, it came in not at night but in the morning. The Anglican canon made a notation of this event: “This was the first daylight sighting; and by incredible bad luck, I missed it by seconds.
“It was 9 a.m. on Tuesday, 21 July 1959. I had been delayed by various duties and had not come up to the school line, as I usually do, but was still indoors. The school children were just marching into church for their morning service. About half of them and several of the teachers had passed into the building, but perhaps 100 children, two male teachers and six girl pupil teachers were still outside.
“Suddenly, some of the children caught sight of a bright point of light moving in the clear blue sky. It had appeared from behind the wooded hill to the west of the station and was drawing nearer and increasing in size. Soon all the children and teachers were staring, fascinated.
“As it drew nearer, it appeared elongated and became larger until it was clearly seen as a shining, metallic disc with a dark ring around it. Teacher Augustine reckons it was a ‘little smaller than the Sun.’
“It passed to the north of the station at an elevation of perhaps 30 degrees, travelling ‘faster than an aeroplane’ and making no sound whatever. There was no vapor trail at all…. Its transit must have been fairly rapid, probably no more than a minute, perhaps less. Unfortunately, they were too fascinated to shout, and much time was wasted before Augustine took it into his head to look for me.
“He (Augustine) wasted more time by going into every room looing for me instead of calling. When at last he had found my mother and she had shouted out, ‘Norman, quick, there’s something in the sky!’ I rushed out, snatched up telescope and camera and ran beneath the mango trees to the playing field.
“But I was just too late. Everyone was staring at the point where it had disappeared. Though we kept a watch all day, it never came back.
“This sighting cannot be doubted. The object was seen by over 100 people all known to me. They all agreed to the appearance of the object- ‘like a silver plate.’ I told Augustine and Abel, the two senior teachers, straightaway to take pencil and paper and draw what they had seen. I made them sit at opposite ends of the classroom, unable to see each other’s papers, and I myself watched to see that there was no collaboration. I drew up a report then and there, and the teachers signed it.”
Despite Canon Cruttwell having obtained from Father Gill the audio recordings of a majority of the credible witnesses in the case of the encounter with UFO occupants, critics in the Australian scientific community have not taken the UFO reports as serious as they should. The Down Under scientists have opined that as objective skeptics they can rightly judge that sincerity on the part of the UFO observers is simply not enough. This is because witnesses, though sincere, may be mistaken.

Troll, Bigfoot or 'Glimmer Man' Roaming Woods in Gubbängen, Sweden
2 Swedes are in a nearby woods when they begin to hear strange noises around them. They suddenly experience an orb sighting, followed by an attack by an unseen beast or force.
I recently came across the following account:
"A friend and I went to the woods to barbecue over a fire as we do now and then all year around. I live in Stockholm, Sweden and the woods we go to lies next to a lot of apartments in Gubbängen. I have always been into the Sasquatch/Bigfoot subject and I know it is real. We have them here in Sweden as well, what people refer to as trolls here is the same as Bigfoot or Sasquatch, same being different names. However, my friend and I went into the woods to a specific place we always go to when we make our fire, barbecue and drink beer.
After a while when the fire was started, I grabbed a big stick went to a tree and knocked it hard three times.10 minutes pass and further into the woods a see this orb just appear and hovers about 3 meters off the ground. I stare at it and I think to myself that is not a person with a flashlight or anything like that at all. The orb just hovered at the same spot and then disappeared. I thought to myself weird shit is about to go down.
Time passes and darkness has fallen over the woods. We sit in front of the fire when we hear a weird noise. My friend asks if I had heard that. I looked over the fire into the darkness and saw two yellow eyes glowing in the darkness staring at us. I said do you see those glowing eyes staring at us? He confirmed that he did. That is not a human or an animal I said and he agreed. We stared at it for 30 seconds when it suddenly moves away almost floating, leaving traces from the glowing eyes. I was creeped out.
One week later we go to the same spot and its dark. The fire is lit when we suddenly start to hear tree breaks from the woods - thick tree breaks. It starts from the left and moves to the right and circles around us. The tree breaks keep moving around us and gets closer and then gets quiet for a couple of minutes. All of sudden 15 meters to the right of us a big f*cking tree break echoes through the woods. My friend quickly stood up when this 5 meter long log crashes into a big rock behind us. Suddenly something then appears behind us and smashes the log with another log. We jump back and away! This thing hit the upper part of the log which means that this thing was huge and strong as hell. My friend turns on the flash light and looks around, we see nothing and its quiet. When we walked around in the woods, we were loud as hell, twigs breaking and tons of other sounds under our feet. But this thing moves fast, silently around us. That's the scary part as well. We were scared as hell and quickly left.
One other time when I was walking on a track two stones comes flying from above and lands in front of me. I look up into the trees and see this transparent shaped thing in the trees and then it just disappears." G

