Have you ever wanted to cry but no tears came out, so you just stare blankly into space while feeling your heart break into pieces

This perfectly describes a large portion of what my depression felt like this past year. I am so grateful and proud of the progress I’ve made with therapy, but this feeling still hits me sometimes.
