White House Pounces After Matt Gaetz Admits The Truth About Biden Impeachment
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) admitted that the effort to impeach President Biden was all about politics, and the White House quickly called out the impeachment sham.
Gaetz said during an interview on conservative radio:
I worked very hard in January to develop a toolkit for House Republicans to use in a productive and positive way. I don’t believe we’ve used those tools as effectively as we should have.

White House spokesperson Ian Sams responded in a statement, “On the heels of openly admitting the goal of impeachment isn’t to get to the truth but instead to damage the President politically, Matt Gaetz is yet again confirming that House Republicans’ evidence-free impeachment stunt is being driven by the demands of the most extreme, far-right members of Congress. Last week, Marjorie Taylor Greene threatened to shut down the government if she didn’t get an impeachment vote, and now Gaetz is threatening to potentially oust Speaker McCarthy if he doesn’t give them what they want. If Speaker McCarthy opens an impeachment inquiry simply to throw red meat to the right wing, it will yet again prove this is nothing more than a costly, illegitimate, politically-motivated exercise not rooted in reality.”
Rep. Gaetz also threatened Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy that if the speaker tried to slow down or block Biden’s impeachment, Gaetz and others would replace him with a new speaker.
The toolkit that Gaetz bragged about developing is a mechanism for taking over the speakership and impeaching the President Of The United States without evidence.
An impeachment investigation, even one that is as half-baked as Republicans are determined to push forward with, will likely cost taxpayers millions of dollars.
Rep. Gaetz never mentioned evidence, crimes, or the Constitution in his remarks. Biden impeachment is a political stunt that was planned out long in advance as an effort to help Trump win in 2024.

During an interview with the New York Times last week, the “Squad” member was asked why she has not traveled to the border under Biden like she did while former President Trump was in office.
Ocasio-Cortez sidestepped the question about why she has not yet visited the southern border under Biden, but said she has visited migrant facilities recently — in the New York area.
“Well, this is something that we’re actively planning on,” Ocasio-Cortez told the Times. “What I have done is tours of our New York-area facilities.”
“Right now, this crisis is in our own backyard, and we have toured the Roosevelt Hotel, and I think it’s been very important for us to — especially to my constituents, who are demanding accountability on this — to look at that front line that is right here in New York City.”

How To Do A HIIT Workout With an Elliptical
When you think of HIIT workouts, you likely imagine bootcamp classes like Barry’s, Orangetheory, or Tone House, aka the hardest workout in America. These intense boutique fitness classes, while modifiable, offer a heart-pumping workout experience that’s bound to leave you breathless, if not aching soon after. That’s one of the biggest downfalls of so many HIIT classes: They can be incredibly high impact, putting your muscles, ligaments, and joints at risk with each lift, jump, and bear crawl. Thankfully, low-impact HIIT workouts exist, too, including HIIT workouts with an elliptical.
Yep, you don’t have to shell out the big bucks for an effective low-impact, high-intensity workout. You can go right over to your gym and hop on an elliptical for a body-quaking regimen that won’t jeopardize your joints.
The benefits of doing HIIT workouts on an elliptical“Elliptical workouts are a great way to get a challenging cardiovascular workout that is both low impact, and high intensity,” says BowFlex advisor Amy Schemper, CPT. “Elliptical workouts allow you to work to your fitness level by changing your resistance and speed accordingly.”
Additionally, HIIT workouts on ellipticals get your heart pumping in record time, making them super effective for high-intensity interval training and cardio alike. “It only takes a few minutes to boost your heart rate,” Schemper says. “By increasing your speed, resistance, or both, you can increase the intensity of your workout. If you are looking for a quick cardio and energy boost, aim for five to 10 minutes on the elliptical with varying resistance; if longer endurance training is your goal, 20 to 30 minutes or more at a steady resistance and speed is ideal.”