Humanoids 2: Recent Additions to the Rosales Database

Date: May 16 2016
Time: 20:00
Several local witnesses reported seen unknown objects flying low above the rooftops of homes. One of the objects was described as disc-shaped with lights resembling that of a “traffic light”. Another one of the objects briefly landed leaving behind holes on the ground forming a triangle. During the encounters some of the residents called their local radio station and police department.
One of the witnesses, Mrs. Agripina Wanse was getting ready to sleep when she heard a loud sound like something descending towards the ground, within that sound there was another sound that resembled that of a “blender”. The room where Wanse and her family slept was illuminated by a bright light resembling a spotlight. Terrified, the whole family began to scream. They also described the lights on the object as like those of a “traffic light”. Moments later one of her neighbors, Mr. Herber Canchari approached the area and saw an object on the ground shaped like “a comet”, when it took off again it illuminated the area with green and red lights. Canchari armed himself with a rifle and shot at the object without any apparent effect as the object seem to appear at another location in an instant. The next day a Mrs. Donilda Lomas, saw a luminous object which emitted a loud sound descend to street level. From the object descended a luminous humanoid about 70cm in height who floated around just above the street.

The main witness and her boyfriend had gone to a mall before work – in the very early morning hours when they had just opened and as they walked into a store, they both noticed, at the very same time, a very odd-looking man sitting on one of the benches, reading a newspaper. He had one leg crossed over the other at a right angle with his arms outstretched, holing this newspaper and a small smug smile on his face, but there was something very, very wrong about him. He had a baseball cap on over hair that looked like a wig and mirrored sunglasses, but even so, they could both tell that his facial features were not normal, in that beyond the thin, smug smile, that never moved, never changed, there were no other discernible features – no freckles, no wrinkles, no pores, nothing. His entire posture was all wrong and unnatural and he did not move even in the slightest as they walked by.
He was also oddly dressed – it was an incredibly hot summer day, and he was dressed in long heavy pants and a flannel long sleeve, buttoned right to the top. Her boyfriend and the witness actually turned to one another at the same time as they passed this man and entered the store and simultaneously commented on the oddness of the fellow. They agreed that the person looked like a “mannequin” (well was it?). They then both turned around to look at him again together and he was completely gone. They exited the store immediately and looked all around, but the “mannequin” man was nowhere in sight. For the rest of the day, they laughed about how Mannequin man’s experimental day out “blending in” with us humans had not gotten off to a good start and it would be back to the drawing board for the aliens or what have you. The entire duration of the encounter, it was as if everything in her body, mind and soul was screaming at her that something was very much not right and that this was something unique. Pure primal instinct.

The witness was lying in bed and could not fall asleep. The lights in the room were off, but the TV was on a music channel playing. There was static on the TV and a hum and whooshing sound. Then that is when he saw a brief flash of light through the window. He sat up and looked out the window and noticed a search beam of light coming from above the tree line. Something was there, hovering. He first noticed the beam of light that searched the ground, followed by some other lights that pulsated around what looked like a disk-shaped craft. There were orbs circling around it that were white in color. The craft looked like it was silvery and flowing like water but kept its disk shape. On top it had a dome with some darkened windows. He could see movement inside the windows. He was instantly frightened. He jumped out of bed and went to his roommates’ room and quickly awoken him. He came out and looked out the windows. The light beam that had been searching the ground suddenly bathed both of them through the window. They ran into the kitchen, terrified and unsure what to do. The main witness claims he cannot remember much else after that.

