Happy Place: I have a few! On my laptop. On my mom’s couch with her and the dog. It sounds simple, but it only happens twice per year for me! Anywhere in the Whiteshell region of Manitoba. Columbus Circle, Manhattan (weird, I know!). Rue Cartier in Québec on a Saturday afternoon in spring/summer, when everyone is out buying produce and flowers and sitting on the patios with a drink.

Normally I think pre-distressed jeans are ridiculous, but holy crap. Cool idea that produces genuinely interesting holes and tears in the jeans.