A major highlight of elliptical workouts is that they’re accessible for all strength and endurance levels. “Ellipticals work for beginners, who just want to hop on and start moving, as well as more advanced exercisers, who utilize the resistance and speed for HIIT and endurance training,” Schemper says.
Another highlight? You can easily multitask while working out on an elliptical—even if you’re going all out. Whether you’re at the gym or at home, you can watch your favorite shows, listen to entertaining podcasts, or even read a book.
How to do a HIIT workout with an ellipticalSimply hopping on the elliptical and moseying along won’t give you the blood-pumping effect of HIIT. To significantly boost your heart rate, Schemper says you need to tailor the resistance and be mindful of the size of your steps and where you’re putting your hands.
“Your resistance will be determined by a number of factors: your individual fitness level, how long you’ll be on the elliptical, and what your workout goals are,” she says. “It’s a good idea to start with a quick warm-up of a few minutes at a low resistance—between one to three minutes—then progress to a resistance that makes it a little more challenging during the bulk of the workout. If you’re working in intervals, you can increase your intensity or speed for a short burst of 20 to 30 seconds, then recover at a lower resistance for 30 to 90 seconds.”
When it comes to increasing intensity, you want to work at 70–90 percent of your maximum heart rate during work intervals. So on rate of perceived exertion (RPE) scale, that’s a seven to nine out of 10, with 10 being all-out effort.
The reason the size of your steps matter is because stride plays a direct role in how fast you’ll be able to move. “Your stride length on the elliptical should resemble your own walking or running pace, so it’s important to be moving comfortably,” Schemper says. “Taking smaller steps allows you to increase your speed, but decrease your resistance, often working the calf muscles more intensely; larger steps increase your resistance, working all your lower-body muscles and improving range of motion.”
Lastly, your hands. According to Schemper, hold onto the handles. Unlike holding onto a treadmill mid-stride, using your hands on an elliptical doesn’t cheat your muscles. Rather, it makes you more stable, allowing you to exercise more safely, while also providing a full-body workout.
“The handles provide safety and form and can increase muscle involvement in your workout—use them to maintain proper posture, keeping your chest open, shoulders back, and core engaged,” she says, noting that it’s fine to lean forward slightly, so long as you can maintain a straight spine. “The handles are also connected to the resistance of the elliptical, allowing you to push and pull with your upper body. This affords you an opportunity to engage your arms, shoulders, back, and core, while also taking some of the load off your legs.”
HIIT elliptical workouts to tryNow that you know the importance of resistance, stride, and hand grip, it’s time to talk sequences. According to Schemper, it’s best to keep it simple. “After a two to three minute warm-up, increase your resistance, speed, or incline for 30 seconds, then decrease for a 60-second recovery,” she instructs. During recovery, think about dialing things back to a two to five on the RPE scale, depending on how hard you’re working.
Another option? Maintain your intensity for the duration of your work out, but changing the resistance. To do so, follow Schemper’s guidelines, below.

Following a two to three minute warm-up at a low resistance, she says to increase the resistance by one for one minute. Once the 60 seconds are complete, rest for 60 seconds, then increase the resistance to the next level (so level 2). Once you hit the top of your pyramid, rest for 60 seconds, then work your way back down in the same fashion.
Ultimately, the length of your pyramid workout will depend on how much time you have, but as a general rule of thumb, HIIT workout should be no more than 30 minutes, it you’re truly going all out.

Elon Musk noted in a response to Libs of Tik-Tok that the ADL has pushed Twitter-X to crack down on accounts like Libs of Tik-Tok despite the fact that the account as nothing to do with anti-Semitism, which is their supposed charter!
Elon then posted a tweet on X that he may have to sue the ADL for defamation!