A local man, Steven, took his dog out in broad daylight for its daily five-mile walk. He usually took the dog out at 10m but was late on this occasion because he had to look after a sick relative. Steve walked from his home in Simonswood with his pet and went to Stopgate Lane and onto Sineacre Lane, and he had just passed a secluded semi on this rustic route when his dog began to act strange. It made yelping sounds and kept looking at the low hedge which forms a border between the road and a vast expanse of farmland. He asked his dog what was wrong and bent down to give him a reassuring pat on the head, when he heard a rhythmical thumping sound like distant industrial machinery. Steve straightened up, and there, coming across the field towards him was the metallic nightmare of a figure – a robot of some sort, and Steve estimates that its height must have been about seven to eight feet at least. It had a bucket-shaped head and a greyish body that resembled a suit of armour with circular joints at the shoulders, elbows, and knees. The dog was so scared it bolted off back down the lane – and its leash slipped out of Steve’s hand. Steve, by his own admission, is overweight, and as he ran off, he soon found himself out of breath and was even unable to shout after the frightened dog as it fled down the road.
Steve looked back and saw the gigantic robot standing there, with one foot over the hedge and the other in the field, and it was watching him as he now trotted away. Steve then noticed that about a quarter of a mile away in the field the thing was standing in, there was a craft which resembled two deep bowls with their open rims stuck together. It must have been about a hundred feet across, and Steve thinks he saw two tiny figures standing next to the unearthly craft. He kept looking back at the robot and the unidentified structure on the farmland until he found his dog cowering under a hedge at the junction of Stopgate Lane and Sidling Lane. He then looked back and saw that the craft – perhaps a landed UFO – and the gigantic robot – had gone.

Location: near Rio Gallegos, Santa Cruz, Argentina

A third party told a local former police officer of a strange incident at a local farm. A civil officer met with the family involved to see what happened. Early that morning they heard sounds and saw lights coming from the corral area. Two farm hands armed with rifles ran to investigate the commotion and saw movement in the corral and the access road about 200m away. They fired their rifles several times. And saw strange non-human entities scurrying away. The lights went out and then a bright object rose up into the air and left. When they approached the corral, they found mutilated sheep, and when it was daytime, they found strange footsteps and marks on the ground in a nearby corral.
Going back to the corral the farm owner and workers found a group of people working around the corral which they had taped off with warning signs. The strangers warned the owner not to approach as they supposedly had detected a disease of the sheep called “blue tongue” that it was unclear if humans could get infected. The owner could see that some of the animals were missing eyes and genitals.
On July 7, several strange white vehicles were seeing entering a ranch near the town of Comandante Luis Piedra Buena about 200km further north. No police report was made.

Humanoids 1: Recent Additions to the Rosales Database

A local woman says that her family was tormented by Yowies after they had moved into their new home and that, at one point, she saw a mysterious entity lurking alongside the creatures. According to Jackie Liversidge, it all began when they rented a cottage in the town of Tarzali, and immediately felt like something was amiss.
The first sign of strangeness, Liversidge said, was when someone or something began throwing rocks onto the roof of the home. Shortly thereafter, her son was outside at night and heard “a very loud demonic animal growl”. The family subsequently spent the next few months in a state of unease as they felt as if they were being watched by an unseen observer and often heard the sound of something sizeable moving around outside the home.
Liversidge’s tale culminated with a truly jaw-dropping incident in which she was outside at night and heard “someone walking”. She quickly turned a flashlight toward the noise and was astounded to spot a creature that was “pitch black, hairy and the size of a chimpanzee.” Before Liversidge could process what, she was seeing, she realized that there were “two other sets of glowing eyes” which suggested that the mysterious creature was not alone. Based on the height of the eyeshine, she said, it appeared that the creature’s companions were considerably bigger than it was, and she surmised that this was probably a family of Yowies. Liversidge managed to get a good look at the trio, observing that they “with big, long strides,” seemed to have arms longer than a human’s, and sharp, black nails. As one can imagine, the witness was terrified and ran back to the cottage, which she and her family moved out of a few weeks later.
While her story would be strange as it is, the account reportedly got exponentially weirder by way of a follow-up article from an Australian newspaper in which Liversidge revealed that the trio of Yowies were not alone. “There was another creature with them,” she explained, “he was a strange-looking pale white guy, like the one all over the internet,” referring to a hoaxed ‘demon image’ that went viral in 2010. Describing the features of this entity, she said that “the eyes were sunken and hollow, but they never glowed, they were completely black.”

The witness claims that he had just left a nightclub, it was late, and he was making his way from the club to the bus stop, walking alone. He had only consumed two bottles of beer throughout the course of the evening and was not really feeling much like partying. He was not drunk or on drugs, just tired. He just wanted to go back to his place and relax. Across from the bus stop was a set of train tracks. It was there while waiting he would catch sight of a strange figure approaching.
When he got to the track, he heard the railroad crossing bells start to ring, so he stopped and waited. Directly across from him on the other side of the tracks there is a metal sort of railing that you wait at and he sees this person walking up to the railing. It looked like a homeless person or someone that was living in the streets. The person also had what looked like to be a bottle in his hand, and he was drinking from the bottle, so the witness assumed it was just a drunk homeless person.
The witness noted that it was late and there was absolutely nobody else around except him and the “homeless person”. He was looking over at the person because he was kind of looking at him while he was drinking from the bottle, but because it was nighttime and he was a bit further away, the witness could not distinguish any facial features. He could tell that the person did not have any hair on his head. He was bald and the witness thinks the man did not have any shoes on either. The witness watched as the man began to move closer to the tracks, all while chugging on the bottle. The witness became somewhat concerned. The man was getting too close to the tracks and the train was approaching. The man walked onto the tracks and the witness began yelling at him to get off the trucks, but the man ignored him.
As the train advanced towards the man, the witness noticed that the man was not moving, and he kept yelling at the man to get off the tracks. As the train got closer the man remained still, unmoving. As the train approaches the man stretches his arms out as he was about to hug somebody. He turns around and makes eye contact with the witness and falls forward right on the track. The train just passed over him.
As the train rolled over the man, the witness began to panic, screaming at the train. At this point the train began to slow down, eventually coming to a stop. The witness looked under the train and saw what appeared to be a mangled body, twisted like a “pretzel”. It was dark so he did not really see much. So, he turned away. When he looked back the apparent victim was now crouching down, and it appeared that he was looking at the witness, who was now completely stunned. Suddenly, the “man” ran from the tracks. At this point a police officer whom the witness assumes had gotten off the train approaches him and asks why he was screaming. He told the police officer that the train had ran over somebody, that is all he could say as he was in a state of shock. But there was nothing on the tracks. Another “real” homeless man now appears and collaborates the witness testimony. The witness claims that the conductor soon appeared and backed up his story. For weeks, the witness could not get the image of the strange man out of his mind.

Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, England
Date: January 2 2016
Time: 5:15 a.m.
A family had recently moved to their current location and have lived there two months, but just this week they have noticed their large back gate being open some mornings but cannot work how this happens as its all shut down every night. They also noticed this morning a circle of disturbed gravel in the back garden directly blow their daughter’s bedroom window. They believed their daughter “was visited” in the early hours of the morning. She ran to them at 5:15 a.m. bursting through the door, she was shaking with adrenaline and her heart was beating very fast. Her eyes were wide and she straight away starting reeling off how they had been “spacemen” in her bedroom. She described “the pretty lights” that she saw out of her window and she accurately described the being in her room. She said he woke her up and was standing at the end of her bed against the wall. She said he had two arms and two legs like us, very tall and really white. She commented a few times how very white he was.
She has a beloved rabbit that she takes to bed every night and she told her parents how and she said they told her that they “did not want her teddies, they wanted her.” She was quite nervous and kept looking out her parent’s window and back at their bedroom door. She also mentioned other smaller black beings, and shadow men. She says they went out her window when they left. She slept in her parent’s bed for the first time in four years after that. The young witness added that the aliens had communicated to her and told her that they would come back and that they had been to “Africa” and were from the moon and wanted her to meet their “family”. The girl’s mother points out that all this was out of character for her daughter and had never heard her speak how she did this morning.

Just after midnight the witness was lying in bed, just about to get up and go watch some TV, as she was wide awake and could not sleep. Suddenly a figure appeared in her hallway only 20 feet in front of her. He looked like a tall man wearing a black suit and hat. He then walked into their room, turned, continued along the front of her bed where she saw his profile. He had a long oval head (teardrop shaped), very thin with long fingers, skin tone was very white, he had round eyes and a small thin nose, and a mouth with no lips. He then turned, walked up to the other side of the bed, then bent down over her husband, and jolted back up into a standing position while he looked over at her. It then waved and said, “Hi, I am over here now.” He then turned and went straight through their bedroom wall and disappeared. Her dog and the witness where the only ones awake at the time. She felt no fear, only a “comfort like” feeling.