iPhone Ultra could capture spatial photos and videos for Apple Vision Pro
A future top-end model of the iPhone, which may be dubbed iPhone Ultra, could shoot enhanced spatial photos and videos for the Apple Vision Pro headset.
That’s the claim being made by an unnamed Weibo user with a track record of providing Apple tips, according to a new MacRumors report.
According to the tip, this forthcoming iPhone Ultra (which has been tipped to replace the ‘Pro Max’ moniker for some time now) will be capable of taking images and footage that will “lead the market to rethink what kind of photos and videos a mobile phone should take”.
The suggestion here seems to be that this iPhone Ultra model will be capable of capitalising on the Vision Pro’s immersive 3D nature. The headset itself is capable of using its outward facing cameras to create 3D shots with added depth, and even has a dedicated button for the task.
Apparently, this iPhone Ultra model will be launched some time after the Apple Vision Pro comes to market. With Apple’s mixed reality headset due to hit the market in early 2024, this would means that the imminent iPhone 15 Pro Max won’t be able to support such a 3D capture feature, unless Apple opts to do a spot of software-based retrofitting.
There’s every chance that the report could be referencing the subsequent top iPhone model, which will be launched towards the end of 2024. This would seem to imply that the iPhone Ultra will pack in additional sensors to augment the current provision of wide camera, telephoto camera, ultra-wide camera, and LiDAR scanner.
For now, all attention is on Apple’s iPhone 15 launch event, which will take place on September 12 – just one week from today.

Bruce Knell, the Mayor of Casper, Wyoming, is claiming that homeless squatters destroyed a motel in the city and left hundreds of pounds of feces on city streets.
This is the sort of story one expects to hear about places like San Francisco, not a red state like Wyoming.
The homeless population in Casper is very small, but they sure did a lot of damage.

Homeless squatters in Casper, Wyoming, “destroyed” a local motel, which would require millions of dollars to repair, and left hundreds of pounds of human feces in the downtown area, according to the city’s mayor.
“It’s like nothing I’ve ever seen. It’s third-world-country stuff happening in Casper, Wyoming,” Mayor Bruce Knell told the Cowboy State Daily last week.
Casper is Wyoming’s second-most populous city, with just shy of 60,000 residents while the city’s homeless population is about 200 people, according to Knell.
The mayor said homeless individuals moved into a vacant Econo Lodge motel and left it with millions of dollars of repairs. Others have moved into abandoned homes with no running water or electricity.
“They destroyed everything,” he said. “It’s horrible.”

Gold Star Moms Slam Joe Biden Over His Response to the Loss of Their Loved Ones in Afghanistan Suicide Bombing (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit
Three Gold Star moms who lost their children in the suicide bombing during the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan appeared on ABC News this weekend and slammed Biden’s response to their loss.
One of the mothers describes Biden telling her about his son Beau and trying to compare the loss of his son to theirs, which is not a fair comparison at all.
One of them describes the outrage at seeing Biden check his watch as the remains of the soldiers were received.

Sgt. Nicole Gee was the Marine whose image has become the symbol of American humanity. Gee was photographed cradling a baby in her arms. She died “doing a job she loved.” But when Nicole came home, her mother-in-law said, that when it came to “people in suits,” things felt disingenuous and hollow. The casket containing Marine Cpl. Humberto Sanchez was at Dover Air Force Base as well. His grieving mom was at Dover. Joe Biden greeted Mrs. Sanchez by calling her “Ms. Lopez.”
Why did he do such an awful thing—such a disrespectful error? I have a theory. One of the fallen Marines was named Lopez. His first name was “Hunter.” Joe Biden was thinking of another son. Not the sons of Mrs. Sanchez and Mrs. Lopez but his own son Hunter. Biden then, predictably, launched into his usual conflation about his other son, Beau. He “knew” how “Ms. Lopez” felt because his son Beau was a soldier, and Beau died in the GWT (Global War on Terrorism), too. Of course, he hadn’t. That is a lie. Mrs. Sanchez was mortified. Of course, Biden didn’t know how she felt. Her son died in the service of his nation. He died helping others. Mrs. Sanchez correctly said Biden was with his son when Beau died in a hospital bed. Mrs. Sanchez added what we all feel and often say: “It was all about him.” It’s always about Joe Biden.
Staff Sgt. Darin Hoover’s mom was even more pointed. She couldn’t stand the president. She wouldn’t even meet with him. The Hoover family retreated to a room to escape Biden’s lies about Beau and his phony empathy. Her daughter and the sister of Staff Sgt. Hoover was also at Dover. She yelled at Biden, “Burn in Hell.”

Biden’s poll numbers have never recovered from the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
His response to these families made things even worse.