Time: morning
A man who worked at a hardware store, in the plant department, brother died unexpectedly. 2 days later he returned to work, very depressed because his family, who are Catholic were denied giving the brother a traditional burial service because the wife of the deceased brother was a Hopi Indian and he was cremated. When he arrived to the store, he noticed a very tall blond woman, she was almost 8 feet tall, and he passed her and said good morning and immediately noticed her unusual large, bright blue eyes. Five minutes later she approached him and asked him if his name was Fernando, he said yes…she introduced herself as Jessica, said she was a medium and that his brother contacted her and asked her to give him a message. Which was that he was ok and was with mother and sister. Fernando asked how she knew where he worked, she said his brother had directed her. He asked where she lived and she said, “up in the mountains”. He then asked her for a business card, she did not have any but said if his brother contacted her again, she would let him know and left.

Video / Screen Capture: Massive Bigfoot Near Calgary, Alberta, Canada - January 2014
I was going over several supposed video captures of Bigfoot / Sasquatch over the years. This particular video, taken near Calgary, Alberta, Canada in January 2014 is one of the better I have found overall.
I attempted to get these screen captures, but they really do not compare to the video. The movement and size is impressive. Take a look and judge for yourself.

Large Glowing Red Eyes Observed Near Old North Coventry, PA Cemetery
A woman and her boyfriend are walking to her parent's house in North Coventry, PA when they encounter a set of large glowing red eyes seen in the distance.
I recently received the following account:
"The encounter took place in late July of 2018. It was late at night, I'd guess around 2-3am. My boyfriend and I were walking from town to my parent's house in North Coventry, PA which is located a couple miles outside of the main part of Pottstown. There's a short unpaved road down the street from their house called Cemetery Rd which has a few houses on it and has an apartment complex alongside part of it. There's a tiny cemetery on the side of this road across from the apartments that you can tell is old and is a family burial spot but I'm not sure which family is buried there.
The history in North Coventry was odd during the 1800's. There was a religious cult that called themselves "The Battle Axes" that lived in the area back then. They were all about nudity and sleeping with whoever you wanted to and ran around with axes. Weird shit like that. Whatever they did might be why the thing we saw is there or it might not be. Obviously I don't know.
Anyway at the end of the road is the apartments and then it turns to the few houses. Then the road ends. We decided to walk down the road because it's a shortcut to get to the road my parents live on. We were walking along the road and it was well lit from the apartments. Once the apartments ended there wasn't anything lighting up the road. It was very dark. As we stepped out of the light into the darkness I had the weirdest feeling that I never felt before, but heard people describe. The best I can explain it is it got darker than dark.
Once I felt that I saw a set of big circular glowing red eyes looking at us from further down the road. It looked like it stood up from behind something because I could see it rise up and it wasn't there seconds earlier. We both stopped dead in our tracks and decided to turn around, but neither of us mentioned anything about what we saw. Walking fast we turned around and headed towards the apartments again. As we stepped into the light, I instantly felt safe.
We took another route and made it to my parents eventually. After a couple minutes I asked my boyfriend if he saw what I did and needless to say he did. He felt the darker than dark feeling too. I haven't been on that road again to this day and have no plans to anytime soon. I's like to know what we saw but I know I wasn't about to walk any further to find out." WW
NOTE: Theophilus Gates (1787–1846) founded a small cult that went by the name of “The Battle Axes.” They believed in free love and worship in the nude. Eventually, the cult was heavily censured by the local authorities and relocated from Montgomery County to a remote region in adjacent Chester County. I'm not sure what the witness saw, but it is doubtful that it is related to the cult activity. Lon

Memorable 1963 Bigfoot Encounter in the Broken Islands, BC Recalled
In 1963, a young woman on her honeymoon encountered a Bigfoot while camping in the Broken Islands, British Columbia. She is still affected by the incident.
I recently came across the following account:
"This incident happened in 1963 while living in Ucluelet, British Columbia. I was 22 and on my honeymoon when I saw a creature, what I would later call a Bigfoot. I saw it in the clear light of day, free of any obstruction, and I have thought about it every day since.
My husband and I were camping in the Broken Islands. It was early June, and the weather was beautiful. It was about seven in the evening, and I walked to the edge of the water and began to wade out. The water came up to just below my shorts. I stood there and admired the beauty. The sun had not started to set, and there was a peaceful stillness at that moment. My husband was asleep in the tent, and I thought to wake him so we could cook dinner together.
I turned back toward the beach, and it was standing there motionless. I didn't hear it make a sound. The beachhead was gravel and rocks that crunched and clicked as we moved around, but I didn't hear this thing at all. I couldn't understand what I was looking at and just stood frozen. My eyes were going all over its body, trying to comprehend. I thought it was a naked man. It was taller than me by a wide margin. I was 5'8, and this was probably over a foot taller. It was lean and lanky, like a basketball player; it hunched at the shoulders, had long arms that hung at its sides in a non-threatening manner. It had long fingers, with black nails. It stood with its legs close together. It had long feet, just like its hands and fingers. It had a pot-belly, and a thin penis hung down. It had a round head, and the face looked like a person, but different, something off. The body was covered in a brownish hair layer, but its body's outline was still visible, the hair stuck up like an Orangutan. The skin on the hands, feet, and face was visible and grayish. Dusty and ashy looking. Its eyes were black, and I couldn't see any other color.
We just stood there looking at each other. I was stunned, and he was indifferent. He never looked away, but he had an expression of indifference. I said "hello" in a broken half-whisper. I couldn't think of what else to do!
He smiled at me, his lips peeled back, revealing large teeth, like horse's teeth. They looked too big and square for the mouth.
When I looked at it in the face, the eyes, at that moment, I realized this was not a person. It was like a person, but it was something different. A wave of nausea overtook me. I began to vomit and felt faint. The world started to spin. I moved towards the shore and fell on my hands and knees. I heaved with such force into the dirt that I also defecated myself. The spinning stopped, and I sat up. He was gone.
I was there on my knees and just kept replaying the incident in my head for I don't know how long. I stripped my clothes off and cleaned myself in the water. The sun was beginning to set, and I got dressed and lay next to my husband. I don't remember sleeping—just fever, chills, dizziness. We left the next day. I never told my husband what I saw. We split up five years later.
I now live in Texas. I've remarried, had children, grandchildren, divorced again, and remarried. I never told a soul about what I saw. I would go to the library and look for books about monsters. Trying to understand what it was, the thing I saw. Bigfoot became popular in the late sixties and seventies. I saw the (in)famous PGF footage. That's not like what I saw, what I stood staring at, what changed me forever.
I came from a typical Texas, all-American family. I wasn't supposed to see this. Now I'm someone with a secret. Something I could never talk about in my "real life." My interest in this subject has been a complete secret. No one who knows me would ever guess. I have never said this out loud. I saw a Bigfoot in 1963." UC

Red-Eyed Winged 'Gargoyle' Encountered in Cortland County, NY
A Cortland County, New York resident encountered what she describes as a 5 foot tall red-eyed, membrane-winged 'Gargoyle' that stood in the road staring at her.
I recently received the following account:
"Several years ago I witnessed, what I believe to be, a Gargoyle.
I was driving home from work at about 3:30 am and I saw a 5 foot tall being that walked out in front of my car. I stopped with my headlights full on it and it looked at me. I saw it had wings like a bat, grayish in color. No hair. It looked smooth skinned and had red eyes. I didn't see any tail.
It stood there in my headlights for a few minutes, just staring at me. It then, very methodically, walked to the other side of the road (it was traveling from my left to my right). It kind of walked the way a monkey would walk, but was upright all the time.
I know it sounds crazy and my entire family still says things like, "what was you smoking?"
No alcohol or drugs whatsoever.
This happened in 1987 on Rt. 13 in Cuyler NY a small town in upstate NY (Cortland County).
I've been looking for someone that may have had a similar experience." JS
NOTE: this location has several state forests in the area and is located about 30 miles south of Syracuse, NY. Even though this is an older account, we may still follow-up in order to determine similar sightings in the area. Lon
